Comissário não era muito simpático, ao contrário do voo de ida, quando a comissária era super solicita,. Quanto ao pão do café da manhã gelado, o que não é muito legal pra quem está acabando de acordar, no mais estava bom!
O embarque foi demorado e o portão no aeroporto era pequeno para a quantidade de passageiros. As cadeiras poderiam ser mais conformáveis.
Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.

além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...
considerei um absurdo que passageiros da classe executiva que pagam muito mais caro, serem tratados exatamente como os que compraram classe econômica, NÃO teve fila para classe executiva, nos colocaram no último assento do avião e mesmo pagando quase U$ 6 mil dólares o tratamento foi o mesmo de quem pagou U$ 400 dólares ... vou compartilhar com todas as minhas redes sociais ...

Called E-Dreams and they said it was the airline that cancelled (Sato)? Told to rebook the return flight myself? Cost was double the original flight and was booking me on the same flight as I originally booked?? Called back, the agent agreed to cancel my flight to the Azores and AGREED to a full REFUND. The agent advised me to re-book the flight on my own. Did so and ended up with the EXACT same flights as originally booked?? Have only received a PARTIAL REFUND. Contras: "Made us get off the plane in Azores but would not let us in to shops and cafe. Meal not served till 11pm. Seats very narrow."
Contras: "The 12 hour delay without being told why. We would be told we would leave at a certain time and then it was cancelled, told a different time and it was cancelled, and told again, etc was suppose to be in Lisbon in the morning, arrived in Lisbon near midnight."
Prós: "The flight left on time, flight attendants were friendly, some options on the TV (better than none)"
Contras: "Not much offered on the TV entertainment systems. The food was pretty bad. Otherwise the flight was fine."
Prós: "serves wine for free."
Contras: "No entertainment, seats are extremely small and uncomfortable."
Prós: "It was a economical flight. The food was pretty good as well."
Contras: "We had changes to pretty much every leg of our flights. One was delayed by 2.5 hours. I understand that flights get delayed but they hardly gave us any information as to what was going on. The flight was pretty smooth but the flight attendants didn't seem interested in our comfort. They weren't rude but they weren't pleasant either. I guess I'm used to a different style of service that I did not receive on Azores."
Prós: "Crew was attentive and it was a direct flight"
Contras: "There was very little room in the seats. It was terribly uncomfortable and made worse when the seat in front was declined"
