The choice of food could have been better
I could not hear the movie - alot of cutting out. The crew was great.Planes left on time and arrived on time. I was vomfortable
Correu muito bem. Houve pequeno atraso na saída, mas sem consequências.
Right on time. Free water and a chocolate treat. Landed on time. Seamless
Was ok
Sadly! I had a Terrible experience. My daughter got super sick few hours before our departure and hospitalized. Unfortunately I couldn’t able to fly back to USA on that day. I did go to the airport and let them know that I have a serious emergency and can’t fly. Kayak didn’t help at all or made any adjustments to get a new date. I had to purchase new tickets. I’m so disappointed!

Prós: "The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve."
Contras: "The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats."

Contras: "Did not fly to D.C. (or with Lufthansa at all) as that flight left before our first flight arrived. We had to wait 3 hours in the customer service line before we were told we could not fly out until the next day, which caused me to miss work (even though I gave an entire day as a buffer)."

Contras: "The delay on embarking into the plane. Stayed on the bus, in from of the plane for about 15 minutes and I thought I was in an sauna. and on the departure was delay for about 15 minutes . The crew was OK but nothing out of the ordinary."
Prós: "Flight crew made up time to arrive on time despite late arrival. They are pretty amazing - they got a plane hundreds of miles in the same time it took the ground crew to get my bag from the plane to the baggage claim."
Contras: "Frankfurt is just an awful airport. Too many landings and not enough infrastructure. Also tired of planes having to park thousands of yards from the terminal. The time to get the bag is as long as the flight. Each about 55 minutes. There is very little about German efficiency here."

Contras: "Da falta de atenção com os passageiros depois se um atraso que estavam na conexão, hotel longe transporte só depois de muito tempo de espera 3hs. Chegada ao hotel as 23 hs, jantar improvisado, café da manhã bizarro, servido na recepção pequena muitos tomaram café em pé, pão com manteiga e café puro..."

Contras: "O funcionário que nos atendeu em Beirute era mal educado. Sala VIP horrorosa. O banheiro era pior que o banheiro de uma rodoviária suja. Os assentos são apertados. Na verdade não são assentos de classe executiva. São assentos comuns, em que eles bloqueiam o assento do meio. Não tem banheiro privativo da classe executiva, o banheiro tinha fila o tempo todo. A comida era medíocre. Enfim, jamais pague um voo de executiva pela Lufthansa nessa rota."

Embarque ruim. Permissão mínima de bagagem de mão, sobrou muito lugar de bagagem na aeronave. Uma chatice.
Voo atrasado, tripulação ruim. Pessima companhia aérea. A TAM francesa.

Se puder dispor de alguma grana, pague pelas poltronas em duplas, se estiver acompanhado é o melhor, para evitar o estresse de levantar para um banheiro no meio da madrugada

Contras: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Contras: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Contras: "Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative..."

Contras: "Teenage crew, poor service (not even water brought on request, all "self service" at back of flight, and not being allowed a second drink with dinner), poor language skills (crew not very helpful when 2 hour delay meant I could miss connecting flight, suggesting I "walk fast")."

Contras: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."

Contras: "We got socked with 40 Euro fees for our carry on plus personal item being 2 lbs over. The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."

Contras: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
Prós: "Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly."
