Contras: "A ultima refeição da rota não foi oferecida, mesmo sem ter colocado a informação de não incomodar no assento (adesivo disponível para informar a tripulação que o cliente optou por não fazer a refeição)."
Prós: "O assento é realmente muito confortável e o bar no fundo do A380 é fantástico."

Prós: "I had really high expectations for this trip but they were unmet. The service was indifferent. The chair wasnuncomfortable. The aisle was super narrow. I was bumped the entire flight. I didn’t like the food. And it was obvious by the end of the trip the staff was just done. Leaving the plane I passed several attendants and they did not say anything. They didn’t thank me for my business. They did t say goodbye or encourage me to come again — they were oblivious and no caring."

Contras: "Bathrooms were dirty. People running over each other to board at TRV airport. Clear and helpful announcements may be needed but the ground staff is mediocre at best"

Contras: "Despite me telling the crew a number of times that he temperature was FAR too low, no change was made. Now I am not a first time flyer and I know flights can get cold. I had a sweatshirt, socks, shoes, two blankets wrapped and it was still cold to the point that I put the blanket over my head. When I looked around the flight almost every single person was completely wrapped in blankets and had hoods, sarees, and scarves wrapped around their heads. I had my 1 year old infant who already had a head cold that I feel was worsened by the cold dry air. I spent my first few days in Kolkata pretty sick. I know the cold air doesn’t cause the illness but it certainly worsened any stuffy nose I had into a full blown cold and chest congestion. I was VERY upset by the discomfort on this flight especially after having a wonderful flight with Emirates from New York to Dubai. I really felt like the crew did not care despite clear discomfort the passengers were feeling. It was incredible how visible the discomfort was yet nothing was done to fix the temperature. The freezing cold air kept blowing right on everyone theoughout the flight."

Contras: "That I had top travel to FLL ibnstead of Miami"
Prós: "I didn’t die in a plane crash"
Contras: "We were offered no form of refund, miles, or anything after a 6 hour layover. We paid for a hotel for the night (we should have landed at 1am) and instead landed at 7am, so we had to completely skip our hotel and had no sleep for the wedding the next day. We’re out of $120 for the hotel we already paid for and the staff gave us no help in form of compensation."
Contras: "A cadeira ao se apertar os botões travava.... A tv toda hora, do nada, saía do filme.e ia pra tela principal. Melhorou qdo comecei a usar o controle que fica ao lado da poltrona, pois pelo touch screen na própria tela wstava impossível. Decepção para quem paga caro por um serviço melhor."
Contras: "Cobrança de excesso de peso apesar de eu e minha família ainda termos 69kg de franquia é de termos despachado as mesmas malas do voo Brisbane para Dubai, com a mesma Emirates, normalmente. Assento quebrado. Assento do meu filho sujo. Não recomendo parar em Dubai pela arbitrariedade da Emirates"

Contras: "A classe executiva na disponibiliza chinelo, muito menos pijama como outras companhias aéreas fazem. A poltrona ao estar totalmente na horizontal não dá o conforto que dá, por exemplo, a poltrona da Etihad."

Contras: "O salão de embarque não oferecia espaço suficiente para todos os passageiros. Não havia uma organização para acomodar a enorme quantidade de passageiros. Poucos banheiros. Tripulação sobrecarregada de serviços."
Prós: "A comida oferecida é muito boa e saborosa. Porém, pela quantidade de passageiros, há uma dificuldade em servir a todos. O entretenimento é bem diversificado."
Contras: "Faltam banheiros na classe econômica. A grande quantidade de passageiros sempre precisa aguardar em filas para conseguir usar o banheiro."

Prós: "Crew / service very attentive. Lovely appearance. Food very good , also the coffee! I also enjoyed the little comforts, pillows, blankets & the travel pouch with travel essentials. I also appreciate the cabin sizes & locations of the lavatories. And, love the ceiling lights!"
Contras: "My entertainment screen wasn't responding well, which di annoy the passenger in front of me lol"
