Contras: "Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

However I did not arrive in Johannesburg because a flight delay (even though our flight was set to let ontime) caused probably 40 people to miss their connections. To their credit, Qatar Airways did find accommodations for us and gave us food vouchers. Otherwise it'd be a zero rating."
Contras: "Boarding took far too long and caused us to be an hour late. Because of this, I am missing out on events scheduled in South Africa. This is very upsetting and it appears that Qatar Airways is too slow with boarding, there was no explanation given for why it took so incredibly long to board."

This flight never happened. Kayak doesn't know that because they refused to speak with me on the phone. Avoid this company unless you enjoy stress and financial loss.

Staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Great leg room and entertainment. Even the in flight meal and snacks were good. I was not looking forward to my domestic connection with Delta. Unfortunately, Delta met my anticipated expectation. US based carriers could learn a lot from Lufthansa."

Contras: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

Prós: "I'm so happy to be able to travel with my small dog in cabin. I've travelled from Miami to Helsinki and back with a dog at least 30 times in the last 16 years. The service has always been very good. I choose the airline always based on what's best for my dog."

No alternative flight. We spent an hour waiting on line at their call center (no local numbers, only one Finland number) and got rebooked on a super tight HEL-FRA-LHR-SIN connectiob, which we barely made as the connection times were so short. Plus they messed up the checkin so we got denied boarding in Frankfurt and lost our suitcases. Perfect storm... we will NEVER take this airline again. Totally understaffed and I competent. Fly a major airline and pay a little more to avoid things like this..."

The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"
Prós: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."
Contras: "There was no reason given why the flight left Helsinki 35 minutes from schedule. Boarding aircraft seem to take a longer time than usual for a full flight. The flight crew during boarding in economy didn't have the push needed to get everyone seated in an efficient manner. The tv screen does not move out far enough to view when the person in front has their seat all the way back. Selection is limited compared to the non stop flight previous from Miami to Helsinki. There isn't an option to view the flight details in flight which is interesting to some passengers. At least have the option."

We really enjoyed our experience on the outbound flight with Finnair and were looking forward to this flight also, but Finnair didn't service this flight."

Prós: "We had two seats alone on the side, in row 51(!), with plenty of room and easy access (but not too close) to the loo. The Boeing 747 has aged well and was a bit more comfortable than the 787 Dreamliner we took over to Europe."

Prós: "A British Airline é uma empresa muito organizada, não houve atrasos e o serviço de bordo estava impecável, porém, tive problema com a minha tv, na verdade todo o bloco central perdeu acesso ao entretenimento e eles não conseguirem resolver ainda em voo."

Tive uma despesa a mais tendo que pagar o hotel em Londres estando com hotel pago em Paris"
Prós: "Foi a minha primeira vez voando com essa companhia e achei tudo excelente. Darei prioridade nas próximas viagens."

A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.
Compramos assentos com a nossa localização preferida mas fomos colocados em outro local.
Avião sem nenhum tipo de entretenimento (pra uma viagem de 3h, achei ruim). Não ofereceram água, porém havia oferecimento de comidas e bebidas à venda onboard.
O voo de conexão de Lisboa para Amsterdã deveria ser fornecido ao menos um lanche pois, já estávamos há 10 horas aguardando, vindo do Rio de Janeiro! Os lanches eram pagos!
o voo foi cancelado por causa da covid-19. ainda me devem o dinheiro da viagem num total aproximado de 2000 €
Comissário não era muito simpático, ao contrário do voo de ida, quando a comissária era super solicita,. Quanto ao pão do café da manhã gelado, o que não é muito legal pra quem está acabando de acordar, no mais estava bom!
Agente de checkin extremamente rude e ainda obrigou a despachar mala de mão com a desculpa que era grande sendo que estava cheio de passageiro com malas iguais ou maiores no embarque. Os voos sempre atrasam pela desorganização no embarque. A comida é horrível, já comi melhor em hospital. Paguei pela economy extra pra ter espaço a mais e mal se consegue usar um tablet em voo de tão apertado se o passageiro da frente reclinar o assento. Tem companhia low cost muito melhor e não cobram um valor abusivo na tarifa. Não recomendo nunca a TAP.
Pontualidade zero. O costume. 50m de atraso a aterrar. No aeroporto de Lisboa não havia autocarros à espera. Avião estacionado longe. Tudo péssimo em horários e experiência de chegada

Contras: "They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment."
Prós: "Fairly new plane with clean/comfortable seats"
Contras: "Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat"
