There was a bit more leg room but that was about it, Having said that Singapore Airlines overall is pretty good - toilets kept nice and clean and everyone well taken care of."

Contras: "My screen had to be reset twice as it froze up. The attendants kept taking my water cups despite them not being empty. Boarding was less than organized, could have been more efficient. We made up time, arriving a few minutes early even after departing late."

Prós: "Singapore was fine and helpful with a crazy problem JustFly created then didn’t fix."
Contras: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."
Contras: "In spite of ordering vegetarian food, was offered a non-vegetarian option and was told that is Asian vegetarian. Food quality was bad too."
Prós: "I liked the space I had to stretch out, 3 seats to myself in economy enabled me to get some solid sleep between meals. The crew werebalways very polite and friendly."

Contras: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
Prós: "The business class bed was the best I have yet encountered. The food and service were great. And the stews? Gorgeous and so agreeable. One young lady even helped me with my back injury; turns out she was studying physical therapy. You can't find a better ride than that,"

Prós: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."
Contras: "I would have liked a wider selection of foods in the menu.. Limited options. Also, I had a 11:45 AM flight from BOM-SIN which was supposed to start boarding at 10:45, but instead we started boarding at 11:30 and took off at 12:10."

At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

Prós: "We had the BEST FEMALE flight attendants, they were soooo helpful and one of them came and wrote down my kids' names so she can call them by their names, and they got to choose the food and got theirs early so I was able to help them before mine arrived which was super thoughtful! Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"
Contras: "The male flight attendants were kind of annoying, they were trying to be funny but didn't work so they just came off arrogant and annoying!"

Contras: "The get out and get back in halt at Hong Kong. Practically the entire flight had to do this, quite wasteful. Bad customer experience. Find a better way please! If Hong Kong makes you do that switch over to another airport, better yet make no halt. I have flown direct from SF to Singapore before so not sure why this halt."

It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Contras: "i have requested the child meal on the web site and also requested the seat preferences, however when i boarded the flight, i came to know that they have only honored the seat preferences but not the food. on the serving menu, the veg option was available but we informed that the veg is available only if we have requested it on the web site, i had to survive with add-on food but not the real meal. crew were struggling to serve food for us."

Long queues,very slow to move, police checking passports unbelievably slowly. Retina scanners should speed up the process. Why then take 5 minutes to check each passport? Poor advert for Qatar, after nearly an hour of queuing I would think most passengers wished they had gone somewhere else."
