Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. Boarding was a pain from Istanbul. The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "The wait times were ridiculous and always off schedule. From the beginning of the trio to the end of the trio there was consitency in going off schedule and being forced to stand in lines for hours. I would not fly Turkish again."

Contras: "The on-ground customer service in Istanbul was the worst experience I have ever had with humans in my whole life. They were unhelpful, rude, blatantly ignored people, dismissive, walked away from customers when they didn't want to deal with them, did not do anything to keep order when people were cutting in line after people were waiting for 4+ hours. I will avoid flying Turkish Airlines as best I can."
Contras: "The flight from Los angeles was 3 hours late when I got to Instanbul Turkey was nobody there to help us I lost my flight and they lie to us about available flights I ask them to speak to a supervisor they told me the only Supervisor was outside the airport they wanted me to pay $30 for a visa and go through customs was the first time I flew Turkish airways and will be the last one"

Contras: "The flight attendants weren't personable on any of the flights. I'm 6 months pregnant and randomly get hungry. There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)
A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!
Aeroporto de amstedam colapsou Evitar
O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...
Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.
Prós: "Friendly crew, great access to a variety refreshments, robust entertainment library."

Contras: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Contras: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Contras: "The captain failed to provide updates on the the delayed due to storms. We were sitting on th plane at the gate for an hour and a half with no updates. Also the seat rows are to narrow/close with its other and seats are not comfortable."
Contras: "Boarding could have been handled a bit better. We were told our suitcases could not be carried on as they were too big, but we saw other passengers with luggage just as big but they got to carry it on. They didn't charge us for checking the bag which made the issue less irritating."

Contras: "Too much of uncontrolled loud talk between passengers above 25 - 30 yrs old on either side of aisle at night 10 - 12 PM without even thinking that other passengers are around. Flight attendants could have been courteous by asking them to keep the noise low. My baggage did not arrive for 4 days in Cairo and no one was responding to calls and even went to airport twice . offices were closed during day time . Last day before leaving with the help of a travel agent I was lucky to get my luggage. There was almost a brawl at airport as people were unhappy because their baggage did not come from tel aviv to cairo. Very poor handling of delayed baggage. Not even a call from the airline. Not sure if it was offloaded in Tel Aviv or Athens."
Contras: "30 minutes delay on boarding. Flight attendants did not pay any attention to me when i pressed the assistance button. No one ever came to ask what i needed, they passed by me more than 10 times while the attendance light was on but they never saw it. Very disappointing."
Prós: "Purchased these flights and had no idea baggage was not included. It was not transparent up front and I potentially would have purchased a different airline had I known."
Prós: "Getting food provided. After almost missing the flight it was a real bonus to find this is the only flight in years that I've taken which provided a meal. In the old days I might have complained about the quality of airline food. Now I'm just very grateful to get it! - and the quality was not bed either!!"

Waited in line at the airport, was not in the system, finally a ma smasher figured out our ticket was with Tarpon airline, found that deal and waited in that line. 3. Was told we had to pay for the suitcase.... Hmm. I thought that was one of the reasons we were paying 4 times as much as a RyanAir ticket. 4. On the return fight couldn't check-in online. 5. At the airport we were told to go the Aegean desk. 5. At the Aegean desk we were told we had to pay for the suitcase again, had to cross the airport to do that. 6. Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"
Prós: "Quick smooth and efficient with two exits at landing."
Contras: "I hated that I and 10 ither passengers were told to RUN! i had left London, so my attite was heavy, and here i am running through the airport. It was exhausting. Why should we have to run when the intial connection was 45 mins. Because one plane with the SAME airline is running late and gives us 6 minute's to get to the gate, that should not be any fault of the passengers. Radio the other flight and have them hold. I got an email that the gate changed TWICE. the airline employee did not get that memo at all. So we were raced to the wrong gate even AFTER, I mentioned the gate change. A real frustrating experience all together."

Contras: "At the ticket counter, there was a very rude woman that gave misleading information. We asked if there was an earlier flight we could take and she said no. Then while waiting for our flight, we realized that was not true. There was one an hour and half before ours. She was very curt and practically threw our passports at us. She must have had a terrible day, month, or year. Aegean tic\kety personnel are usual;ly nice and helpful."

Contras: "The flight was so cramped, my husband actually scraped his knees on the chair in front of him. Like, a legitimate abrasion on his knee. We weren't seated together, but the people in the plane weren't wearing deodorant or any kind of smell prevention, so the plane was ripe as heck. There was no rhyme or reason to the way the attendants served us - they'd skip people, then come back 20 minutes later to finally serve the skipped person a drink. There was absolutely zero entertainment on the plane, and the food was bad. The airline staff at the airport before departure was even worse! Kayak didn't allow me to buy a bag allowance when I bought the tickets. And there was NO advance warning that there was a weight limit for carry on bags (8kg by the way). So, we got to the airport and had to pay over £100 to check all of our bags. I didn't bring a laptop case, because my bag was usually a carry on, so lo and behold, I got there and yay! My laptop is broken and won't turn on. The flight was incredibly turbulent and my life flashed before my eyes a couple of times. We also had to go to 3 different ticketing Windows and bag drops just to get my ticket and check our bags. You would've thought they were building a rocket ship with the amount of effort that went into the whole ordeal. As I mentioned before, we weren't seated together, and nobody told us this or mentioned it when we got our tickets. Just ridiculous!!"

Prós: "Aegean Airlines is nice. 2 hour flight they showed a new release movie and served a full lunch complete with the best chocolate mousse. Airlines in American could learn something from there hospitality."

Contras: "Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off."

After talking to 4 different people at cashier booths for an hour, we finely got tickets with Austrian lines to our destination city. I wish that Borispol Airport team could be more prepared(provide more customer service personal) to solve the problems such as a flight delay in order to serve better the passengers in stressful situations."

Contras: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Contras: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
