Contras: "Much ballyhooed A350-1000 has noisy engines rudely interrupting my enjoyment of the entertainment system - may be my seats were too close to the engines. The seats are not all that comfortable though perhaps wider than usual configuration in economy."

Contras: "Had an 11hr delay overall, 3.5hrs sitting on the tarmac only to be told to disembark for dinner at the airport. Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Contras: "The movie selection was not the best. There were a lot of choices but not that many newer popular ones"

Contras: "Vegetarian food - portion is too little. This has been the third time with Qatar and the food portion are too little."

Prós: "If you upgrade...it’s pricey but man doesn’t it look nice. Their regular seats are great. Get an emergency seat. Food isn’t kosher and tastes good. Never one complaint with these guys!"
Contras: "If I had to pick one thing...it’s that their free WiFi is only on select planes...not all. Sorry nothing else to dislike."
Prós: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."
Prós: "The seats were very comfortable and there was more room for our legs than most airline provide. The entire staff as well as the pilot certainly know what the term “service” means!"

Contras: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"
Prós: "The flight was on time. The crew was very accommodating. The food is better than some other airlines. The entertainment provided had a lot of choices I had an 8 1/2 hour layover in Doha. They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. It was a nice hotel close to the airport."
Contras: "I was sitting in economy. I booked too late to get any type of upgrade for extra legroom. For Economy it was OK, but cramped and hard to get comfortable on a 13+ hour flight."

Contras: "Front row with a toddler meant that we couldn't lift the armrests up and get her to lay down. She had to lie on the floor, but when we hit some turbulence, we had to wake her and sit her back up with us. The second part of the leg was much better as we were on a normal row seat"
Prós: "Crew professionalism"
Contras: "Food: at best a B+ Laptop Wrapping at gate: very slow process Entertaining: movie variety is poor. Seat: even in business class the seat doesn't recline completely... not very comfortable as compared to other airlines"
