Prós: "The crew was NOT amazing, everyone had to walked back to the cabin to ask for water because not a single staff person would go check on us when we pushed the help button. I my self pushed it because I needed water to take my medicine and they ignored me until I walked my self to the back of the plane and asked for some water. Everyone was back there laughing having a good time while many of us were calling them over for help and they didn’t care."

Prós: "I was terrified after reading reviews for Royal Moroc Air. Every aspect of the flight went well. Baggage check in was smooth. Boarding the flight was the same. The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim."

Prós: "Apsar do atraso de 60 minutos por conta da espera da conexão que vinha de Lisboa, o vôo foi tranquilo. Tripulação mais simpática que no vôo da ida. Comida pior no prato principal mas com adicionais gostosos. Avião antigo mas confortável e bem conservado. Check-in tranquilo e rápido. Entretenimento com bons filmes mas falta a opção de legenda em português. Só tem em árabe. E os filmes são todos em inglês ou francês. Fornecem travesseiro, cobertor, protetores de olhos e meias."
Contras: "O prato principal de carne foi muito ruim! Mas os complementos eram gostosos, como filé de truta, tortinha, chocolate."

Prós: "Atendimento em terra rápido e gentil, comida excelente para a média servida em aviões. apesar do avião 767-300 ser bem antigo estava em bom estado, com espaço para pernas muito bom,e eu tenho 1,87m. vôo tranquilo."
Contras: "a tripulação é simpática, especialmente os homens mas uma das moças trabalhava com vísivel mau humor e “bufando”. atraso de 30minutos na decolagem e na chegada. tela de entrenimento com bons filmes mas somente em inglês e francês e legenda em árabe."

Contras: "O embarque foi desorganizado e demorou bastante. Ficamos mt tempo parados dentro do ônibus e do avião e não nos deram satisfação, mas algo estava errado, pois conferiram nossos bilhetes novamente depois de todos os passageiros sentados. O voo só saiu 1 h 10 min depois do horário. E a higiene do banheiro precisa melhorar."
Contras: "Houve atraso para decolar. Mas foi nos dada a justificativa do espaço aéreo congestionado."

Contras: "I arrived from Tunis with late time more than 45 min ,I must run to reach my connection to Washington during a rush hour... boarding in time but comfort and food need to be seen and revue. Entertainment need an up date a lot of old movies and a lot of screens were not working and need to be fixed. It was a very bad experience with 5 days delay and no one helped me to fix the situation . even kayak sent old information about my trip."
Prós: "There was a better variety of movies than the last time I was on Royal Air Maroc. Hot food option was good - chicken and rice."
Contras: "The bread! you have wonderful croissants and other bread in Morocco, how can you serve such horrible bread? with bad quality slice of cheese. After several flights in one day, I had yogurt 3 times - good thing I like yogurt because it gets to be alot. Not much variety in food, I found the same offerings last year when I took this same route."
Prós: "The entertainment is decent on these flights, usually. The don't switch up the movies often, but there are always some recent releases."
Contras: "This was a rough flight. First, Air Maroc at some point rescheduled the flight to some six or seven hours later than when I booked it, without bothering to even send any notice. Apparently according to their terms of service they can just change flight times as they like, and passengers are responsible for somehow figuring it out and dealing with the consequences. Oddly, the original flight time was still posted online even after I learned of the change, so the only indication of the change was the boarding time on my ticket. When I asked for the new itinerary, RAM employees seemed very confused about why I would want to know when I was arriving in New York (which ended up being 1 AM instead of 5 PM). To the airline's credit, they did offer accommodation in Casablanca, if you stood in an hour-long line. However, although I had been flying since 5 AM and not leaving Casa until 10 PM, I was not offered vouchers for breakfast or dinner, but only lunch (at 2 PM). Because I had to leave the airport in Casablanca, I had to go through security half a dozen times, including while boarding, with various harmless things confiscated. The flight was kept extremely dry, and the crew was stingy with water (although tea and coffee were abundant), only offering water twice during a nearly 8 hour flight despite my requests, and doling it out in small cups which they seemed annoyed to refill. The crew was not efficient or fast. The food on Air Maroc is often okay, but this time it was nearly inedible, especially with little to wash it down. It was not the worst flight I've been on, but it was pretty miserable."
Contras: "They flight was delayed a day on the departure and delayed two days on the return. The airline did not compensate for inconvenience and when I emailed them they did not have any substantive response. The tickets were cheap, but not worth the extra cost in hotels and time. I would highly not recommend this airline."

Contras: "Flight Attendants completely ignored all my requests Flight attendant we're the most rude I have ever dealt with I have been flying for over 43 years now and first time on Royal Maroc. Flight attendants did not give us any choices when it came to meals, just throw a package at you to eat like a dog."

Prós: "Overall, the trip was okay - But it was a delayed boarding experience in NY and poor information provided in Morocco about the connecting flight, despite requests for direction from multiple passengers. Many flights left from the same gate and it wasn't clear where to go in the Casablanca airport."
Contras: "The gate situation for the connecting flight from morocco to marseille was very disorganized. There was no gate listed on the ticket, and very poor direction from the crew in the airport."
Contras: "A parte de entretenimento funcionou até a metade da viagem, depois não tinha como assistir filme e nem ouvir música. Só funcionava os joguinhos."
