Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Entertainment system did not work, and after 4 requests for assistance to different crew members finally gave up asking and so had no entertainment for whole of flight. The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."
Prós: "Mobile check in worked well. Onboard service is very good, with decent food and complimentary beverages including beer and wine. Seats are relatively comfortable. Extensive selection of TV and movie entertainment."
Contras: "Boarding was a bit helter skelter. It’s a rather annoying that selecting seats is only available for an extra fee. The A340s used on this route are getting a little on the old side, and the once state of the art in seat entertainment system has a tendency to crash frequently and require lengthy reboots."

Voo bastante tranquilo, bastante confortável para companhia low cost. Em Paris no entanto, uma funcionária dificultou bastante o acesso relativamente a bagagem de mao, quando na vinda nunca houve qualquer tipo de objeção ( levava uma mochila com as dimensões adequadas e uma pequena mala a tira colo, sendo esta que referia não poder ir!)

O que podia ter corrido melhor: Estava super satisfeita com lugares que nos foram atribuídos aquando da compra dos bilhetes e chegados ao avião, Alteraram os nosso lugares.
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!
Voo impecável. Houve uma senhora que se sentiu mal, com ataques de pânico. Podiam ter levado para uma área do avião mais confortável mas não sei se há. Um dos tripulantes nao a largou e cuidou dela e do bebé, foi super!
Estava um calor absurdo dentro do avião.
Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.
Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !

No compensation was offered even though it was the airlines fault our flight was late and made us miss a connection that we should have had plenty of time to make. Then all they wanted to do was charge us for a new flight, no other options were offered and the staff was very rude and appeared not to care about helping us. We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again."

I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Fizeram o embarque meia hora antes e ficamos em pé à espera em fila em cima uns dos outros A tripulação de bordo apenas se preocupa em vender Pedi para por por uma garrafa de plastico no inicio do voo, a assistente mandou me esperar e some recolheu a mesma no fim do vending todo As janelas estavam imundas Enfim, uma companhia a não utilizar novamente

Como não consegui fazer o check in online no telemóvel tive que fazer no aeroporto e pagar mais de 100euros por isso! Gostaria de saber se isso é legal. Porque li que comprando através de outra operadora não deveriam ter cobrado

Contras: "You have to pay to check-in at the airport. And they make you go to another line to check in again. Also when I weighed my luggage it was 13-kilos which means I could have it as a carryon. But at the gate they made me pay another 50 euros for my luggage"
Prós: "Nice crew"
Contras: "Take off delayed by over 3 hours, poor communication,noisy boisterous passengers."
Contras: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."

Contras: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."

Contras: "Did not receive email on Having to print tickets beforehans and had to pay in insane fee plus another fee for 1kg overage on my luggage. By far the worst airline!"
Prós: "two days before a bank holiday to Ibiza, this was significantly cheaper than other airlines. Departed on time"
Contras: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."
Prós: "The flight was short"
Contras: "A plenty of offering thing to buy"
Contras: "Não me deixaram embarcar com a mala, alegando que ela estava fora do padrão. A mesma situação aconteceu com outras pessoas. Uma funcionária ficava na fila avaliando as malas que, segundo ela, tinham de ir para o porão. Ocorre que dentre todas as pessoas, fui a única a ser cobrada pelo despacho da mala. Pessoas com malas maiores do que a minha embarcaram sem multa. Além disso, a companhia parece um mercado à ceu aberto. Até loteria é vendida."
Prós: "Nada"
Contras: "Tudo ruim"
Prós: "Baixo custo com eficiência. Mas é desconfortável. 2h30min de viagem sem mexer a cadeira (nenhuma poltrona tem movimento) - não tem revistinha, usb...nada - é sentar, voar e pronto. Cumpre o que promete."
Contras: "As poltronas não se mexem, não tem suporte para colocar nada, sem usb."
