Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."
Prós: "Efficient boarding process and friendly crew. Timely arrival is the good enough for these regional flights. Comfort+ seats are good."

When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

Prós: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
Contras: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."

I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. The extent of it we didn't realize until unpacking the suitcases later. Totally disgusted they could have left our suitcase in the rain uncovered (or perhaps dropped them in a puddle)."

Contras: "The airport staff after TSA are RUDE! I was suppose to leave from one destination to another, last night. AA rebooked me without my consent and assumed i would be ok taking a later flight 24hrs later. After hassle, i thought i received a perfect flight which would get me to my destination A WEDDING at that in time. However, i have been rebooked over 5x in under 24hrs and still at the airport from 9hrs later! They do not compensate you and do not even extend the offer!"
Prós: "The 737 was excellent. Boeing still makes the best aircraft."
Contras: "Being rescheduled from an 0830 departure to a 0530 departure, which meant I had to get up at 0300 to get to RIC by 0400 for TSA and check-in. As originally planned I would have arisen at 0500, still early, but not nearly 0300. The equipment had no individual entertainment screens. So we were stuck with whatever was on the common screen...which was bad."
Prós: "We arrived safely and so did our luggage."
Contras: "PHL-Lisbon plane left 3 hours late due to CATERING problem. Seats were uncomfortable and food was awful. Lights and entertainment controls at my seat didn’t work."

Prós: "I was last getting on the plane and I didn’t want to check my carry-on and the flight attendant found a spot for me! Nice, quiet flight."

Contras: "We sat on the runway for 35 minutes with no offer of a beverage (though there was going to be beverage service). Then just before take off as the flight attendants were snacking in the back, we asked about a possible drink and they said the flight was going to be too turbulent to serve anything."
Prós: "Very friendly staff, clean airplane, great flight! Our original flight was delayed, but we still made it right on time for our connecting flight! I didn't realize when I was booking the flights that American lets you bring a carryon no charge, but United does not. You have to be a "Special" customer with them in order to be allowed a carryon, so we ended up paying an additional $50!!!"
Contras: "I was a little unhappy we were delayed, I had a meeting in Charlotte planned, but these things happen."

It's natural as a passenger my first thought is it's a Bad omen . I had genuinely lost some faith in the plane ."

Prós: "On time departure and arrival and a friendly crew helped keep this flight smooth despite some turbulence. The fact that there have been electrical outlets on this route for so long is a testimony to the Continental heritage."
Contras: "The seats in economy are just so tight that sleep on this short overnight flight was almost impossible. The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."
Contras: "Flight was so delayed we would have missed our connection and been stranded in DC overnight, so we had to push all our reservations back and missed a full day of our vacation."
Contras: "everything started when we tryed to check in online for our flights with Lufthansa, when we got some errors saying that our flights does not exist. NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."
Prós: "The flight going to Newark was cancelled due to the weather. The service person was prompt to changed our flight to Washington, DC."
Contras: "Due to staffing problems the flight going to DC left Richmond 1.5 hours late. The plane left at 4pm and our connecting flight to Rome was starting boarding at 425pm. It was very stressful. I can understand changes due to weather but there is no excuse when it comes to staffing."

Contras: "The seats were hardest, most uncomfortable airline seats yet. No padding whatso ever. They now have 4 boarding classes plus the 'special' folks. If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."

Contras: "United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip."

Contras: "The boarding took a long time and the coffee on the flight is the worst I've ever head. I feel like United gives the bare minimum when it comes to the customers and doesn't really make an effort to do more than that."
