I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"

The agent service is terrible and it’s not fair that we have to call long distance to cancel due to bereavement. I did not think it would be so hard. It’s been very frustrating. We have travel insurance through you and all the paperwork is in French that was emailed to me. The issue is still unresolved and I’m very disappointed."

Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Contras: "Could not check luggage online so had to pay exhorbitant fee at airport. Boarding at gate was totally disorganized and the attendents didn’t seem to care"
Prós: "Getting on a plane. Not the one I booked but got to wear I needed to go."
Contras: "Bought the flight 6 months prior. They give you the option to have a random seat, which i did. Apparently that means if people buy a seat, you might not get on the plane. Because they will sell your seat to someone willing to pay more."

Contras: "Delayed flight that was a connection and nearly missed my next flight"

Contras: "Delayed in the terminal many hours only to board the aircraft and delay again. My entire delay in Barcelona was longer than my scheduled travel for the day. Also, Vueling seats are too close together compared to all airlines I have flown on. My knees were against the seat ahead of me."
Contras: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."
Prós: "Crew was nice, responsive and professional. They tried to make the best of a bad situation and were helpful in that regard. Pilot explained the reason for the delay. Also helpful"
Contras: "Arrived early at the airport and checked my bags. Was charged $190 for one extra bag. Told I had to pay for two flights because there was a connection! Boarding was late and then the plane took off late. Horrible."

Contras: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."

Prós: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."

Contras: "Child in seat in front coughed and sneezed constantly. I wished his accompanying father had made him use a hankerchiff. Could airlines not advise sick passengers to use tissues or even masks to avoid spreading germs?"

Contras: "the flight was extremely late leaving Palermo which made my wife and I mis-connect in Rome. This was unacceptable since there were no weather issues. The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."
