Next time we will certainly have to avoid The airline as their gate transfer in Frankfurt is horrible with very rude security staff who has no interest helping our family to board the flight on tight connection. Instead the person decided to go on his break right when we were at the X-ray screening. How rude and unthoughtful."

Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

According to rull must keep it under seat, but crew don't say anything I was very very surprised. it's very Dangerous to everybody people may hurt , i was very Scared and nervous. 3. in the dark room passenger can't see or feels that behind them whether crew come or not (passing by or not) Crew passing by and hit passenger but without saying sorry and just go a way. it's impossible... 4. i was standing at Exit door and look at the outside but same time crew came and said to me not friendly and without smile "Excuse me" and i go a way, i saw she crew want to put something inside at dress room. what i want to say the crew could be more nice and smiley face to passenger or could be nice can be wait 5 seconds but was really the way of tone is Racist, this is what i felt, really bad."

Contras: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Prós: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Contras: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Contras: "Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress."

Contras: "Major delays due to poor maintenance. Maintenance is done with passengers on board. No issues with inconveniencing passengers. If you call to complain and ask for compensation, I’ll hey tell you to submit an email and they will respond 3-5 weeks or longer. Will never fly Air Canada again. Will tell everyone on my social media how awful this airline is to customers."
Prós: "That they give you ear phones"

Contras: "evry thimg on time"
Contras: "Since my flight was delayed from calgary I had to sleep overnight to catch a morning flight. To my inconvenience I had to wait to have my seat assigned at the gate. I asked the rep at the gate to please have an aisle seat but she asked me to wait as she will call my name for seat assignments later. As I waited like she called many names and not mine, i again reminded her that she didnt call mine and she then just gave me my boarding pass without even apologizing that shr had put me in a middle seat. I told her i cant sit im a middle seat i need am aisle because I go to the bathroom often. she coldly said. "no more aisle seats". bad experience with ground staff in general as this is not the first time."
Contras: "No TV"
Contras: "Arrived 1 hr 15 min late."
Contras: "Employees seemed somewhat disorganized. There was not enough space in front of counter for people and there luggage. I ticketing agent would yell from far down the counter "Next...Next!) and finally walk closer so people in line could see/hear them. Then, often that next customer could not get to the counter in front of the agent because of the pillars and other people were blocking them. The space was too cramped. At boarding, Instructions over the loudspeaker were not clear and the video screens contained incorrect information about boarding. At one point the agent came out and yelled at everyone to "get out of line!, we are not boarding yet". I have never seen this process handled so poorly and I fly quite a bit."
Contras: "Baggage hasn't arrived after 45 minutes"
Contras: "Your worst nightmare. Lost my luggage and 24 hours can't even tell me where it is. Complete incompetence."
Prós: "Team was accommodating and helped with my4 year old kid to make the travel experience easier."
Contras: "Had to pay extra for bags. Policy wasn't clear when purchasing tickets, and was surprised to pay $25 per bag."
Contras: "The landing"
Prós: "We had requested special meals and they showed up fine on the reservation page o. AirCanad's web site. Then they changed the itinerary (again) with a minor improvement after we had upgraded to Business class. Somehow Air Canada deleted the special meals. Not just lost with the change but actively deleted according their rep. So no meals."
Contras: "Good flight.. but.. (1) GTAA Ground support on luggage is totally inadequate for this aircraft.. a 30 min wait after the long walk from the landing gate and clearing customs. (2) the new flight tracker program is idiotic with unrelated place names flying all over the screen with no clear sense of where we are."
Prós: "We were already delayed by alot"
Prós: "Absolutely nothing."
Contras: "1. Boarding arrangement was very poor. 2. No zone number on our boarding passes. Although we were seated in seats 22,23, we were automatically pushed to zone 5 and forced to board last. 3. My wife and I were assigned two middle seats in two separate rows. 4. We were forced to check in our cabin baggage saying that there was lack of overhead space, but when we boarded among last passengers, there were a number of empty overhead bins. We could easily have saved 45 minutes in Toronto airport without having to wait for our bags."
Prós: "This was my first time using Air Canada and I was so excited after seeing all of the wonderful photos of this luxurious aircraft! Upon boarding, I sat patiently as I waited for my boarding group (3) to be called. Once my group was called up, i waited in line next to board while to the right of the line therw was an inpatient mob of group 4's & 5's eagerly waiting to board. The announcement of group 4 and 5 boarding sent the mob into a frenzy and they shoved their way in front of all of us group 3's knocking me down. The Air Canada staff did not assist nor did they do anything to regulate groups and ensure everyone's safety. I have never been more disappointed in an airline. Im fine now in case anyone cares."

Contras: "Losing my bag, someone took it by mistake, but all turned out well."
Contras: "I paid to upgrade seating and on other airlines you get priority boarding and can store your bag in the overhead bin. Not the case with air canada...not great customer experience compared to delta or united."
Prós: "almost nothing"
Contras: "Pre-boarding wait is extremely long with all the different groups. Seems you always have a problem with carry on luggage so those in Group 5 will always be forced to check-in unwillingly. Staff taking ticket is unfriendly at gate - i was YELLED at because I had a thin garment bag along with my small international carry on and purse. it was considered 3 bags .... since when does a dress inside a garment bag warrant a full other carry on? It could have folded into my carry on but the purpose of a garment bag is so you do not have to wrinkled it in your luggage. He moved me to the side and told me I needed to check it in, I was NOT allowed to hang it in the plane b/c i'm not a business passenger. WTF. After 10 min of waiting on the side I folded up my garment bag and shoved it in my purse - after another 5 min he gave me my luggage and told me to head toward the plane. Worst. Flight. Ever"
Contras: "Lavatories didn't flash properly. No tap water"

Contras: "Number of movie selections for a transcontinental flight was really poor especially compared to a Delta transcontinental flight I took the week before."

Contras: "The outcome was not. They would not allow me to board the plane b/c I didn't have a valid passport. I grew up in Canada & over the years have crossed the border in both directions & never needed a passport. Could you be more diligent in letting people know this."
Prós: "That it brought me to my destination"
Contras: "I' a small person is this i entirely uncomfortable, so i can't imagine what it's like for bigger ppl. BTW seems like Air Canada was just opening at 4am, so there were huge lines for checkin but no people were attending the Air Canada counters. THen at about 4:30 they all started coming out. For a 6am flight ppl are supposed to be there 2 hours before. I usually don't feel nauseated on planes but I did for this ride."

Contras: "We had to sit on a bus and wait 30 minutes to be taken to a different gate. The seats aren't comfortable and like most the seating is cramped with little space. Flight attendant was rude after I refused to take an aisle seat from my window seat."
Prós: "Never flown "air canada", was a bit apprehensive. But I was very much happy & pleasantly surprised!"
