Contras: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."
Prós: "For a long haul, Iberia's standard class was fine and the seat actually had more room than I expected (having flown them in Europe). One flight attendant was AWESOME and helped me out when my gluten-free meal didn't arrive. I would say she went from ok to friendly so maybe not AWESOME but compared to the other flight attendants who weren't friendly at all, she was good."
Contras: "1. My gluten-free meal didn't arrive. AA pulled the same nonsense when I went from LAX to LHR. It is pretty infuriating. 2. My entertainment screen failed about 1/2 way through the flight. I came prepared but it was still annoying. 3. I pre-paid for a seat which was a hassle because the transaction failed with a cryptic message online and I had to call. When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane. I requested a refund on the phone and that wasn't allowed so I tweeted (as they adverstise) and now filled a claim. Still no response."

Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Prós: "My flight was transferred from Kayak to Iberia to American to another third party who would not answer questions and who did not send any confirmation info at all. Boarding should be from the back first to speed it up. It was not. Crew did not have wide variety of refreshments. Seats were much too narrow and there was no leg room. Food helpings were much too small for a long flight. Controls very poor."
Contras: "The entertainment cost money for the flight and the transfer procedure for luggage in Boston was unclear and poorly organized. One of our bags was lost."

Contras: "Checking was a mess : Could only check in for the first flight, checkin for the second time was available 24h before the second flight, and when I finally was able to check in, it failed. so I had to check in at the desk in Paris. I also was not sure if I had to checkin at the AA desk or Iberia desk : ended up being AA, but you all should be clear about this and say it on your confirmation email for multi company flights. My ticket said Iberia but the flight was handled by AA. Food was awful and no personal screen in the plane, but that's not your fault."
Prós: "We did not get Kosher meals even so we order it while buying the tickets. The crew was very nice and help us with the kids meal"
Contras: "At the time at the gate did not allowed me even take my caryon bag with me, the staff was so rude an in an uncivilized manner start fighting with me ,I am a sinor person got very disrespected by your staff, I would like to bring a lawsuit against UA for what you did to me ,I wish an invitator from your office contantact me to explain everything,"

Contras: "Upgraded to business class for flight home. I had aisle seat last row. Cart left in aisle to keep cabin class from constantly using the bathroom by the cockpit. But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

The check in line was just ridiculous. The staff members kept walking away or what seemed like .. talking to friends- I've never seen a line move so slow and I'm from new York."

Contras: "We were expected to land at 5pm and did not land until 5:20pm. Upon arrival, the line to immigration was ridiculous. The machines were super slow and kept freezing. It took an hour before we could get to the X-ray line. At this point we had already missed the original time of our flight. Luckily the flight was delayed 30 minutes. After going through the x-ray machines we ran to our gate only to find out it had been changed and delayed again. We made it to our flight which was now rescheduled to depart at 7:23pm. After sitting in the plane for 45 minutes we did not depart until 8pm making our landing 2 hours after the original time."

Contras: "Scheduled for 7:20pm, but delayed until 8:20pm. Very disorganized way of handling carry on baggage. Not worth the $208 I paid for this one way flight."
Contras: "They did no seat anyone in the safety exit row because they were charging $69 to do so. This is a great hazard in case of an emergency there would be no one to open the aircraft exit door and allow people to exit. Rather, it would cause a stir and a bottleneck of people rushing in an attempt to open a door that is far away. Very disappointed."
Prós: "The plane was a newer version so we could watch movies up close and personal, although I'd prefer the option to stop or pause the movie and also to choose to watch whenever I feel like it, like on the Lufthansa planes... those are great! Many choices and full control to pause or start whenever one likes to..."
Contras: "One of the flight attendants wasn't the friendliest, a bit of a "humph" attitude..."
