A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Bom espaço na aeronave e fácil embarque. Porém houve atraso no voo e demora na comunicação do número do gate (cheguei muito mais cedo do que o necessário no aeroporto). Zero entretenimento on the plane.
Tive duas bagagens extraviadas. A funcionária da TAP no balcão anterior ao embarque confirmou que minhas bagagens chegariam ao destino correto.
Ruim ou péssimo pelo conjunto da obra, nosso voo era SP-Lisboa-Roma-Lisboa-SP, no retorno check-in feito, upgrade de cabine a 700 R$, resolvemos ir para Lisboa dois dias antes do retorno previsto, como a passagem de volta não poderia ser alterada, compramos outras, a surpresa, chegamos para o embarque de retorno Lisbia-SP e descobrimos que, como não nos apresentamos para o voo Roma-Lisboa, todo o trecho seguinte foi cancelado, inclusive tivemos que ouvir que o voo estava cheio, ou seja, além de nós roubarem ainda revenderam nossos assentos já pagos, nosso prejuízo está em torno de 15.000,00 R$ visto sermos obrigados a comprar novas passagens em outra Cia para o dia seguinte. A Tap nos informou que nada poderia ser feito pois os bilhetes foram comprados de Decolar, a Decolar disse que essa era uma regra da TAP e que estava escrita não voucher, e estava mesmo, e que no caso também não podia resolver nosso problema, TOMEM CUIDADO AO COMPRAR COM A DECOLAR, as linhas em letras pequenas podem.lhe gerar muitos prejuízos, e, não voem de TAP, pois você paga por um assento que não e seu. Agora teremos que contratar um advogado para para discutir a questão e tentar reduzir nosso prejuízos. Decolar e TAP nunca mais!
Agente de checkin extremamente rude e ainda obrigou a despachar mala de mão com a desculpa que era grande sendo que estava cheio de passageiro com malas iguais ou maiores no embarque. Os voos sempre atrasam pela desorganização no embarque. A comida é horrível, já comi melhor em hospital. Paguei pela economy extra pra ter espaço a mais e mal se consegue usar um tablet em voo de tão apertado se o passageiro da frente reclinar o assento. Tem companhia low cost muito melhor e não cobram um valor abusivo na tarifa. Não recomendo nunca a TAP.

A atenção dos comissários e a comida
Da falta de gentileza de um dos funcionários responsável pelo embarque, sem modos ao falar com os clientes.
Atraso significativo, mais de uma hora. Não é servida qualquer refeição a bordo, apenas oferecem uma miniatura de chocolate.

Prós: "In flight crew is really nice and respectful, seats were comfortable, clean bathrooms, in flight entertainment is good."
Contras: "Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress."

Prós: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Contras: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"

Voo bastante tranquilo, bastante confortável para companhia low cost. Em Paris no entanto, uma funcionária dificultou bastante o acesso relativamente a bagagem de mao, quando na vinda nunca houve qualquer tipo de objeção ( levava uma mochila com as dimensões adequadas e uma pequena mala a tira colo, sendo esta que referia não poder ir!)

Prós: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Contras: "I had no what so ever notice that an online check in is required during my booking ,therefore i had to pay a 35 EUR fine for airport check in . Moreover , on the way back we had a long delay from Luton to Kosice without informing us about this delay and the reasons ,expected time of flight..."
Prós: "Crew were friendly! The app for the journey is good."
Contras: "announcements a little muffled. A delay caused us to wait on the bus for a good half an hour which was somewhat uncomfy, and the plane was very warm. couldn't take my shoulder bag on as well even though I could've put it under the chair, which I feel like is a sneaky way of making you pay for the speedy boarding thing."
Prós: "Cooperative and kind crew. Excellent service. Pleasant flight, great landing and take off."
Prós: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Contras: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."
Contras: "Extra fees for baggage and tickets that were not disclosed. The check in was incredibly disorganized. No help was provided with problems."

Contras: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."
Prós: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Contras: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."
Prós: "Pleasant staff and good flight"

Contras: "When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."
Prós: "Straightforward flight. I feel like I would fly with vueling again but from a different airport."
Contras: "It was delayed by 30/40 minutes and the price was quite expensive (but that was probably my fault)"

Contras: "Very expensive but felt like budget airline. No space at all, legs were in pain bumped up to back of the front chair the whole time. Crew members very inattentive. No room for small carryon items. Would be more okay with this if tickets were cheaper, but for what I paid I expect better"
Prós: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Contras: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Prós: "From check in to exiting the place, flying with Veuling was a great and very easy experience. We liked that there was more leg and seat space than on most planes and the in-flight magazine is top notch."

Contras: "Boarding via bus. I purchased priority ticket for priority boarding but in end priority was only from checkin to bus. Fortunately there were not so many passengers. it should be indicated in the flight information whether boarding is via bus or bridge."

Contras: "Everyone told to board at the same time but they no one being boarded for over 30 mins. So left just standing in a long line for ages. Why tell us to board before you’re ready to board anyone? And why all at the same time and not groups of rows?"
Prós: "Ryanair, easyjet et al are the big fish in this pond, but the two times I've flown with vueling has been better than all my experiences with the others. Nice to see an airline whose staff looks like it actualy cares about customer service. Thanks a lot!"

Contras: "I couldn't fit my legs in the space between seats, so much so that I had pins and needles in my feet by the time we landed. The food is really expensive. Never flying with this airline again."

Prós: "Quick and easy, no frills, cheap flights, on time, great between Euro countries but not beyond. Newer airbusses with comfortable seats for short flights not long flights. just make sure you don't check bags, just carry on size. clean and cheap and easy, but don't expect more."
