Vôo convencional sem nada de especial

Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.

Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.

Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Contras: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return."

Contras: "I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."

Contras: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

They completely forgot about me. When I saw that the people had boarded, I went to the counter asking for the wheelchair. They sent me to Egypt Air to request it. Of course Egypt Air said I was not their passenger, so I should request the chair to my airline. I tell the man from Egypt air to talk directly to his colleagues in Turkish Airways. He is angry and tells me he's doing me the favor of getting the chair even if it's not his job, so i should be very thankful. He requested the chair and sat me on it. Kept telling me I should be thankful to him, even if it wasn't his job. Turkish Airways never got the wheelchair for me and I have mobility problem but they tell me to get to another airline to get it! No entertainment originally in Spanish in any flights for Spanish speaking passengers."

Contras: "In flight entertainment system was not functioning. Turkish refused to provide hotel in Istanbul as per their policy even after being told by Turkish employees in the USA and France that this would be provided due to my 20 hour layover. I will not fly Turkish again in the future."

Contras: "My flight was delayed, and the wrong gate was initially listed for my connecting flight, causing me to miss my flight. I asked to transfer to the next flight, but the staff there argued with me and refused to do so, saying I must purchase another ticket. I was forced to purchase a visa, go through passport processing, and purchase a new ticket that cost nearly as much as my entire round trip ticket from the US. I then had to pay to stay overnight in a hotel and had to make alternate arrangements to meet my hosts when I finally reached my destination."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "Everything....food and service. The airlines also Lost our bags...and till today cannot trace or find it. Went on a cruise with 2 pairs of clothes. How does an airline give a bag tag to a passenger without putting it in the bag???? 12 days and no bags.... terrible call center service too no help at all."

Contras: "I was traveling with a group and wasn't able to be seated with my group for any of my flights including a 12 hour transatlantic flight. For whatever reason, I couldn't actually check in for my flight and select seats prior to arriving at the airport. This happened with each ticket I purchased through every other agency except for orbitz.com. Not sure if that was a Turkish Airlines issue or a kayak.com issue, but it was very frustrating. When we arrived at the airport, we could no longer be seated together because everyone else had already checked in online and selected their seats for an overbooked flight. One of my group members was issued a standby ticket and almost didn't get on one of the flights that we paid a lot of money for. I would call this travel experience subpar, but I don't entirely blame Turkish Airlines for this."

Contras: "Flight was delayed by 4.5 hours. We got a few drinks and snacks while waiting. No real information was provided and the flight was delayed by one hour at a time. Kids were tired and hungry. Crew did not help. After a few hours we got some blankets. We had to sleep on the airport's floor. We had to buy food. We did not know what will happen with our connection flights that most of the passengers missed because of the delay. This was a nightmare!"

As minhas malas novinhas chegaram simplesmente destruídas. Impossível utilizar novamente. Amassadas absurdamente, quebradas…

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)

A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!

Aeroporto de amstedam colapsou Evitar

O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...

Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Contras: "Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund."

It looks like American Airlines hopes to exchange your reality with virtuality, but our bodies that we are for some reason taking with us on that itinerary - suffer."
Contras: "My luggage didn't arrive to Helsinki and has been two days since I have inform and they said it was going to come the next flight but didn't sent it. I have been two days with the same cloths and no cleaning products, so disappointing they don't seem to care of all the inconvenience I have been experiencing."

Contras: "Plane was late leaving Helsinki due to broken latch, which made us late getting into Chicago. After landing we waited at least 45 minutes to get to a gate. It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."

Contras: "For some reason about half of the passengers had to have their boarding passes reissued so departure was delayed- thus arrival was delayed & some passengers missed connections- I had plenty of time so it wasn't an issue for me"

Prós: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Contras: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."

Contras: "Low level service, quarrel at the check in about size of the hand luggage (fits all standards, excepts self imposed Finnair rule <8 kg). Poor to no service."

Didn't post gate until very last minute…LHR..Then it said boarding immediately. Nowhere to get water. Hurriedly Boarded plane to find out we have the sit there an hour. Girl next to me was so childish Loud mouth complaining because she couldn't sit next to her bf."

Contras: "My problems began after landing. I booked a flight from LAX to Amsterdam, with a layover at Heathrow. When I originally checked in, they didn't send my things all the way through to my final destination. I had to exit the airport at Heathrow to retrieve my bag and go back through security, while trying to make my connecting flight."

The bathrooms ran out of water in the toilet about 2 hours before we landed so I didn't want to use it. Again, it was an old plane."

Contras: "Our flight from LA to Dublin was cancelled day of and the airline put us on another flight. We came to find out that they did not place my fiancee and myself together. We tried talking to the crew but they seemed apathetic and uninterested in helping us. The said the flight was full and everyone checked in but after boarding we found many open seats.. while on the plane I requested help trying to relocate seats so we could sit together and not a single steward would help us. In the end, we finally found seats on our own... Very unhappy throughout the entire journey the quality of service. Never flown with such rude and unaccomadating service personal."

Contras: "Aer Lingus operated the flight. Haphazzard ticketing/check-in procedure would have been stressful if it wasn't clear that everyone else on the plane was there in line too. Both legs of our trip with Aer Lingus were on older planes, that had obviously flown a lot of miles. Sound on my seat console on this flight was so bad that it was unusable."
Contras: "After booking 2 months in advance to be placed at the LAST ROW next to the toilets? I will think long and hard before booking Aer Lingus."

Very frustrating, not sure why they couldn't hold the Glasgow flight to accommodate all of us? It would of been a lot easier for us!!"

Prós: "The price british"
Contras: "British airways booked us on aer lingus from Dublin to LAX. Worst international flight I've ever been on. The flight attendants were rude. There was trash laying all over the floor, only once did the flight crew pick up litter from customers on the 10 hour flight. My husbands entertainment unit would not work, after we paid $90 each for an 'upgrade'. Also, somehow British Airways didn't communicate I was Gluten free so I had no meals or snacks for the flight. I would not recommend using Aer Lingus even if BA books this leg as part of an overall travel."
Prós: "Aer Lingus' international flights have a while's way to go before it can rival that of Singapore Airlines (in terms of food & comfort), but overall it was good for the price. It was spacious enough for my 12" MacBook to be used, but as is the case with all flights, it gets crammed when the front passenger reclines."

Prós: "Easy boarding, entertainment"
Contras: "Crew was not very friendly on bot departure and return flights. Will make me reconsider Air France in the future."
Prós: "Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless"
Contras: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
Contras: "Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!"
Prós: "Good selection of movies."
Contras: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."
Prós: "Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight."
Contras: "Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative..."
Contras: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."
Prós: "More space in business class (777-300) than many other airlines."
Contras: "Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft"

Contras: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Prós: "Fast and efficient boarding and friendly and efficient staff. Landed 15min ahead of schedule."

Contras: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."
Prós: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Contras: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Contras: "Canceled flight—absolutely no notification. Convoluted rebooking in whcuhbhey lies to us about what flights we were actually on. Spent a couple hours at Delta rebooking our trip. Lost prepaid night at hotel and dinner eaecatuon plus day of vacation."
Contras: "I don’t know why they keep making boarding with stairs and bus."
Prós: "The stewardesses were extremely kind and helpful to me as I was travelling alone with my toddler. I really appreciated their help and kindness."
