Give me a price from the beginning with a seat assignment."

None of the airline personal will help you find the hotel desk you need to get to, but if you keep asking around you'll find it eventually(in arrivals next to the starbucks). Shuttle service to and from the hotel. The hotel was fine(I mean not great but it was descent)."

Prós: "I booked a round trip flight from IAD to NUE with stay over in IST. Try to make change flight date IST to NUE. I was told by the Turkish air agent to buy a new on way ticket from IST to NUE and use the origenal ticket from NUE to IAD and I did. The the nightmare begun when I try to get back to back to iAD. I was told my ticket was cancelled and have to buy new ticket. After 7 hrs exosting fight and inconvenience when they found out that I was not easily going to be hustled out $1100+ they finally reissued my tickets. During this time I witnessed how 10-20 customers old and young were being hustled for more money and some crying out of frustration. It was one of the worst experience I've had in my 45+yrs traveling experience."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Prós: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Contras: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Contras: "Paid for priority and was put on the same bus as everyone else and because I entered first the bus I was last to exit making paying for priority completely useless."

Contras: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"
Contras: "Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all."

Prós: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."
Contras: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."
Contras: "Flight was delayed by 45 mins, and on board there was no water in the bathroom basins. This was known by staff, but they didn’t warn me as I went in, so I didn’t find out until I had already put soap in my hands"
Contras: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"
Prós: "Staff were generally sweet & approachable."
Contras: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."
Prós: "Quickest in & out procedure at both BUD and LTN in a long time and a super pretty flight attendant."

Contras: "Black group seemed to be singled out for more than one bag hand luggage but others were not. They were the only black group on the plane. Others let through with more bags 1ith no question."
Contras: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."

Contras: "Told our bag was too big even though we'd paid for a large carry on, which we already knew fit in the overhead compartment (plane was an airbus A320). We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."
Prós: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Contras: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."
Contras: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."
Prós: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Contras: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."

Contras: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

Contras: "It was delayed with no reason and I missed my check in. I specifically purchased this flight vs the one at 10 pm to not miss check in. Ugh! 20 euro late fees. So, I paid more for the flight (because the 7pm was more than the 10 pm) and now I have to pay a late fee to check in. On top of that, I paid an additional service fee by booking though FlightNetwork and they did not book my checked luggage like the price breakdown said. It’s been terrible and a waste of time and money."
Contras: "Paid for priority board but there’s no priority given at the gate."
Contras: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Contras: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Contras: "two hours late, because of earlier weather, there was never an acknowledgement or apology until a recorded announcement at the end of the fkight. after changing departure gates (again no sorry) the boarding was chaos, led by silly giggling wonen who had no decorum and no sense of safety. then a 45 minute wait onboard, no explanation. food for sale looks terrible. bumpy (not their fault) it all might have been far more humanely done."
