Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in."

Contras: "Boarding was difficult with poor communication, before impolite request for spot check of carry-on bag and person. Ended up being one of the last to board. Entertainment system did not work, and after 4 requests for assistance to different crew members finally gave up asking and so had no entertainment for whole of flight. The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

He said he made sure he kept the climate control at 20c the whole time on the plane. You hear all these animal horror stories but this went above and beyond."

And for someone who cared so much about the seat at dinner no one cared about me the rest of the flight. I slept through breakfast and no one left me a tray even. Plus, I had my seat back the rest of the flight including landing which I didn't realize. Isn't it their job to ensure our seats are in upright positions in case we forget or don't realize? Just a very blasé crew."

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Contras: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

Contras: "I had problems checking in online and never could assign seats.. had to wait to check in at the booth and got random seats so my husband and I got seperated seats.."

We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."

Contras: "Boarding was in crammed area in between easyjet flights. In brussels they parked at the international gates and then an overfull bus took us to the arrivals. Is brussels airlines training fast to become part of euro wings?"

Prós: "The crew was very attentive. The Dreamliner was clean and very nice. Seats were good. Food was good. Entertainment was excellent. they gave blankets,but not pillows (but I did not ask for one.)"
Prós: "Reasonably a lot of room for economy class. I was very comfortable on a long-haul flight."
Contras: "The boarding process in Norway is a bit of a mess, but not the fault of the airline. We had a delay arriving at the airport and they could have done a bit better communicating what was going on."
Prós: "This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable international flights I have been on in years."
Contras: "The boarding lineup in Oslo is a bit jumbled but if that’s all I have to complain about it was a great experience."

Contras: "Dozens of passengers, myself included, were forced to check their carry-ons at the gate and pay for it due to Norwegians strict weight policy. To be honest this felt like I was being swindled and it ruined the rest of the experience for me. Do not be tempted by the low fares they offer."
Prós: "For an economy flight, the plane was night, as was the seating."
Contras: "They weighed the baggage both at check-in and when boarding the plane. I passed easily both times, but because others didn't, the boarding process was bogged down and took so long that the flight was late leaving. Nothing was efficient, and the whole process was stressful."
Prós: "Everyone was nice and the flight was smooth and restrooms were clean."
Contras: "I meant to write my Paris to Oslo review on the Oslo to LA review for what could be better. Like I mentioned the food was not good, please get rid of that white noodle coconut soup in a cup, there’s no way anyone likes it and more episodes on some of the shows like Friends"
Contras: "20 hours of flying and there was a very limited selection of movies to watch, but all passengers are required to watch a very bright video of one of your planes flying through the sky for the last 20 minutes of the flight. Please include some snacks and water during international flights."
Prós: "Plane was great, crew was wonderful and helpful. Navigating the Oslo airport is very quick, easy and clean!"
Contras: "Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel."
Contras: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"
Contras: "To be honest, at least a glass of water could be offered"

Prós: "The premium seats were comfy even though not lay flat. The food was surprisingly good (salmon for dinner and meat/cheese spread for breakfast)."
Contras: "Service was a bit slow when you ordered off the menu from the TV screen. The movie options were pretty out of date and the selection was not as wide as you see on regular carriers. Also the plane was well kept but still showed signs of wear you would expect on a 60 year old 747 not on a newer 787."

Prós: "We had a 4 hour delay due to mechanical difficulties with our first plane. I get it, it happens. But the delay was not communicated for a while, even though the departure board was showing it. When it was announced, no one from Norwegian was there, just airport personnel and they did what they could. Once the plane did arrive it took forever for them to allow us to board. In the air the flight was fine. Cramped seating for sure, but that is to be expected. The in-flight movies were slim picking, especially for a 8 hour flight, and the food was ok for what it was. Overall, not an enjoyable experience but that was you get with discount flights."
Contras: "The flight kept getting further delayed but remained th same after the flight took off, then when it was due to land at lax and we were there waiting it updates to an additional 45 minute delay. You couldn’t have updated that before the arrival time? Poor customer service!"
Contras: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"
Contras: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."
Prós: "Food was actually provided with our ticket... not just ONE meal, but also a snack for before the arrival and the meals tasted good! Also, Oslo is a new and beautiful airport with great options for meals and stores to wander around. Also, the airplane had huge windows to look out of with new dimmer technology as opposed to just a shade. Very cool! With a couple of small downsides, we would STILL definitely fly Norwegian."
Contras: "We gate checked a stroller but were unable to pick it up to use in Oslo which was a surprise as it went straight through from gate check to full check in through the layover... with a 3hr 45min layover, it could have been useful to have it for our infant to sleep. Leg room is tight. Small selection of new movies for entertainment when compared to other airlines and it would have been nice to know we could get complimentary drinks anytime during the flight, but they were only available for free during meal service unless you purchased additionally."
Prós: "The selection of movies in the on-board entertainment was nice, but available wi-fi on a long-haul trip would have been better."
Contras: "Condescending check-in clerk in Oslo and subjective application of carry-on rules ruined the trip and assured that I will look to other airlines for future international travel."

Contras: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less"
Prós: "If you have to go for a budget airline, Norwegian is the definitely better than ryanair or easyJet."
Contras: "For a budget airline, I have no complaints. Terrific job!"
Contras: "There was no option to choose a meal when booking through you. We weren't aware that we would have to do this somehow so we went the 10 hour flight without food. They were sold out of anything decent on the SNACK BAR menu."
Contras: "6hrs delay, turned out 7.5 hrs. $360 extra for oveweight suitcases and almost missed the connection. I was the last one to board and im the end NONE of luggage arrived w me to final destination! I claim a full refund!"

Prós: "This was my first time flying with Norwegian, but I could not have been happier with their service. Not only were all of the flight attendants courteous and charming, but the look of the planes themselves, the lighting, the entertainment, meal, the whole experience was just really classy and fun to be a part of. As a low-rate airline, I was not expecting nearly the quality of service that I received. It was an incredibly welcome surprise, and I definitely plan on flying with them again in the future."
Prós: "Decent leg room, comfortable cabin pressure. Very efficient boarding procedures."
Contras: "While certain individual crew members were friendly, the lot as a whole seemed to have some internal conflicts with communication and organization. Additionally, the frequency of announcements was disruptive. They could be more efficient with timing and delivery of information shared with passengers. The proximity of the bathrooms was convenient but they need better deodorizers in there -- it was a little stinky during the 2nd half of the trip."
Prós: "Its very cheap! But its a typical no-frills airline that doesn't give you food, extra leg room, etc."
Contras: "There was nothing overtly negative about this flight - you just don't get the nice "extra" things that you'd get if you paid more for your flight."

Prós: "Family in front of me had a poorly behaved child. The stewardess didn't seem to care but once I informed her the child had poured soda all over my luggage she apologized and gladly told them to keep the child in his seat."

Prós: "The flight was smooth and easy."
Contras: "The longest wait I have ever seen to get passport reviewed. I am sure people missed their flight. There was no sense of urgency, no information, once I got to the gate the sign said Gate Closed. Luckily they were still boarding but bette, no any communication would have been better."

Contras: "I asked for a glass of water between drink services and was initially refused by the crew. Apparently Norwegian has a policy of requiring passengers to pay for water. Appalling."

Contras: "I think Oslo is unable to efficiently manage the volume of passengers it has to process. During our 5 hour layover, seating all around Terminal E was at a premium. Access to Terminal F thru the long Passport line was EXTREMELY slow. The gate was crowded and we had to sit on the floor with many others. Then, they cleared the whole area for a security scan and we all re-queued up again. Once boarding began it wasn't much better, with a long wait in the access tunnel. I liked Norwegian Air, but will try to avoid Oslo in the future."
