If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

Prós: "I never try Austrian airlines because this trip was my first trip with them and I'll say that it's one of the best trips I ever had the airport at Vienna it's very small and easy to go anywhere you want and it's super clean and the stuff at the airport are very helpful and they all speak English and I was able to get a hotel room with walking destination from the airport and it was a very good experience overall I'll definitely recommend to anyone and I'll definitely keep them on my top list"

We were in disbelief the moment we boarded and saw the airplane. 10 people across jammed into the row??!! - and on an long international flight?? - are you kidding??!! Further, these were the SMALLEST seats I have EVER been forced to sit in. Neither I, or my friend came close to fitting. We literally had to alternate getting up and standing because we were literally overlapping each other when we sat! (His shoulder and arm were literally on top of me!!). It was so bad that when the stewardess came rolling down the aisle with her cart, I had to be aware and see her in advance so I could literally TURN MY BODY OVER TO THE LEFT HALF ON TOP OF THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE OFF MY ARM AND SHOULDER. ULTIMATELY, SOMEONE, OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON, IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT BY THIS RECKLESS, GREED-DRIVEN DESIGN!! The OVERT GREED by the airline (American) clearly reflected by this in trying to JAM as many human beings into a flight as possible like Sardines is DISGUSTING!!! You simply DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS THIS WAY!! It is also clear evidence that there needs to be tighter standards, regulations and penalties by the FAA and what is allowed by airlines. AND I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE FAA!!!"
Prós: "I liked everything about my experience on four Iberia flights. The boarding was fair by groups and they didn't allow people cutting the lines. The planes were new. The food served was very good and had a great variety of tastes to please different cultures. The entertainment system on my seat was awesome!! Customizable music playlist that was All genres of music. The navigational pages were fun and interesting and the movies were current."
Contras: "I missed my flight from Chicago to Paris. Because I purchased it through Kayak instead of directly through Finnair or American Airlines, their 'hands were tied' and they could not reroute nor reschedule me. Not only that, but because I was not on the flight to Paris, my returning flights were automatically cancelled. While this is probably included in the fine print etc., I find it ridiculous. There should be a better alternative for people who miss their flights than forcing them to pay a lump sum that is higher than the original ticket price in order to reschedule their ticket. Moral of the story: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY THROUGH KAYAK OR SIMILAR AGENCIES, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS."

Prós: "The configuration of the seats are really awkward. Seems very interesting at a glance, but not so nice when you have to sit in it for 10 hours. The business class seats are very narrow. I'm pretty petite so it was okay for me, but I think an average or bigger than average person would have a hard time turning at all while the seat is in lie flat position. I had a window seat which gives you more privacy as long as you have the divider up between you and the passenger next to you. You are really arm length away from each other though. And! You can't have the divider down the entire time because they serve your meals by passing it over to you across your neighbor through the divider. The divider is also required to be down during taxi, take off and landing. So, I'd imagine it to be very awkward if you're sitting next to a total stranger. You also have to straddle over someone's legs if you want to get out of your seat to the bathroom if you have window seats."

Contras: "The seat I was in was very hard and definitely needs more padding. My but was killing me during the flight but the cabin crew helped me by gin I got me 2blankets to fold up and sit on. The pillows are way too big and hard. I recommend paring them down the size they currently are. I was in seat 7-E. The business class bus was last to come so we waited for a long time to get to the plane. Most of economy was boarded before us. But not really a big problem as we did get on the plane with no problem."

The second leg of the flight was on Pakistan International Airlines from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad that I didn't notice. Very dangerous airline. I think the sight should clearly warn u that the other segment of flight is on other line when u check flights. Because the flight detail showed only Etihad airways all the way to Islamabad"

I am an oversize person which can make flying difficult in many ways. first, they never made me feel like I was inconviencing them by asking for help and then 2nd, when one of my neighbors decided to make a big fuss about it, they asked me if I'd like to move to a better seat (which I was happy to take them up on). I had a long layover and was given meal tickets to get food at the food court in the airport. Everyone was very kind."
