Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Contras: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."
Contras: "Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )"

Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Contras: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Prós: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Contras: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Contras: "Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress."

Contras: "When TAP couldn’t get me to Lisbon in time to make my connection they added a flight to Madrid where I waited until 16:00 to fly to Seville. I talked to several TAP representatives and none were helpful or apologetic and they offered me nothing for the problems they caused. I missed my only day in Seville due to this. This trip turned out to be a disaster."

We were not aware one of us needed eTA to fly through Canada and the agent was so belittling, rude and plane wrong with her information, that if it had not for our smarts, we might have not made it to our destination. I do not spend so much money to fly with an airline, whose agents treat it me like this! She really should be fired for her terrible manners and for giving customers wrong information..the second supervisor we talked to helped us, but the impression we got from the agent was so terrible, that it was hard to feel any good...no food on a flight during lunch hour, seems unfitting."
Contras: "My original flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. Instead of arriving at 9:30 at my final destination I arrived at 1:30 am. Exhausted."
Prós: "I am sad to say I have little positive things to say about this experience."
Contras: "To begin, our flight was delayed an hour into Toronto. We asked the flight attendant about our connecting flight and they said they would find an answer. It ended up that we landed just as the flight was scheduled to leave. Why they could delay pur flight but would not hold another flight by 20 minutes is very questionable. Then we got to customer service, the rep told us that we could only get on the next flight going out tomorrow at the same time which meant 24 hours lost. Of our vacation- which hotels already booked and tours already booked. When I asked if there was anyway we could get in earlier the service person told me "I should be grateful because some people have had to wait multiple days to get to their destinations." When we finally did board the flight the next day we were not served any food, no snacks, and no drink for the entire overnight flight."
Contras: "Boarding gate very small"
Prós: "I liked that we got a lot of food, and the movies were very good. Groups for boarding made sense and we boarded quickly"
Contras: "it was late and despite being 4.5 hours there were no free snacks or food. Only one toilet which we could never use bc of constant turbulence."
Prós: "The ever wonderful Air Canada cancelled a bunch of the flights that I had originally booked 2 months before I left and marooned me in the Toronto airport for an 8 hour layover on my way home. Unacceptable. No reason given, no apology made, nothing."
Prós: "Poor airline, always delayed, dreadful and unfriendly customer service. The only reason I flew with them this short trip was due to price"
Contras: "We were in Toronto for an entire week without our bag and Air Canada showed no concern at all for our well being. I travelled with my one year old son, I needed supplies for him and Air Canada gave me dead end numbers to call, websites that didn't work and even hung up on us when we were trying to find out about our bags. They treated us terribly. I will never fly them again."
Prós: "When there were unforseen delays. They just said too bad, here is a phone number you can call. It then took 2 hours to try and get someone on the phone. Once I finally was talking with someone, they said it would cost $200 to rectify the problem. I then got put on hold. When they came back they said it would be over $2000 to get home. Talk about trying to cash is on people's hard situations. I ended up flying WestJet. They were amazing."
Prós: "Smooth take off and landing."
Contras: "The numbers above the seating arrangement cause a lot of confusion for people and some almost want to argue for the window seat."
Contras: "My flight was changed and I wasn't informed - I cleerly checked my information beforehand but it would be nice if flights were to change by two hours, to know in advance so arrangements could be made"
Contras: "It was so great we didn't go. Got a refund you retards"
Contras: "I believe that Air Canada had actually over booked the flight. When I checked in for my flight online, I didn't have a seat assigned. This made my entire night before and morning of the flight very uncomfortable as I was worried the entire time that I wouldn't get to work because of this."

Contras: "When i checked out the cabin after i bought the tickets i was under the impression that there would be screens on the plane to view movies for free. Instead they were offering for $10 to buy a ipad and more money for headphones to rent for the flight to watch movies. Kind of was a disappointment but i read a book which is always better to do anyway."
