I missed the flight due to inadequate time between flights. Lufthansa should not be offering this as a connection if Frankfurt airport can not process passengers quickly enough.
Frankfurt airport and organization sucks.
No issues. Flight was on time. Crew was pleasant. No complaints!
Connecting flight 60 min late
Correu muito bem. Houve pequeno atraso na saída, mas sem consequências.
I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.
Short haul flight. Not much comfort given, not much needed.

Prós: "Premium class is awesome. Nice size and comfortable seats with a foot rest. Food as tasty and hot. Attentive attendants."

Prós: "Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight."
Contras: "Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies"

Prós: "The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean."
Contras: "Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"

Contras: "O voo atrasou. Não havia qualquer opção de entretenimento a bordo. A cadeira praticamente não desce."

Contras: "The delay on embarking into the plane. Stayed on the bus, in from of the plane for about 15 minutes and I thought I was in an sauna. and on the departure was delay for about 15 minutes . The crew was OK but nothing out of the ordinary."

Contras: "Da falta de atenção com os passageiros depois se um atraso que estavam na conexão, hotel longe transporte só depois de muito tempo de espera 3hs. Chegada ao hotel as 23 hs, jantar improvisado, café da manhã bizarro, servido na recepção pequena muitos tomaram café em pé, pão com manteiga e café puro..."

Contras: "Our plane sat on turnac in Toronto waiting for a parking gate for 30minutes making us miss our connecting flight. Finally arrived but missed our train to Florence had to stay Saturday night in Rome while our villa in Lucca sat empty which was paid for"
Prós: "Good crew, very polite. Good ambient temperature on the plane. Food was good."
Contras: "Paid WiFi didn’t work for half the flight. They should post a map with when it works (above which countries) as apparently it’s a licensing issue."

Contras: "Food was not up to the mark, which it almost always is. The crew were a little rude at times, which is also not very common with this airlines."

Contras: "O funcionário que nos atendeu em Beirute era mal educado. Sala VIP horrorosa. O banheiro era pior que o banheiro de uma rodoviária suja. Os assentos são apertados. Na verdade não são assentos de classe executiva. São assentos comuns, em que eles bloqueiam o assento do meio. Não tem banheiro privativo da classe executiva, o banheiro tinha fila o tempo todo. A comida era medíocre. Enfim, jamais pague um voo de executiva pela Lufthansa nessa rota."

Contras: "The food was ok. I didn’t sleep on my 10 hour flight because there was an infant in front of me who screamed most of the flight. It’s time to create a “Family Area” for those fling with small children. It became a burden in everyone in the vicinity. Not what I paid for."
