Contras: "The flight attendants had been un attentive. I was missing a headset so I asked for one, but I never got it. I borrowed that of the person seated next to me. When it was time for serving hot beverages, I skipped tea and waited for the coffee. However, the flight attendant who was serving the coffee never looked my way, and she passed so fast before I got the chance to signal her. Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

Contras: "worst crew i have ever encountered in spite of repeatedly calling them they just completely ignored my calls served me wrong food and when i said i needed a veg meal they said they could only serve if it was pre-booked when i showed them my pre-booking details on my cell they agreed to serve me one. Very disinterested crew in serving the guests badly managed from my early, also the pizza slice emitrates serves is a non veg pizza its clearly written on the box preparation may include eggs fish etc.. and they did not have any substitute for the same. Multiple passengers kept on disturbing me and asking me to shift my seat even when i was sleeping and the crew did nothing about it because of this experience i would not choose to fly emirates again"

Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Contras: "I requested a basinet for my infant daughter and I paid a total of $98.93 extra, but on the plane they told me they didn't know anything about that and they didn't have any basinet. I called Swiss as soon as I landed, and I've told my request was sent but it was never confirmed. They also told me they will send me an email when the basinet for the return flight is confirmed. At this point, I'm not even sure what I paid the $98.93 for."
Prós: "Finally, they came to their senses. When you change planes, you already have been checked once for security, so there is no more need (and never was¨) for another secutiry check. With just one hour to switch planes, this is great relief."

Long flight from Boston to Zurich was so hard to bear. I understand making money...but this is ridiculous!!"

I wasn't sure if it was going to make it with me to the final destination. But it did! The head rest blew me away just as i sat. I love to know I can fall asleep and not have neck problems. And everything from the movies to the service to the food was great! My first international yet BEST experience in economy class was all worth it!"

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

We still had to wait over an hour to check our one piece of luggage and wait to be checked in and get the boarding pass. Even though the site says we have the option to print out the boarding pass or show the code on our phone, we still had to deal with all the hassle. The plane was smelly until we were about to take off. The first meal on our way back from Istanbul was awful. The omelette was greasy, overly cheesy and bland. Same goes for the spinach pastry in the same tray. On the flights to Cairo, there was not enough drinks served. I only had one beverage offered to me. I was bypassed when they were serving the coffee/ tea. Also, the timeliness with serving drink was bad... I waited about 4 hours before getting my first beverage on the flight home."

Se preocupam o tempo todo com o conforto das crianças e isso fez a diferença no nosso voo, pois minhas filhas viajaram confortáveis e felizes o que fez com que elas não chorassem ou incomodassem nenhum passageiro. Contras: "After a long saga with no help in making my connecting flight on the same Turkish Airlines, they gave me the boarding pass and told me my luggage was fine to carry on board for the partner airline they put me on. At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "The wait times were ridiculous and always off schedule. From the beginning of the trio to the end of the trio there was consitency in going off schedule and being forced to stand in lines for hours. I would not fly Turkish again."

Contras: "They took 4 days to reach my destination and my last destination they could not provide me with a seat so I had to buy it from my own pocket . The luggage came after 5 days with it missing 12 pounds of stuff. Never go on this airline. They don't care about customers especially in istambul and Mumbai. I think I should get full refund for this flight."

Contras: "The plane left late I almost lost my next plane to Los Angeles a good thing the next plane was late so I make it"
Prós: "This is a government run airline with very poor customer service. I flew 6 flights in December, 2016 in business class - out of which 5 flights were late. There was no help at the transfer desk in Istanbul to get onto another flight as my connecting flight was missed because the original outbound flight was late. The customer service staff both at the lounge and the transfer desk were inept and rude and did not want to help. I shudder to think how economy passengers are treated."
Contras: "1) No organized boarding process - there is a general melee at the boarding gate with a lot of shoving and pushing. 2) Customer service staff are rude, incompetent and unhelpful 3) No recognition that customers are to be served 4) Food selection in business class was mediocre and poor 5) Old aircraft - on flight from Istanbul to London, business class was 3 abreast with the middle seat being used as a tray table. 6) Sleeper class is mediocre - seat width is poor and one cannot even turn on the side"
Contras: "Basically the wifi doesn't work on these long haul flights. It's either not connected or extremely slow. I finally gave up and didn't bother"

Prós: "The service I received on Turkish Airlines was excellent. I live in rural Rwanda and it was really nice to actually sit back, relax, and not worry about getting to where I was going. The staff was courteous and friendly and even let me keep my can of tomato juice. These may seem like small things to you but it made me feel at home for the first time in over a year and I want you guys to know I truly appreciated it. In addition to that, the flight was actually affordable and I was able to make it to New York to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday. Job well done! Thanks again and best of luck! A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!
Aeroporto de amstedam colapsou Evitar
O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...
Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Contras: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Prós: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Contras: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."
Contras: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."
Prós: "Friendly crew! More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time."
