Prós: "Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC"

Contras: "I didn’t like anything about this flight, except that we arrived safely. I had the last seat, next to the toilet, and that container or whatever it is, was dirty. Every time someone flushed, I was bathed in the smell of urine. It was raining in Toronto; consequently, my checked bag was wet through. I’m glad I was coming home rather than arriving at a vacation destination, where all my stuff would’ve been wet. I’d like to see some effort put into keeping my bag dry. Also, the passengers had to slog through the rain to get on the plane!"

Contras: "On March 18, 2018 Joanne, Kevin, and Allison Sheridan were booked to go from SYD to YYJ and only Kevin took off. We went to the airport and my daughter Allison was too anxious to get on as she had to leave her father behind. After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. If any other details are needed feel free to contact me."

Prós: "Even if I missed the connection, I was happy that a connection was automatically send to me and I did not have to worry about mu baggage or check out at Pearson."
Contras: "I reserved two tickets and out of the four planes with took only one we had seats next to each other so we couldn't carry out some business on the flights."

Prós: "Everything but most importantly the excellent service onboard with some of the most caring and genuinely especially given that we were travelling with our four month old baby. And what a comfy plane the 787-9 is!"
Contras: "I’m nitpicking but the check-in experience was well inferior to the excellent airport and in-flight experience. The agent seemed to treat us as more of a nuisance than a client with special needs (4-month old baby). A little smile would go a long way to fix this."

Prós: "Great service, multiple meal/snack services and staff was friendly and helpful when needed,"
Contras: "The customer service line through telephone was not very helpful and seemed to cause more worry when we ran into a problem with our flight."

Contras: "poor service at the gate....the staff does not care, does not answer questions, avoids looking into problems until the last minute I was told there is no way I will be upgraded when I asked and then when boarding I get an upgrade into a middle seat which I totally hated food is not good entertainment selection is ok"

Contras: "Online checkin does not inform passenger if their passport is suitable for travel. Although my online checkin was successful, once at the airport the attendant would not allow boarding because expiration was within 6 months of travel - a requirement for certain countries. It would be much more efficient - for airline and passengers - if the online check in system can catch this before arrival at the airport."

Contras: "I booked my flight from Vancouver to Kiev The first flight it's to Toronto then to Kiev.. and when Went to the counter in Kiev they said sorry but Turkish airline didn't send my booking to kanda airline so I missed all my flight schedule I didn't wait I bought another ticket to Kiev in the same date on Lufthansa airline And it cost me like 1945c$"

Contras: "Lack of refreshment choice."

Prós: "The food was pretty good!"
Contras: "*The in-flight entertainement required you tonise your own mobile devices, but locks "premium" content (movies) and forces you to install an app to view it - which you can't do once your on the plane and have no wifi. Also, there's no way my iPad would've lasted 7h without a charging port anyways..."

Contras: "No leg room, silly ambient light"

Prós: "The seating on the airbus 319 in main cabin is very cramped. Prefer Westjet 737. Will use them in future."

Prós: "Entertainment screens really helped to pass the time away and keep the mind busy. The crew was helpful when needed. I needed an extension for the seat belt and the person next to me got the crews attention and I received one before take off"
Contras: "Found the leg room tight in economy and hard to move around. Hard to stretch legs out. Need more leg room."

Prós: "Oft times Air Canada crews can be a bit less than friendly/hospitable but this crew were smiling, friendly and I thought very above average for an Air Canada crew"

Contras: "Seats very uncomfortable - no legroom. Flight comong home delayed several hours because of maintenance problem."

Contras: "My husband and I were placed in separate middle seats with no options to change. Since I am several months pregnant, this made for an uncomfortable flight."

The airline did give some snacks but nothing very substantial. Our 8:30 something flight didn't get off until after 10."

Prós: "Everything was great I had a Blast"

Contras: "Did not realize that the person behind me had two cats sitting under my seat and the seat next to me. Felt horrible about a hour into the flight and didn't know why. I do not believe this should ever be allowed without notification, do to extreme allergic reactions that can occur. Luckily I just had a miserable flight that I will get over. If this had been my daughter, most likely she would have ended up in the hospital."

Contras: "Small legroom and poor selection in the entertainment provided via wifi"

Prós: "Staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was quick and painless, despite the mobile boarding pass not working properly."
Contras: "Did not ear food or use the in-flight entertainment. Seats are TINY! As a person with very broad shoulders, I found myself literally wedged into a corner as to not bump the person next to me. These planes should not be 3 seater when they are designed for two."

Contras: "Flight was delayed making me miss my connection. Poor customer service at the airport plus the fact that my baggage got lost however, it was delivered after 24 hours."

Prós: "Delay of 1-2 hours (first plane was at the wrong gate, and then technical issues) Montreal customs was very confusing, probably contributing to the overall crankiness of everyone on the flight. Purchased a beer, which was warm and disappointing, even though I knew it was a tasty beer normally."

Prós: "and I'm average height (5'10"). Flight boarded early and we were airborne by scheduled take off time. Fortunately, we checked at scheduled boarding time and made last call. Crew was friendly. Movies were OK. Mostly old hat. Bring your own I-pod. They only come around once with beverages so you have to ask."

Prós: "The movie selection was relatively good."
Contras: "They changed my seat 3 times before I got on the plane (from a window seat to an aisle seat and much farther back on the plane). I didn't complain and got on the plane, only to be told for a forth time (after I had already settled in my seat) that I had to change my seat again, to a middle seat. It was by far the least comfortable seat I have sat in with very little room both in front of and next to me. Nobody should be asked to move like that, especially after choosing my seat online at least three months prior to the flight when I purchased my ticket. Food also not great."

Prós: "I liked that access to movies was provided without needing to download an app prior to departure."
Contras: "The drink and snack crew offered extra pretzels to the row in front of me and skipped my row completely. Had to ask them when they were already nearing the end of the plane for this since flagging them down didn't work."

Prós: "The flight attendant in Business class was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, attentive, and fun. She made the trip special."
Contras: "Business were regular seats, but for such a small plane I understand."

Prós: "Seats were comfortable and I like the individual movie screens."
Contras: "Flight left at least an hour and a half late thought they said it would be 39 minutes."

Contras: "Cannot watch movies in over 10 hours flight, rude service."

Prós: "aircraft was large and there was one nice stewardess that tried to help us figure out which way to go and if we would make our connection"
Contras: "it was delayed causing us to panic because we had a connecting flight and had a long walk from gates . There is no one to help you find your way or tell you which way to go also we had to go through several long lines even though we had already done security twice"

Prós: "Pros: In flight entertainment is excellent (lots of movies, games, television, etc..) Food is pretty decent on international flights They offer free headsets on international flights There is no checked bag fee"
Contras: "Cons: The check in staff is slow and very unhelpful. They need additional staff to help with the long lines. They do not seat you with your family. (Many people on board were separated from their group unnecessarily and they make no attempt to put you together unless you ask at the gate. They refuse to do it before then.) They also overbook flights and put you on standby even if you pay full price and book your flight 6 months in advance AND get to the airport 4 hours in advance."

Prós: "Everything was professional. The pilots was awesome"

Prós: "Crew was efficient and helpful. Captain kept us posted along the way. They also keep air flowing when we were delayed to take off so everyone is comfortable inside the crowded cabin."

Prós: "The food was very good. The crew was very pleasant and accommodating. A bit late leaving but time was made up in flight. All in all a pleasant trip."
Contras: "Some of the entertainment screens were inoperative. The occupied light for the forward restroom (in business class) was not working so you never knew if it was free or not."

Contras: "Two and a half hour delay leaving EWR because aircraft was late from prior destination. UAL said FAA limited flights coming in due to weather. Although scattered light rain, no seemingly unusual weather at EWR. No special reward once on the flight to make up for that delay (I.e. still charged for snacks and alcoholic drinks). Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited."

Contras: "the stewardess and steward bumped seated me continually when I complained she told me it was tight inexcusable"

Prós: "On time departure and arrival and a friendly crew helped keep this flight smooth despite some turbulence. The fact that there have been electrical outlets on this route for so long is a testimony to the Continental heritage."
Contras: "The seats in economy are just so tight that sleep on this short overnight flight was almost impossible. The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."

Contras: "I was wearing a sweater and a jacket and still froze. It was incredibly cold like a freezer. Other passengers were bundling up with whatever they had. Climate control made the trip uncomfortable. E wry thing else was fine."

Prós: "We got to Lisbon"
Contras: "The entertainment system in 36E didn't work. The sound in 36D what a lot of noise (it made it unusable)."

Prós: "Good entertainment and nice seats."
Contras: "I don't understand how you pay $500 for a six hour flight and a meal is not included."

Contras: "The plane was delayed because it had no air conditioning. We got on after an hour and a half delay with NO AIR. I was almost sick the entire flight because it was so hot."

Prós: "The check in with united was rather disappointing. The staff working with united were not clear with instructions and rather rude. Checking in can be a rather stressful process when there are long lines and tons of people.... this person was just short, unclear and rude."

Contras: "I didn't care for how tiny the plane was but the pilot definitely knew what he was doing. I still felt safe."

Contras: "The lady in the seat next to me was so overweight that I couldn't sit comfortably for the entire flight - I had to lean out and it hurt my back!"

Contras: "4 hours late, bad food, stressed staff."

Prós: "Not applicable. Do love the size of the Tulsa airport and ease to get to United gates. Yummy waffle snack!"

Prós: "First time travelling with United, usually travel with American but united was a bit cheaper...absolutely loved it! Except thw flight was delayed but customer service was exceptional! Definitely choosing United again."

Contras: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."

Contras: "My flight was delayed by an entire day and I gladly accepted the change, I did not argue. Then, on my return, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight and the desk associates would not issue me my ticket. The flight had not left, I had not missed my flight, theywould not let me board for not being early by 40 minutes (I was there 20 minutes before). The reason this pissed me off is because I had to pay 2 additional hotel nights which wound up costing me additional 300 dollars which United WONT PAY FOR. I want at the very least 300 dollars worth of credit, it is unbelievable."

Contras: "It was a very small plane and the air must have not been working because it was very hot and uncomfortable"

Contras: "Though tickets were purchased many weeks in advance of flight, seating options were not offered online. Paid extra $35 per ticket, for side-by-side seats."

Contras: "I never went to the destination you are sending this to me for. I've never heard of Valparaiso."

Contras: "How small the plane was. No room for legs or overhead luggage. Turbulent....not a smooth ride at takeoff or landing probably due to the size of the plane"
