Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Prós: "The crew was Ok except at the beginning when they could help more inside the plane with finding the seating."
Contras: "I missed the plane shopping because i don’t recall seeing the crew after the meal offering it. I heard the announcement at the beginning of the flight so I was looking forward to make purchases. Later when I asked it was already closed."
Prós: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."

Contras: "Tive que emitir outro cartão de embarque. Nenhum funcionário se prestou a me ajudar alegando que "já não dava mais tempo." Depois de muita insistência arrumei uma funcionária que não demorou nem 10 segundos pra emitir outro cartão de embarque. Corri o aeroporto todo e entrei com muito custo."
Prós: "Comandante muito cordial e simpático com informações muito detalhado, buscando dar apoio ao conforto e segurança do passageiro a todo momento. Comissários educados também."
Contras: "Poderia servir refeições e vender bebidas. O voo não é tão curto assim."

Contras: "O voo encerrou antes dos 15 minutos. Mesmo com bagagem despachada e Check-in feito com bastante antecedência, não foi possível embarcar. Não havia ninguém no portão de embarque exatamente às 6h45, hora em que cheguei lá. Nem pra dar informações."

Prós: "A tripulação, particularmente a Sra. Betina, é a mais simpática e prestativa tripulação que já vi. Vinhos excelentes, servidos a vontade mesmo na classeeconômica. Os assentos são bastantes confortáveis. O pouso também foi perfeito."

Contras: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Contras: "Não servem nem uma água para vc beber, única aviação que não servem 1 lanche, nunca vi isso! Eles vendem alimentos, só vendem, não oferece nem água! Um absurdo!"
