Prós: "Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep"

Contras: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

Contras: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Contras: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Contras: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."

Contras: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Contras: "Everything! The crew was rude, no entertainment whatsoever, late boarding, late departure and bad experience with the check in process both in app and on website."

Contras: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Contras: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."

Contras: "Our already delayed 1 am flight was cancelled a little before midnight. It was rescheduled to 8am. It was a big headache trying to get a hotel, meal vouchers. Then, there were no shuttles to the hotel available so has to wait in line again for taxi vouchers."

Contras: "If we had the option to get off the plane earlier. We sat in the plan for almost 4hrs before it took off it was super hot and I was hungry."

Contras: "I’m never ever in my life flying with American Airlines Again. I want my money back honestly. I’ve had 4 flights with AA. 2 to get to Columbia and 2 to get back to Washington. 3-4 HAD ISSUES OR WAS WAY LATE. Unexceptional"

Contras: "Paid $330.00 +/- for a one way ticket. Some how i messed up on the date and had it for 8/3/18 instead of 8/2/18. Had to pay an additional $500 + for the change. I understand that the fault didn't lie with AA, however, the rate for changing the ticket borders on the ridiculous. I have to travel quite a bit as of late for work, I am doing all i can to Avoid using American. There were others on the flight that paid for first class that didn't pay as much as me and i was stuck in boarding group 6. It really feels as though American is only in it for the dollars, not the customer service."

Contras: "Kayak scheduled my flights too close together, with airlines that wouldn’t handle my checked baggage. When my first flight was late, I missed my connection and had to buy a new ticket, as the airline couldn’t or wouldn’t change my itinerary. As I was in a foreign country without a phone or computer and with very limited time to fix the problem, I just had to buy a new ticket."

Contras: "Super TSA lines in Denver and American employees were less than accomadating or did not meet any kind of customer service expectation. Terrible airline!"

Contras: "The flight leg PHL-LIS was the most unconfortable transatlantic trip I ever experienced. The plane was small, tight and no head support made this the worst transatlantic flight of my life, easily comparable to any low cost airline."

Contras: "Bad service no entertainment besides a one very childish movie. My tray stayed with me the whole flight, I had almost to beg to take it and never s flight attendant seem happy, pleasant or even profissional. The landing by the pilots was amazing."

Contras: "The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much legroom in the economy section. Another problem - which is probably related to Heathrow airport and outside of the crew's control - was that the staff at the airport rushed us tremendously during boarding, saying that the flight would close half an hour in advance. I had never seen boarding close that early and it was very frustrating, because the boarding then took a very long time, since they searched us for no reason, and our flight ended up taking off 30 minutes late! As passengers, we felt very rushed, it seems, for no reason."

The flight was swaped to American Airlines, and I was put on an international flight that was archaic, I would have been better off flying a prop plane from the 1970's."

Contras: "The flight was delayed 2 hours and the gates were so crowded. Plane was very crowded, my luggage almost went missing"

Prós: "Tuve 2 paradas antes de llegar a destino y realmente estaba asustada de que la maleta no llegará junto conmigo a destino pero lo hizo! Además todos los vuelos salieron a tiempo, todo funcionó muy sincronizado"
