Absolutely a nightmare which after paying for 3 nights hotel with no discount, I was further inconvenienced by the inability to receive my 2nd luggage and after requesting it be delivered, I, I, tracked my bag and you chose to send it 3 days ahead to my destination and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED any acknowledgment of my online inquiry which is why I am complaining. I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Prós: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Contras: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Prós: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

Prós: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Contras: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."

Contras: "The boarding process was so disorganized. They called us for boarding but crammed all of us into a waiting area before the boarding door was open. We were all standing in tight conditions for 50 minutes before we were let through and ended up taking off late. They later made an announcement on the plane that this was due to a problem with the airline's cleaning crew."
Prós: "Not much. Flight was pleasant and smooth."
Contras: "They called us for boarding before anyone was at the gate and we all had to wait on a stairwell until they opened. It made no sense and seemed dangerous to have so many people waiting on the stairs. Nothing was served on an hour flight, not even water unless you paid for it. Never encountered that before on any other airlines."

Prós: "Due to horrendous traffic we got to the airport after check-in but before the plane took off, but they would not let us board and would not allow us to transfer tickets for even any fee. They will not let us use our return tickets either. Is this how you do business? I'm totally disheartened and disgusted by the lack of customer service or even care."
Contras: "We missed.our flight and no one would work with us to reschedule or refund even a partial refund. We missed out flight due to terrible traffic and now we are out $2500 this is terrible."

Because my previous connecting flight with Brussels Airlines was delayed, I didn't have a chance to get something to eat in the airport just in case. As I suspected my Vegan meal was not there. I had to wait until Business class ate to see if they had any leftovers."

Contras: "We got stuck on the plane for an additional 5 hours before take off because of the smallest amount of snow. Even knowing how much extra time they did not load any extra food on the plane. We finally took off only to be rerouted to Lome instead of Accra which took an additional 2 hours. The whole thing took an extra 7 hours. From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."
Contras: "The flight was delayed 2.5 hours and made us miss the connection to Houston. Nobody met us at London to instruct what to do about it. We spent an hour running from one place to another till we found the correct line, in which we spent 3 hours waiting for directions to hotel."
