Contras: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

I didn't watch any movies - just tried to sleep. We took off three hours late. It's surprising to me that none of the BA staff spoke italian. Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!"

We purchased prior to the flight. 2 pairs of sneakers a gift spoon for our grandson and other items not mentioned. Then they put her bag on another flight which made her wait for 1.5 hours in Madrid for her bag. Your handlers ruined our trip.How can you allow thieves to do this especially with TSA supposedly there monitoring it? I want a claim form sent to me ASAP so I can recover my goods. A notice was not placed inside, stating it was checked."

They just pushed all the paperwork"

My traveling companion's luggage was never delivered to our destination and really made for a less enjoyable trip (since she had to purchase everything anew, as well as having to repeatedly contact the airline to check on the bag - receiving multiple inaccurate stories as to what happened). It makes me far less likely to fly or recommend this airline again. Luggage tracking should be a very simple process."

I'm used to sleeping on these flights, even flying economy, but these seats were even more cramped than I'm used to. Perhaps all this would be forgivable had my flights been cheap, but no - it was about the most expensive trans-Atlantic flight I've had in recent memory."

Contras: "Check in at Houston is terrible. Air Canada made us transfer our own luggage between flights causing us to almost miss our flight. This should have been indicated when booking the flight, we would have purchased a different flight. When we got on the flight, overhead bin was too small for my husbands carry on and a flight attendant whisked his bag away before we could ask where she was going. She came back without the bag and we asked where she had taken it- she had checked it without asking us if this would be ok. The bag was full of valuable breakables as well as our cash and cards. We asked if we could get the bag at the gate and she said it would come out on the carousel. So we spent 3 hours completely stressed out. Drinks were only served once the entire flight, more water should have been offered. When we got off the plane one of our bags had gone missing. We had to wait 2 days to have it delivered. It was delivered at 4am in the morning. Overall compared to the previous United flight, Air Canada has lots of room for improvement."

Please either put the purpose on the card or have your flight staff explain what passengers will need the card for, once they get to the next inspection point. Don 't take this for granted!! The long walk from the point of deplaning to the center of Pearson Airport was unexpected."
Prós: "We were eventually given meal vouchers. We also ended up staying an extra night on their coin since we had to miss our connecting flight.We were treated fairly but slowly. We would have had an eight hour transit in Vancouver but with the new flights there was one hour connection. With the replacement flight also late our luggage did not make it and we were not informed until we reached Australia."
Contras: "There were little babies and young children waiting with their parents to board this flight. Would have liked more consideration for them but the little ones all behaved so well! Updates were slow and then we had to pick up our luggage and wait in an area where there were no seats so we had to sit on the hard floor (or stand) for a long time."

There was NO entertainment unless you downloaded an app and we received no morning coffee because it came too late and plane was landing! No water was offered as I've experienced in previous flights (aside from the dinner time water) and had to pay for wine."
Prós: "Air Canada is not a goo Air Lines for customer service."
Contras: "I do not like there customer service policy."
Contras: "so much confusion at boarding time, my husband is handicapped and we were sent to wrong plane to board, staff told us to make a left when we should have made a right, there were 3 of us and the staff just laughed it off, we were not laughing"
Prós: "Flight was delayed on take off due to late incoming connections. Appreciated that they waited for us."
Contras: "The cabin was hot while awaiting take-off, no air nozzles overhead the seats, felt as if no air was circulating throughout cabin."
Contras: "They overbooked. Almost didnt get one"
Prós: "Again, the entertainment options were the best part of the flight."
Contras: "It was a short flight, but it was still very cold. I didn't ask for any changes because of my previous experience, so I just wrapped up as well as I could and bore the chilliness. The crew was less than friendly."

Prós: "Got to spend the night in Toronto unexpectedly."
Contras: "Due to Air Canada's I missed my flight to Amsterdam. I missed out on a day of sightseeing and having fun and Amsterdam instead I spent a day in Toronto. I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."
Prós: "there was in flight entertainment, had power outlets, and usb ports in each head rest"
Contras: "snack option was lackluster"

Contras: "Delayed , causing delays and missed apt at destination"
Contras: "Flight was delayed for over 4 hours due to Air Canada fault, no crew at the gate to provide updates, forced to gate check all carryons, missed connection AND rebooked connection. Canada was lovely, too bad I can't say the same about Air Canada."
Contras: "crew are polite but cold and strict. it was a night flight and they were very noisy when serving the food."
Contras: "We were delayed because the plane was late from Toronto, and were told this when we all began to check in up front. When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."
Contras: "Flight to TOR was delayed due to multiple maintenance issues on >1 aircraft in TOR, so it didn't leave for BWI until past the original departure time. Needless to say, we missed our connection to Paris. Agents were great in re-ticketing us thru LHR to CDG, gave us info on who to talk to to get bags realigned, went to that agent who said system would automatically update the bags. Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. Since we're going to Normandy we are driving out to CDG, to pick up bags versus waiting at the apartment for a delivery."
Prós: "Overall the flight was good. The crew was informative and attentive."
Prós: "Not much, the water I had on board tasted like water."
Contras: "An 80s-esque Trash-8 that has clearly seen better days filled every last seat with mostly Asian non-English speaking customers, I felt like I was in another world after the new 777 Air NZ flew me in on. Oh and that aging Dash-8 when we got to the runway was stopped for "Electrical Problems" we returned and sat in the crowded plane for 2 hours until they got another even older Dash-8 to get us the hour flight from YVR to SEA. Dirty, grimey, paint flaking off the sides of the plane. Barely got an apolgy from the staff after a delay longer than the anticipated duration of the flight. Never again, I'll pay for a rental car one way, I would have literally been home 4 hours earlier. Never again."
Contras: "It is always nice to be offered a free snack on the plane like West Jet does."
Contras: "Change the flight attendant call buttons so they are not constantly being set off. By the end of the flight it was annoying."
