Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.
Da falta de gentileza de um dos funcionários responsável pelo embarque, sem modos ao falar com os clientes.
Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
Há café, água ou sumo de laranja
No mínimo uma garrafa de água.
Fiquei profundamente irritado por me enviarem a minha mala para o porão e depois no avião vi varias iguais e algumas ainda maiores.

Como é precisa reservar espaço para a cadeira de rodas, eles alteraram os assentos do meu sogro, e com isso ele sentaria sozinho numa poltrona sem possibilidade de mobilidade para ele, trocaram o assento da minha sogra mas para o local onde meu sogro não consegui sair para ir ao banheiro, ele chegou a se molhar um pouco pois não pode ir ao banheiro. O voo atrasou e passamos por várias turbulências, cheguei a enjoar."

She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Contras: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Prós: "Gosto muito do fato da TAP ter vôos diretos à Lisboa e Porto. É uma viagem longa e cansativa, portanto quanto mais rápido chegar melhor. Os tripulantes são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos à ajudar."
Contras: "Como em qualquer companhia aérea de hoje, o espaço para as pernas e o conforto da cadeira. Numa viagem de aproximadamente 10 h ao fim não temos mais posição que não doa as costas."
Prós: "Viajei pela executiva em 20 de maio com escala em Lisboa rumo a Roma. Os comissários de bordo foram extremamente atenciosos, sobretudo ao final do primeiro trecho, quando gentilmente me ajudaram muito a retirar meu celular que havia caído entre o assento e a parede. No segundo trecho, de Lisboa a Roma, a comissária Dalva foi gentilíssima e merece especial elogio de minha parte. As refeições foram boas e bem apresentadas, assim como as bebidas. Contudo, sugiro apenas a melhora dos assentos, que achei desconfortáveis, sobretudo para os pés, já que mal havia espaço para colocá-los e do kit de amenidades, no meu entender muito fraco para quem viaja numa executiva e paga por isso. Esclareço que prefiro a executiva especialmente pelo conforto, mas infelizmente os aviões da TAP estão distantes ainda de um padrão satisfatório para o custo cobrado (o voo de Lisboa a Roma foi num assento comum, um pouco mais afastados os bancos apenas), como existe em companhias menores, tal como a Air Marroc, por exemplo."

A KLM e a Air France disponibilizam isso até mesmo nos voos da classe econômica e a TAP nem na executiva. As poltronas e o Kit de amenidades (necessaire) eram fraquíssimos para quem paga (caro) por isso."

Voo bastante tranquilo, bastante confortável para companhia low cost. Em Paris no entanto, uma funcionária dificultou bastante o acesso relativamente a bagagem de mao, quando na vinda nunca houve qualquer tipo de objeção ( levava uma mochila com as dimensões adequadas e uma pequena mala a tira colo, sendo esta que referia não poder ir!)

O que podia ter corrido melhor: Estava super satisfeita com lugares que nos foram atribuídos aquando da compra dos bilhetes e chegados ao avião, Alteraram os nosso lugares.
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!
Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.
Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !

Um sorriso da tripulação.
O encosto era muito inclinado pra frente. Além de ser muito apertado, a posição inclinada pra frente fez o vôo ser extremamente desconfortável. :-(
Atrasado, equipe antes do embarque mal educada
É ridículo viajarem duas pessoas e cada uma ficar em lugares opostos na aeronave.
Tudo normal, não vejo a necessidade de de fazer um novo checkpoint quando não se tem malas de porão.
O voo foi ok mas atrasou quase 1 hora. Pelo menos a tripulação nos manteve informados sobre o motivo do atraso e previsão de decolagem.

Contras: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Contras: "The guy at the boarding did not know the procedures for a non EU passport and kept me waiting for so long because he had not sure if my visa was real. He did not even check my passport if I had a visa. I paid for priority and ended as a lat person in the queue. Then a woman came and checked my passport and saw the visa and could not see any problem with it. I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"

Contras: "Received emails about baggage, the policy stated that any cabin baggage beyond 1 would be checked for FREE in the hold. My wife and I both arrived with a small carry-on bag and a backpack. Upon arrival to Lisbon the attendant told us we needed to pay40euro each for the extra bag because it was slightly bigger than the bag “tester” box. (It fit sideways but not long ways). We showed the email about the free checked bag and she said because it was too big we had to pay 40 euro each. After a while we agreed. She then told us just to go to the gate, it would be ok. At the gate we had the same conversation with a different attendendent, this time it was 50 euro a piece! She said there was nothing she could do and just like that we are out 100 Euro. Do not fly with these Crooks!"
Contras: "I paid for business and there were no TVs or any entertainments from Portugal to Boston on Airbus 321. The seats barely reclined so basically I was charged for business and got a premium economy seat. They do not have a business section, never flying with them again."

We waited in line and got to the agent first, but upon realizing he had more than one couple in our situation, he agreed to help us all as a group. He gave us our tickets for the new flights one by one. When we got onto the aircraft we realized that we were in the far rear of the plane and the two couples (4 tickets) BEHIND us in the original line were given tickets in the business class portion of the plane, all the way in front. We were seated between two screaming babies and their parents, cramped in an aisle and middle seat. When I originally booked the reservation, I had paid extra money for the seats we preferred. Our new flight gave us the worst seats on the plane while giving the couples behind us in line the best."

Very disappointing and boring for long overseas flights!"

No entertainment visible from our seats and the headphones didn't work. Flight from BOS was much of the same. NEVER FLYING SATA AGAIN!"

Prós: "The plane seemed mostly empty, so I had a row of seats to myself, but the armrests didn't really go up all the way, so I couldn't lay down. The crew overall seemed attentive. Look, the plane departed and arrived more or less on time, which is all I really care about. All of the creature comforts people complain about pale in comparison to the miracle of mass transportation by airplane for a good price."
Contras: "The boarding process was rough. We were kept waiting in a hot bus until the plane was ready for at least twenty minutes. The entertainment was shoddy, an Ice Age sequel on a small screen several rows away with terrible sound quality."

Contras: "Both times I have flown this airline it was late--the first time 13 hours without any explanations and constant promises of it just being a few more hours, the second flight was 2 hours. In the airport in Portugal, they transport you by bus to the airplane and make you sit on the crowded bus at least 30-45 minutes. Then it takes another hour to load the plane. This is an 8 plus hour flight--they have the same 4 movies both directions."
Prós: "Spacious"
Contras: "Delayed 4 times without explanation. No option to select vegetarian meal at time of ticket purchase or check in. Boarding is a free for all. No order, just a mass of people funneling in to get through the gate. Then had to get on a shuttle bus to the plane... which took us to the wrong plane. Boarding the plane is also a free for all. The disorganization must have at least doubled the required boarding time."
Prós: "Staff"
Contras: "Ponta Delgada ground staff misguided us with less than 30 min to catch connecting flight..."
Prós: "Doss improved from first experience but still mediocre; staff friendly overall"
Contras: "Late departure, affecting connecting flight"

Contras: "Flight was freezing, departed late, baggage took 35+ mins to get to carousel :/"

Contras: "Flight was cancelled because TAP flight was 2 hours late in picking me up."
Prós: "The crew was friendly and worked hard as a team. Especially the more mature male FA. Was able to get preassigned seats! Counter staff was friendly too. Wine served was good and free."
Contras: "Did not mind that there was no movie etc. We didn't even accept the earphones. The food and Azores cookies were not very good. Be forewarned! LIS airport is not very user friendly. Often had to take and wait for buses to transfer from one area to another and up/down stairs ways. Consider checking your bags!"
Prós: "Food was pretty good and staff was nice"
Contras: "Plane was dirty. Tray tables had food on them. Crumbs in seat crevices. Boarding was an absolute nightmare as we were crammed in a shuttle bus for a half hour and then waited on the tarmac for close to an hour"
Prós: "We arrived safely. Which is most important. However..."
Contras: "Everything. This airline is the bare minimum. No TV's, no WIFI, uncomfortable seats, no leg room, NO AIR VENT, narrow isles, unfriendly flight attendants... Should I continue? There are no amenities with this airline. It's like stepping back in time... Worst airline I have ever flown!"
Prós: "We didn't crash."
Contras: "So far as I can tell, Azores doesn't particularly know how to run a plane. Their service was laughably bad, if you aren't in the plane suffering it. Boarding is bad. They start about 45 minutes prior to the flight, and need it because they're gonna bus you out to the plane. There is no order to who gets on first, you just get into the mob-like line and hope for the best. Once we got to the plane, we waited standing for no apparent reason for about 30 minutes. No announcement was made (in Portuguese or English). Because there was no order to how people got onto the busses, people blocked the isle getting onto the plane as well. Result, we departed Lisbon 1 hour late. There was a connection in the Azores. There everyone had to deplane, even if you were continuing on (more busses). And then getting onto the plane was the same deal. Result, we departed the islands even later, finally reaching Boston 2:15 late. Amazingly, my connecting flight wouldn't leave for another 40 minutes. The lady at the exit ramp told me that should be enough time to get through customs and over to the connection. Unsurprisingly it wasn't. On the plane, the seats were small and uncomfortable. Leg room was minimal. The seats had screens built into the back of them, but none of them worked. The only 'entertainment' we got was watching Linux continuously reboot on the seat screen next to mine. My personal screen didn't even offer this. Food was dry crackers, and an equally dry and sad sandwich. Portions were very small, so plan on packing a lunch. They do offer complimentary beer and wine, but getting a steward over to serve you is near impossible. Service was gruff, and frequently not very polite. I was hit by stewards running (actually running) up and down the isle. Stewards seemed generally more interested in talking in the back of the plane than serving passengers."
Prós: "Really enjoyed this flight. seats were comfortable, crew was friendly. Enjoyed the wine"
Contras: "Only one choice of sandwich which was meat. I am a vegetarian and hoped there was a choice."
Prós: "The plane wasn't full. Got lucky with a row of empty seats"
Contras: "No inflight entertainment available for a 7 hour flight."
Prós: "Clean plane."
Contras: "Late....made me miss a connection in Boston!"
Prós: "I like the fact that I sat in a row four seats and nobody was in that row so I got to lay down"
Contras: "The entertainment was horrible they had one movie showing and it was like six rows ahead of me hard to see"

Contras: "In flight entertainment system broken (7.5 hour flight), no alternative entertainment offered, air conditioner high, no blankets, asked for one but it never came, only one choice for dinner, meat with a side of badly cooked pasta with no sauce."

Contras: "No blankets " this isn't a night flight". No food. Dirty plane."
Prós: "I witnessed several instances of the crew going out of their way to help people. I was astonished at the level of service. Also it was very cheap and the landing was like a feather!"
Contras: "Nothing was wrong it was GANTASTIC"
Prós: "Crew was great! Picked exit row seat which made it far more comfortable than the previous flights from Boston to Ponta Delgada and on to Lisbon. Food was ok as well."
Contras: "Not enough staff at check-in, horrible line. Boarding was chaos and late. Departed 1 hr late, landed 1/2 early but sat on tarmac for 1/2 hr."
