Contras: "O avião tem bancos demasiado estreitos. Um corredor único também excessivamente estreito. Apenas 2 WC para a economia - a confusão é grande, há dificuldade em ir ao WC e de circular minimamente. Não acho o avião adequado para a extensão da viagem."

Contras: "I couldn’t check in for my flights ahead of time because the check in system from United and Copa airlines didn’t accept my reservation details. My first flight from Sacramento to San Francisco with United was cancelled and I was not informed until I arrived at the gate for check in. United wanted to rebook me on a flight to Los Angeles and Newark which would have been a delay of 10 hours. After security I had to go to the gate of a delayed flight to San Francisco and ask that they put me back on my original itinerary"

Contras: "Plan on wearing your running shoes. United is bad at giving you a lay over that is almost impossible to make. 45 minutes or less for a layover is going to give u a pretty good chance to miss your flights. We went to LAX and had to run from terminal 8 to 7. If it were long we would have missed it.."

Contras: "The process for vetting those individuals with basic economy tickets is slow, inefficient and seems to make the United employees irritated and less willing to help their guests. While I do not want to see the price go back up, I do think United needs to figure out a way to handle the check-in process for those with basic economy tickets without forcing them to stand in a line with those checking bags. it slows down the check in process for everyone, including those at normal priced fares."

Contras: "Late departing, crew not friendly, having take tiny plane to my destination...man next to me smalled sooo bad I had to turn my face into window to not get sick.not airline fault of course. Landed in Denver at one gate toward end of concourse and second plane s gate not listed anywhere. No board or person knew where. Found it was to be entire other end..pilot mumbled when talking not able understand his fast mumble."

Contras: "I was not able to board the fist flight because i got there one hour before the flight left. I drove 2 hours to catch my second plane and because i did that my entire ticket was cancel forcing me to pay $341.00 to purchase another ticket"

Contras: "Very negative about this company they did two times cancelation, at first was problem with lights in plane and we stay over an hour, then they say that the airplain has mechanical problems and we waited about one more hour, then they returned us to airport and we waited one more hour, finally after 3 hours they start to board us but service was horrible so rod boarding people. So I hade meeting with singing contract in the morning, I was late contract cancelled and I lose my money..... The company did not any compensation. I'm so Negative, negative, about this company, not recommended will never have again"

Contras: "Long delay due a wheelchair. Really? You've never had a wheelchair on board before? Yes, this one did have batteries, but is that so unusual? Our delay was over an hour."

Prós: "Connecting could hardly be any easier than at DEN--you get off your plane and you turn right or you turn left. No need to find a map of the airport; no need to figure out whether walking or taking the "trA'Am" would be faster; no need to catch a bus or go through security; just one (long) concourse."
Contras: "While connecting at DEN is easy, I wish there were more outlets for recharging my phone on the B concourse (like WN has on the C concourse). I wouldn't have gotten too much of a boost, though, as both of my flights were on time."

Contras: "The man who reprinted my boarding pass after I had left no e at security was extremely rude. I also found it ridiculous that I was charged to check my bag at the gate because it was about a half inch longer than the bin. Yes I understand there are size limits on carry on luggage but the plane was not even half full and the bag was clearly a standard carry on size. If anything, I should have been permitted to gate check the bag."

Prós: "The plane was clean, comfortable and seemed to have a bit more room. The staff was professional and courteous."
Contras: "The plane was 2hrs delayed but that was due to weather. The food was over priced and not good."

Contras: "They did no seat anyone in the safety exit row because they were charging $69 to do so. This is a great hazard in case of an emergency there would be no one to open the aircraft exit door and allow people to exit. Rather, it would cause a stir and a bottleneck of people rushing in an attempt to open a door that is far away. Very disappointed."

Prós: "On time, great service"
Contras: "Plane was full. Legroom poor, as I am 6'2". But I was give an isle seat as requested , so able to stretch a little."

Contras: "Won't let you check in in advance so they can give you a terrible seat for a 12 hour flight. They won't even let you check in from the point of departure if it's with one of their partners. They also will do everything in their power to not give award miles to pattern airline clubs. It doesn't matter if you give them your United number and even register your United number with the flight for United. They will apply it to the Lufthansa Club and pretend it was just in the state and never actually give you the miles no matter how many times you try. This is not from one experience with Lufthansa / Austrian. I've had this experience many times with every flight I take with these terrible Airlines. I would never fly lifthansa unless it's at least $200 cheaper than any of their competitors."

Prós: "Routine"
Contras: "Nothing"

Prós: "I was glad to see that the security check line was moving quickly. Sacramento is usually my go to airport when in northern California because it's so much easier to get to where you need to in a timely fashion too."

Prós: "First class was nice but I paid for 1st class for the whole flight and only got it on the first leg. They should have told me that when they took my money."
Contras: "2nd leg was terrible it was over an hour and a half late because they had to replace a toilet seat! I paid for an upgrade for first class and they over booked it so I didn't get it and haven't received my money back. Terrible customer service."

Prós: "that they warned me the plane was extra small and checked my carry-on at the gate for free."
Contras: "that they didn't really advertise how small of a plane I would be flying. I guess you're supposed to research every plane before purchasing tickets now."

Prós: "Nothing at all Delta is very reliable the people that work for Delta are very nice the people that work for United have a lot to learn they need training learn how to talk to passengers I was called a third-grader just because I didn't know where my seat was very irritating"
Contras: "Nothing whatsoever I would never fly United ever again not when there's Delta Delta is very friendly United is not friendly at all the people are very rude it seems like they don't want to mess with nobody this is a very big mess"

Prós: "the only thing that stands out was the agent who checked me in at Entebbe. She was pleasant and helpful. Most things were ok, but not special."
Contras: "Because I require oxygen onboard, I was not allowed to check in on line. consequently, my wife and I got middle seats that were very tight. At least one of them was an aisle."

Prós: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Contras: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."

Contras: "Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane."

Prós: "Very nice crew. I flew with my 6 months old baby and the crew was really helpful and took care of us."

Contras: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

Contras: "We got zero offer of beverages during our flight, even a cup of water! Glad we bought our own. It seemed like one of the flight attendants was in a flight with a customer during boarding."

Also our flight had electrical and engine problems at our first stop in Freetown. Once we landed in Monrovia, it took about 35mins for them to let us off the plane because the doors were not working and opening up. Once we finally got off the plane, it took a whole 2 hours for them to get our baggage e off the plane because spmething was wrong and they couldnot access the baggage to take it off. I am aware that planes can “fly with one engine”, but flying a plane with one engine along with it having electrical problems is not safe and A RISK! why take that risk of something bad happening, not only would lives of innocent people and their crew get lost, but that is a million dollar assest that could get lost and a PR nightmare. It is a shame they took that risk. They also dodnt tell us until we landed. Had I known before we took off at Freetown I would have gladly fot off and found another mode of transportation to get to my final destination. SN Brussels is know to send their sh*tty planes to Africa, because there are always problems with the planes heading to that continent. It is just another obvious proof of their racism."

Contras: "Paid extra to secure aisle seat booking, reconfirmed byne two days before flight, at check-in was reassigned to a middle seat, without explanatiob or apology. Had to be uncomfortably adamant about paid aisle seat reservation for them to put me in one of the several still available."

Prós: "Departure and arrival was on time"
Contras: "Very narrow and very uncomfortable seats. Didn't have any free snacks or drinks. I asked about free water, the crew even didn't offer to bring it. For free water you have to go to the back of the airplane to get a small cup. Didn't have any entertainment."

Contras: "3€ coffee, no space, flight overbooked."

Contras: "Very uncomfortable, no refreshments. Everyone on the flight was suprised to find that food and drink cost money. The entire flight, the crew was selling something and you could not pass in aisle or even use toilet for half the fight. No entertainmrnt on a flight of 4.5 hrs and this was not supposed to be a low cost flight."

Prós: "They tried and succeeded in making flying as enjoyable and comfortable as it can be these days in economy class. Plenty of legroom. I would absolutely fly with them again."
Contras: "Really, really bad food. Also, the selection of movies could have been better. Most of the foreign films did not have English subtitles."

Contras: "Very poor service at brussels airport. It took 15 minutes to connect the bridge and evenually we had to go down the stairs to take a bus that also took 15 min to start. We also left late frm malpensa due to late check-in but i thin rhe plane actually camw in late too."

Contras: "I Think is important a little meal or something about ...all its bussines...it's a Fly that not diferent... Brussels Airlines can be a experience....Not JUST a service like all Airlines....marketing its off in this point!"

Contras: "The crew didn't bother to announce that we would have a delay at take off and at landing. The food?... nothing good to say. It's been years since I've eaten a meal on a passenger plane."

Prós: "The food and drinks were good."
Contras: "The flight left 50 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. We were sitting on the hot aircraft the entire time because the crew would not turn on the air. In addition, the host and his service was terrible. When I asked him for water, he told me that I could find it at the back of the flight and I should go get it myself. The other hostess on the other side was handing out waters to whoever needed it. When a passenger sitting next to me asked for a spoon to eat his meal, the host shrugged his shoulders and didn't come back with one. He was blatantly rude and ignored his passenger. We were also not given blankets on an 7-8 hour flight. It was only on request. People who had requested one were then asked to fold and return their blankets (they were not asked kindly) before landing. The selection of tv, music, and shows on board were terrible as well. Barely any selection. Needless to say, this was the worst service I have ever had on an airline."

Contras: "Waiting an hour and a half to check the luggage and obtain the boarding pass. Totally unacceptable. They only had a couple of agents to check a full plane and one was dedicated to business class. They said it was to save costs !! Flight was delayed and upon arrival no finger so long wait to deplane again."

Prós: "the cabin crew was wonderful. We were delayed by half hour on board they kept us informed and the service was excellent"

Contras: "Staff did not allow access to lavatories when they were serving drinks and the long waits after were ridiculous"

Contras: "Could not get my boarding pass before reaching my last terminal because it was not ready from Montreal or Toronto, and no staff were available elsewhere in the airport. this prevented me from making necessary purchases to bring with me to Kinshasa, my final destination."

Prós: "I hated that I had to do my own check in, the flight check in and the luggage dropping. I was unsure as id I had done it correctly, and even after the staff revised my luggage drop reciept, the luggae was not delivred appropriately. The flight was delayed, which made me have to o rush all over LHR, where I pretended to have breakfast."
Contras: "Unpolite and stressed, rushy staff on board. On top of that, all the running throgh costumes and pretty much the whole LHR airport, and what I hated the most was my luggage arriving 12hrs late."

Prós: "Zaventem airport remains too difficult , which really makes the trip less enjoyable."

Contras: "It was ok flight - not full airplane - good"

Prós: "I liked the crew. They were really nice and spoke many languages. Even though my seat was in the middle I still was able to see out of the window."
