Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!

Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.
Prós: "I was smacked in my knee I need surgey on my minsicus for by the person serving the food and never got apologized too. Then later he elbowed me in face and acted like it didn't happen. I liked nothing."
Contras: "Not getting hit twice by the crew serving food and at least an apology."
Contras: "New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning"
Contras: "I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time."

Contras: "My rating on boarding is due -- entirely -- on the poorly designed new Istanbul airport. Seems that bigness and lots of duty free shops were given a priority over ease of making connections. Horrible."
Prós: "Turkish Air’s boarding is very good and their food and entertainment is good"
Contras: "I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc."
Prós: "The flight and crew were excellent. Turkish Airlines business is always good."
Contras: "The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana."

Prós: "The crew handled 2 incidents exceedingly diplomatically with an impossible man seated next to me. The incidents had nothing to do with me. At the beginning of the flight he was refusing to close 4 window shades that were bothering someone on the other side of the plane, and at the end of the flight he refused to return his headsets as we were landing. The crew were amazingly polite with him. He was completely out of line."
Contras: "My bag did not make the connection in Istanbul due to late arrival from Nairobi."
Prós: "The service was excellent, staff helpful and understanding."
Contras: "No business class priority boarding, no assistance available with transfer."
Prós: "Uma das melhores cias aéreas que já viajei. Estão de parabéns! Se preocupam o tempo todo com o conforto das crianças e isso fez a diferença no nosso voo, pois minhas filhas viajaram confortáveis e felizes o que fez com que elas não chorassem ou incomodassem nenhum passageiro. Realmente muito satisfeita."

Prós: "Turkish Airline is really good at making safety videos. Istanbul Atatürk Airport is hands down the best airport in the world."

Contras: "Leg room in economy was a bit tight. I got a full cup of tea spilled on me by the air hostess by accident but they offered to change my seat. It was bumpy at the moment so I understood plus they were very polite and dealt with it professionally."

Prós: "Charged me >$700 for missing a flight. This never happened earlier. Customer service girls are robotic: they just repeat the same lines. THY wasn't like this, something major has changed."

Contras: "Turkish airlines from Istanbul to Nairobi Announcement for medical personnel or doctor to come help. We pushed the button and the flight attendant came to our row. We unbuckled and we’re ready to get up and he said “ I have an elderly woman but first I need to see your license. In shock we said you need the license for us to be able to help? He said unfortunately that is our policy. I happen to have mine because I brought it along for the medical mission. I showed it to him then he gave some detail still not allowing us to see the person that needed attention:"
Prós: "The business lounge in Istanbul, Turkey was 2 floors, full of food, drinks, place to sleep, shower and sleep. The staff was superpeb."
Contras: "A man in the business lounge took my home address and cell number and told me that I would get a complimentary ride home. But when I arrived at the Business counter at the Dulles International Airport, they informed that no such program is in place."

Prós: "I got a return ticket from Houston to Lagos, the first leg of my trip went pretty well, no hassle at all, the staff and crew were great and professional."
Contras: "But the second leg of my trip which was Lagos back to Houston was horrible, the Turkish Airlines employees at the Murtala Mohammed International airport Lagos were the worst ever, unprofessional, rude and lack basic knowledge of boarding. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."
Prós: "Service was very good, an excellent selection of entertainment to stay distracted during the 13 hour flight, and a reasonable rate for the flight."
Contras: "Em athenas recebi uma informação errada, na qual me disseram q eu não precisaria retirar minha bagagem em São Paulo, que iria direto pro Rio de Janeiro. Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Prós: "Once you got past checkin the flight was fine"
Contras: "The checkin process was horrendous, people waiting for 40-45 minutes even though they were at the front of the line. Repeatedly we saw customers from other lines or no line at all being brought in to take our spots and checkin first with no explanation."
Prós: "Exxcellent food."

Contras: "the first flight (from Dhaka to Istanbul) was long, but great. full entertainment. the second flight from Istanbul to London had zero entertainment (the flight is obviously international and 4-5 hours long). there should be an easier way to request a vegetarian meal when i buy my ticket through your website. I shouldn't have to go through some convoluted way of contacting the airline to find if there is a veg option."
