They canceled the flight we booked several weeks ago and Lufthansa rebooked us on a very bad connection through Frankfort but never told us…the helpful United people at the airport figured out what had happened and then rebooked us on a direct United flight, like our original booking, only overnight instead of daytime. Why did Lufthansa not mention that they had rebooked us, and why did they add a stopover needlessly?

Contras: "The delay on embarking into the plane. Stayed on the bus, in from of the plane for about 15 minutes and I thought I was in an sauna. and on the departure was delay for about 15 minutes . The crew was OK but nothing out of the ordinary."
Prós: "The service and crew was amazing! We splurged on Business class and it was worth it! I was impressed with their efficiency at every point: checking in, boarding, and in-flight service."

Contras: "Had a connecting flight, both were with Lufthansa. There was an hour between the two flights. We went straight to security and immediately to the boarding gate but they had closed the gate and would not let us board, even though there was 15 minutes before the flight was due to leave. We were refused a refund and had to move flights to another airport 2 hours away and then had a 5 hour delay. We lost our car reservation as we would arrive too late to collect, we also couldn't check in to our hotel as planned as the hotel only allow check in until 11pm; we would have got there at 1am, so then had to book another hotel for the night. Airport staff at Lufthansa told us they could not help and told us to go away!"

Na verdade não são assentos de classe executiva. São assentos comuns, em que eles bloqueiam o assento do meio. Não tem banheiro privativo da classe executiva, o banheiro tinha fila o tempo todo. A comida era medíocre. Enfim, jamais pague um voo de executiva pela Lufthansa nessa rota."

Contras: "We only had 45 minutes between flights. We almost missed our flight to Naples due to having to go through security again in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt airport was very congested. I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."

Contras: "Flights are delayed frequently which resulted in missing connection from Frankfurt to New York. On arrival, passengers are herded like animals from one point to the next with no explanation as to what resulted in the delay or given sufficient supplements for food etc."

Embarque ruim. Permissão mínima de bagagem de mão, sobrou muito lugar de bagagem na aeronave. Uma chatice.

Se puder dispor de alguma grana, pague pelas poltronas em duplas, se estiver acompanhado é o melhor, para evitar o estresse de levantar para um banheiro no meio da madrugada

Prós: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."
Contras: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Contras: "The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping."
Prós: "Leg room is bigger than average, there is also a foot step which helps you to relax."
Contras: "There must be lice on the plane, either from the customer or on the seats. Got bitten 6 times on the leg and butt!!! And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

A falta de organização no embarque, à falta de preparo dos funcionários no embarque e no voo, minha filha pediu uma lasanha durante o voo e precisei por duas vezes chamar porque esqueceram os talheres, a lasanha esfriou. O senhor de idade que pediu água para os remédios e se estressou no final pela demora e o pedido ainda assim demorou a ser atendido. Fora o atraso de mais de uma hora
É ridículo viajarem duas pessoas e cada uma ficar em lugares opostos na aeronave.
Pior companhia aérea com quem voei...colaboradores sem cortesia...

Paguei embarque prioritário Ponta Delgada - Lisboa e nada foi prioritário, o voo atrasou e depois foi tudo ao molho e fé em Deus...
Prós: "Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event"
Contras: "Not really. Although pushback delayed, arrival was 10 minutes early"

Contras: "Stood in a queue for ages. Got our bags checked and then told that flight in was delayed and once in passengers will deboard first and rhen we will board. No apologies offered. We left late and areived in Dublin late. The trays in front of our seats (all three in our row) were dirty with spilled teas etc and we were not able to use rhem. As for flight and crew and everything else it was ok and nothing special. We felt rushed and were told get a move on quickly."

Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."

Contras: "Boarding commenced after the given departure time with no sign of a delay on the departure boards. There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."

Contras: "We are senior travelers and were unable to check in early due to tecnology issues. So we we went to the airport early. We arrived a half hour before the check in deadline ended. There were not enough agents at the booth and we waited and waited. By the time we finally got service we were past the two hour deadline, and we were charged an additional 220 euros. This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."

Uma funcionária ficava na fila avaliando as malas que, segundo ela, tinham de ir para o porão. Ocorre que dentre todas as pessoas, fui a única a ser cobrada pelo despacho da mala. Pessoas com malas maiores do que a minha embarcaram sem multa. Além disso, a companhia parece um mercado à ceu aberto. Até loteria é vendida."
