Prós: "None of the above. I actually liked nothing about this trip. Took off at London in time for Frankfurt, arrived early, but missed the connection to Tel Aviv. So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted."
Contras: "Proper connection time. I lost the entire day, and now have to get a cab for $100 instead of my colleague meeting me. 3 am is impossible. And I am still not in Tel Aviv."

Contras: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."
Contras: "Stuck in Frankfurt due to weather which I understand but no one helped us navigate the customer service lines and it was utter chaos!!! I stood in line for four!!!! Hours and did not get checked on once then i found out I did that for no reason and i had to wait In another line for almost two hours!!! Then then next day my flight was delayed for four!!! Hours due to engine issues and they had to get a new plane so the rerouted two flights had To be canceled And I was stuck overnight again in Dallas. No one met me at the gate or had anything to say to me. Not really one ounce of customer service . I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

All other Airlines i have been with gives you a choice to choose between 2 different meals, buT SAS they decide for you ! And i have never seen any airline serve pork/ ham because of different believes people have, but SAS service you pork on an international 8 hours flight ! This is first time and last time I’m gonna fly with SAS. I always fly with KLM , perfect in everything and anyway. NO MORE SAS FOR ME !"
Contras: "Cramped in a tiny seat behind someone well over 6’5 who kept slamming his seat back to get more room. We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

Contras: "Cabin crew member was yelling on the phone to another crew member at the gate at a mistake they made. It was very uncomfortable, only could hear it as we were walking past on flight to our seats, not super disruptive but still weird."

Prós: "I liked the high-tech adjustment on the seats but i am 6ft2, 200 lbs (in good shape) and I have Parkinson's disease. The seat was just not roomy enough and I had to get up at least once an hour."

All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Once on the plane there was plenty of room for my bag to go in the overhead compartment. Not only did I deal with the discomfort of having to carry my stuff in my hand on to my next flight but I had to deal with a flight attendant that had no self awareness of his surrounding. The flight attendant ran into my shoulder more times than I can count. Such an irritating flight."

While boarding the plane in SFO, the people at the gate made me check my carry on bag. Which I thought was very weird. When we finally got to Chicago I stood in line for two and a half hours to talk to one of the worst customer service lady of my life. She swore at me many times over me trying to be polite and wait for her to call me up to find another flight. Instead she looked at me and said "what are you waiting for?" She said to me "Oh here's a flight. But oh wait it's already sold out or gone" and she would laugh. Finally she found a flight close to where I live. My baggage had got lost from my connecting flight leaving without me. I got all of my luggage 2 days after. My carry on bag that got checked at my gate was in a clear trash bag. I took it out of the bag to find that it was completely trashed. My handles were ripped off which put a huge whole revealing all of my personal items. My carry on bag has only been used once and can never be used again. I unpacked my bag and noticed $300 worth of my stuff was missing. I have called to make many complaints to talk to corporate office but no one would give me the correct number. I will NEVER fly United Airlines again. I am so disappointed."

Prós: "Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible."

The flight was delayed by an hour and no real explanation or apology was offered. Terrible end to an incredible holiday."
