Contras: "Walking from one terminal to terminal was quite a problem. when the staff are checking before you pass through the security after you arrived form Lagos to Frankfurt was quite rude. I had a electronic boarding pass on my phone for some reason the wifi from the airport was slow in allowing my electronic boarding pass to work and the staff was impatience with me and rudely asked me to get off the line."
Prós: "1.5 hour flight, on time and all that one should expect from a good airline."

Contras: "Luggage waiting time too long, my suitcase was badly damaged rendered unusable, came to a compensation agreement which was acceptable to me at the time since I was pressed for time to catch the train I had a reservation for. But still will not buy me a new suitcase."

Contras: "For the whole journey I had a small child kicking, knocking, tapping behind me. Kept waking me up also nearly ten hours of whining. I was genuinely uneasy and uncomfortable for the whole trip. I think there should be a designated child with adult area as I really don’t think this is acceptable. It is stressful enough traveling for 30+ hours this really is not welcome."

Contras: "Notoriously, on several flights I have recently taken, my economy seats do not recline at all. On long distance flights this is very uncomfortable! And on this flight from Frankfurt to NYC, my bag was lost, making a claim at the Lufthansa baggage dept took a very long time and the clerk said little, explained nothing and seemed annoyed with my questions."
Prós: "Impecable service. Even worth flying through FRA."

Prós: "It could be better, the flight attendance one of them was overwhelmed and I could feel her attitude, although she made an accidental movement on my foot she never apologized. And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."
Contras: "The attidute is what I try not to get involved. I am on the air, traveling, and I don't like to experience any negative feelings from no one. I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. Which in my opinion, I believe she could say I am sorry, and not looking at me as her worse enemy. Madness. She honestly needs a psychological evaluation."

Contras: "Flight was cancelled with a very poorly set up e-mail. No alternative suggestions, no phone number where to call, nothing. Very unhelpful. When calling a phone number finally found on the internet there was a 40 min waiting loop, only to then have a very bored and annoyed sounding call attended who finally was able to rebook the flight. Overall very poor service, at the very least there should have been a guideline of what steps to take now in the cancelling of the flight E-mail and where to call."

Contras: "Walk between connecting flights in Munich was very long (25 minutes) and when we got to the gate for the flight to EWR, there was a very long, and very slow-moving line with only one attendant checking boarding passes for 6 gates. We arrived at the gate and were among the last passengers to board. A last minute additional attendant that was brought on, helped to make the line move a bit faster, but this under-staffed checkpoint added unnecessary stress to our long travel day."

Prós: "Lufthansa makes coach travel tolerable. Blankets, pillows, free access to on board entertainment and a large selection of real food, not just snacks, and beverages. All beverages available the entire flight. Plane was clean and everything in working order."

Contras: "My first flight was delayed by well-over an hour, having me arrive an hour late for my connecting flight home. There were no efforts to assist me in locating my connecting flight, to set up any accommodations while at the connecting flight's airport for the additional 4 hours of waiting time, no apologies for making me late for wedding rehearsals (I'm the officiant!). I had to actively seek out the ticket counter for another airline, through which my connecting flight was re-routed."

Contras: "way too difficult to try to get exit row seats- I went on line precisely 23 hours before the fight and could not figure out the exit rows- legend said they would be marked by a red line but were not. Very frustrating."

Prós: "This plane was an airbus, while the plane I took to Europe was a boeing something. Economy was much more comfortable and there were great entertainment options. I also like the frequent brandy, Bailey's, and water service. The flight attendants were nice and at least appeared to care about the level of service they were providing."
Contras: "This probably is just personal preference, but I didn't like the meal options all that much. But that's about it. Mind you, I eat German food often in the States, so the type of cuisine wasn't the problem."

Contras: "We were given seats directly behind their Premium Economy or whatever they called it on the return flight. We had purchased an upgrade. I have evidence of cc charges. While our seats (located directly behind the Plus section) gave us extra leg room (I don't know why) we did not have the wider seats, food service style and menu as given to those directly in front of us. There was actuallly a barrier between them and us which hit me in the head every time I stood up! On a long flight from Munich to LAX we felt and were cheated."

Contras: "Flight was delayed which caused us to miss our next flight. This was a huge inconvenience. When we were in line to get our hotel they did not help the people who were first in line. We were in the middle of the line, but got everything organized for us LAST."
Contras: "I asked for my shopping from my magazine several times. Food is beyond bad.....it is absolutely horrible."
Prós: "Crew attitude - so much better than on the indifferent and even hostile US carriers"
