Atraso de quase 1h da hora inicialmente estimada
A falta de organização no embarque, à falta de preparo dos funcionários no embarque e no voo, minha filha pediu uma lasanha durante o voo e precisei por duas vezes chamar porque esqueceram os talheres, a lasanha esfriou. O senhor de idade que pediu água para os remédios e se estressou no final pela demora e o pedido ainda assim demorou a ser atendido. Fora o atraso de mais de uma hora
Atrasado, equipe antes do embarque mal educada
É ridículo viajarem duas pessoas e cada uma ficar em lugares opostos na aeronave.
Tudo normal, não vejo a necessidade de de fazer um novo checkpoint quando não se tem malas de porão.
Comprei os bilhetes pelo site kiwi. Não entregaram os bilhetes pelo email. A ryanair criou dificuldades para emitir no aeroporto. As poltronas são muito apertadas. Sou alto. Foi um sofrimento a viagem. Ryanair nunca mais

Contras: "On arrival at Dublin Airport we had to wait outside for a period while they arranged to open a door to enter the building"
Contras: "O atendimento poderia ser melhor, mais explicativo sobre as dificuldades do cliente que não entende do sistema e estar em hotel. Isso dificultou a comunicação. A atendente geral no posto de atendimento muito arrogante."
Prós: "flight on time"
Contras: "priority passangers can board first, but must wait half an our standing up in the corridor. I do not understand this and what the advantage is. next time, I will wait in the chairs until the last ine, because you already have your seat number."
Prós: "Crew was helpful."
Contras: "On the check in process we fell force to pay for our seats, we bought the tickets (my wife and myself) in the same transaction and paid with the same card, the check in was made from the app, both at the same and they put us apart (row 6 and row 33) when in both cases were free seats next to us."

Contras: "Ryanair website and use of cookies is designed to confuse and extract as much money off what should be a simple process. At the point of booking after inputing card details the price went up £208 pounds. Removing cookies and rebooking was over £300 cheaper. There's so much more to say"

Contras: "1) my first issue is that my card was charged 2x before having to run it a 3rd time to guarantee my flight. I guess Kayak and Ryanair do not communicate as easily as other carriers. 2) I was charged $50 Euro at the counter for NOT checking in. I attempted to check in numerous times, but it was not allowing me to check in. I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?"

Contras: "The landing was dangerous and rough."
Prós: "Price"
Contras: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "Booked 3 flights all on Ryanair for a trip inside Portugal. The booking agent, Gotogate.com, and Ryanair left me deserted. Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation."
Contras: "We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

Contras: "Terrible information service. There was a big delay and the passengers were waiting a long time into a hot bus until it return to the airport without any info."

Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."

Contras: "On arrival we were forced to wait in a hot and humid room with no air conditioning for and hour and a half. Passport control officers did not even turn up for fifteen minutes and then only two stations so it took an hour and a half to get through, and there are about half of the passengers behind us so it must have been much longer for them."

Contras: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."
