Prós: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"

Contras: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"

Contras: "After the first hour when food/drinks were handed out, the cabin crew (Economy) seemed to disappear entirely to the back of the plane and spend the rest of the flight chatting with each other until the final meal just before landing. I don't expect champagne service in Economy but the flight attendants could have been more proactive in walking down the aisles occasionally rather than just when handing out meals. If you needed a drink the best option was to head to the back of the plane and pour it yourself. In fact, most of the passengers did precisely this!"
Prós: "everything was so smoothly coordinated from the moment I checked in at the self-check computers through security right on to the boarding gate. LOT staff at destination domestic airport (early morning), displayed outstanding professionality assistance. Boarding was so swiftly executed - I was pleasantly, surprised. What a great experience flying LOT Polish Airlines, domestically. Keep it up, Exceptional!"

Contras: "I had a very bad experience at the beginning of my journey on 11/18/2016 at Sheremet'evo airport in Moscow. I almost had a heart attack when Anna Aleksandrovna Esina (agent at registration counter #131) informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and she does not see me on the passenger list. I was in shock when I heard that and ready to cry as I was so anxious to get back home. Then she added that it is not her job to look for my ticket and there is nothing she can do for me. She did not want to make any effort and do something to resolve the issue. With the help of another agent it was determined that I WAS on the passenger list and I finally (after some agonizing time) was given my two boarding passes. It is amazing how just one unprofessional agent can spoil your trip... Thankfully the rest of my journey went really well!"

Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.

Boa tarde . Infelizmente aconteceu nos um incidente e enganamo -nos no aeroporto . Chegamos ao aeroporto as 20h , o nosso voo seria as 21:30 . Por meia hora de atraso não nos foi permitido fazer o check in nos balcões e tivemos que pagar 55 por pessoa . E de facto lamentável , não há necessidade de manterem trabalhadores vossos nos balcões se para além de pagarmos o voo ainda temos que pagar mais 55€ para nós fazerem o check in quando ainda falta 1h e 30h pra o nosso voo partir ! Uma companhia como a ryanair peca muito por este tipo de atitudes . Não volto a viajar com a ryanair .

Contras: "I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac."

Contras: "First of all, this airline needs to train their staff better. The gate agent I dealt with on a flight has no business in any field where she would be required to work with people. Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

Contras: "*the plane was late showing up. *staff in France locked the doors while we were waiting for the late plane, cutting off the only source of fresh air in the terminal *the slam down landing was unpleasant *the crew did not distribute immigration cards causing delay at the terminal as I had to fill it in there while the line grew longer *once we landed, there was no place for the plane to park so we waited *once we docked, there were no stairs available for the plane, so we waited *once in the terminal, they announced delays for the baggage, so we waited."
Contras: "Being charged €100 because I thought I had checked in my suitcases,but found out it was an option"
Contras: "Sat on the plane for 1:30 due to delays and missing our departure slot then to be informed that there was no water ,drinks or any food on the plane due to “supply issues”. Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"

Pessoas com malas maiores do que a minha embarcaram sem multa. Além disso, a companhia parece um mercado à ceu aberto. Até loteria é vendida."
