Flight staff was a mixed international crew, very friendly, unpretentious, polite and just nice compared to other airlines. The planes they use seem very new. Would definitely recommend Qatar Air over Aeroflot any day."
Contras: "Food was decent for airline food but nothing to rave about and as with most airlines uses too much plastic packaging. Although I was pleased that some of the flights used metal flatware, but still too much waste in the industry in my opinion. Also, the headphone jack was not compatible with my headphones. The type used on the 777 is the dual pronged one. I did not have an adapter so had to use the crappy headphones that are provided."

Prós: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Contras: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Prós: "All of the flight crew was personable and ready to accommodate any need we might have. Before we could ever get hungry, the staff was coming down the aisle with another serving of pretty good food!"
Contras: "We did have to wait on the plane for an hour after boarding, but I believe that was mostly due to wind."

Prós: "Throughout the long flight, the cabin crew was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. They avoided interrupting quiet time and rest time by keeping off the PA system (well done). The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again."

I’ve been here 5 hours and have not heard a word of announcement from them, our questions are rudely thwarted, and they continue to take half-an-hour to an hour per person with uncertain results. Give use new flights or a hotel."
Contras: "If I were a small person I would have been almost comfortable the seats were so narrow with no leg room so that trying to find a place for myself was laughable, unfortunately not the funny laughable. There is not a chance that I will ever again book an international flight on Swiss. I hope you share this with the airline."

Contras: "They lost my bag for 6 days. It was an absolute horrible experience. There was a disconnect between their outsourced baggage tracer company and Swiss. Will NEVER fly again."
Contras: "4-hour delay, followed by announcement of boarding gate, but nobody at security, necessitating weary travelers needing to leave the boarding area to go back out and through security again. On board, I was very uncomfortable, but responsibility primarily not the airlines, but due to seat mate. However, there was a chill wind blowing directly on my face for two hours."

Prós: "By far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. 1. A day after I perches a multi destination tickets I called Swiss air costumer service requesting to upgrade my tickets to business class. no one would even try to help me. They just kept saying I need to contact my travel agent. After 3 phone calls I gave up and decided to wait and upgrade my ticket at the airport. 2. In Prague the night before my second flight I hurt my knee real bad to a point that I couldn't walk at all. The next morning I call Swiss air costumer service again trying to explain them my situation telling them I can't fly and won't be able to make it to my flight. Costumer service cancelled immediately all of my remaining tickets and try to sell me new tickets for a full price. I said I don't mind buy and pay for the one flight I missed but there is no reason for her to re sell me the rest of my tickets that I already paid for, again. Then she start to change prices up and down like in a Chinese flea market. At that point I begged her to talk to a supervisor but she Kept ignoring my request and just try to negotiat for a lower charg she kept me on the phone for 5 hours. My hotel phone bill for that one call cost me 150€. I never got to talk to a supervisor but she took down the charge to 517$ Not included a new ticket flying out of Prague. 3. For my last flight going home. I showed up 2.5 hours Earlier. asking to upgrade my sit to business fin desk send me to talk to asupervisor. The supervisor was trying to process my request but didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. One minute he was on his computer then the next minute on the phone with Swiss air headquarter then back on his computer for more then 35 minutes with no resolute. I still had an hour and half before take off when he told me he can print me the ticket but it's to late now since the gate for my flight is close and I already missed my flight. I said that's impossible cause I still have an hour and half to my flight but he insist on the gate been close and there is no way I can get on that flight. Right away I run back to front desk asking them to print my ticket as fast as possible cause I would really like to get on that flight. In front desk they told me not to worry cause I got plenty of time to get on that flight. So I gave up on the business upgrade and told them that at that point I'll be just as happy to sit by the window. Of course they put me on the very end exactly in the middle. After the door was locked I looked around and saw plenty of free sits available including by the window. 4. In Zurich I finally managed to upgrade my last flight coming back to Tampa fl to business and noticed that the only way they could do that was by contacting Swiss air headquarter for approval. When I asked why is that since I fly a lot and never seen anything like that before one of the lady's there told how Swiss air left all of their front desk powerless and all decisions must be made by headquarters."
Contras: "When we finally arrived in Tampa. It hook them an hour and a half to get are bags out. I honestly doubt I'll ever fly Swiss airlines again. Ever. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had flying. Ps the crew on the plain ware a lot nicer and more professional the people on the ground."
