Péssimo atendimento

Atendimento péssimo

Deveria ser fornecido ao menos um lanche aos passageiros pois, já estávamos há 10 horas aguardando entre voo do Rio de Janeiro e imigração. Os lanches eram todos pagos! E nem água era oferecida…tínhamos que solicitar!

o voo foi cancelado por causa da covid-19. ainda me devem o dinheiro da viagem num total aproximado de 2000 €

Comissário não era muito simpático, ao contrário do voo de ida, quando a comissária era super solicita,. Quanto ao pão do café da manhã gelado, o que não é muito legal pra quem está acabando de acordar, no mais estava bom!

Ruim ou péssimo pelo conjunto da obra, nosso voo era SP-Lisboa-Roma-Lisboa-SP, no retorno check-in feito, upgrade de cabine a 700 R$, resolvemos ir para Lisboa dois dias antes do retorno previsto, como a passagem de volta não poderia ser alterada, compramos outras, a surpresa, chegamos para o embarque de retorno Lisbia-SP e descobrimos que, como não nos apresentamos para o voo Roma-Lisboa, todo o trecho seguinte foi cancelado, inclusive tivemos que ouvir que o voo estava cheio, ou seja, além de nós roubarem ainda revenderam nossos assentos já pagos, nosso prejuízo está em torno de 15.000,00 R$ visto sermos obrigados a comprar novas passagens em outra Cia para o dia seguinte. A Tap nos informou que nada poderia ser feito pois os bilhetes foram comprados de Decolar, a Decolar disse que essa era uma regra da TAP e que estava escrita não voucher, e estava mesmo, e que no caso também não podia resolver nosso problema, TOMEM CUIDADO AO COMPRAR COM A DECOLAR, as linhas em letras pequenas podem.lhe gerar muitos prejuízos, e, não voem de TAP, pois você paga por um assento que não e seu. Agora teremos que contratar um advogado para para discutir a questão e tentar reduzir nosso prejuízos. Decolar e TAP nunca mais!

Contras: "The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is."

O encosto era muito inclinado pra frente. Além de ser muito apertado, a posição inclinada pra frente fez o vôo ser extremamente desconfortável. :-(

Tudo normal, não vejo a necessidade de de fazer um novo checkpoint quando não se tem malas de porão.

O voo foi ok mas atrasou quase 1 hora. Pelo menos a tripulação nos manteve informados sobre o motivo do atraso e previsão de decolagem.

Pelos menos servirem uma água ou café

Comprei os bilhetes pelo site kiwi. Não entregaram os bilhetes pelo email. A ryanair criou dificuldades para emitir no aeroporto. As poltronas são muito apertadas. Sou alto. Foi um sofrimento a viagem. Ryanair nunca mais

Sinceramente foi o pior serviço de todas as companhias aereas que jà viajei. Fico só por aqui senao tenho horrores para dizer

Paguei embarque prioritário Ponta Delgada - Lisboa e nada foi prioritário, o voo atrasou e depois foi tudo ao molho e fé em Deus...

Contras: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Contras: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

O voo atrasou 2h40min e ficaram dando desculpas de todas as formas possíveis. Ficamos parados dentro do avião por 1 hora até conseguir finalmente sair do chão. Pouco espaço para as pernas. Te obrigam a pagar para escolher onde quer sentar (se tiver em mais que 1 pessoa, na hora que fizer o check in te colocam de proposito um na frente do avião e outro no fundo, para que voce pague para trocar de lugar). No balcão de informações da empresa eles não conseguem resolver nada e se livram do problema que qualquer reclamação deve ser feita no destino final."

Waited in line for hours just to get a boarding pass which would not print at the kiosk or load on my iPhone. Waiting again for about 45 minutes to get through passport control. Poorly managed airport. The flight and crew were great and the flight was very comfortable.

Contras: "Flights on Azores Airlines/SATA are always delayed. It is a shame that it is the only airline that flies to Terceira Island. They delay flights due to "operational issues" because they cannot get their stuff together. The crew was also unfriendly and while we were already 4 hours delayed one of the crew members (leader) had the audacity to tell her team "why are you guys in a hurrry for?" HELLO! We are already lady. Work harder and faster so we can make up some time. The food was disgusting and they barely give you anything to drink. Also, the planes are very old. Seats uncomfortable, no leg room, no TVs and stink."

Contras: "We arrived at Logan airport to find a mass of people waiting to check in for the flight. Turns out, Azores Airlines flights had been being cancelled all week and many people had been stranded in Boston (and likewise in the Azores) for days. The local news was even filming a story about the mess while we were there. The monitors above the check in desks did not have any information and there didn't really appear to be a line. No employees were around to explain what was going on. Eventually an announcement was made that our flight was cancelled and to come back the next day. Still no info on the monitors at the airline desks or on the main airport arrivals and departures board, which continued to show the flight as on time the duration of our time at the airport. I had the app on my phone which also showed the flight as being on time. After the cancellation announcement people stayed in line to get hotel vouchers, but since my husband and I live in Boston we weren't sure if there was another part of the process to get new tickets issued or something. After waiting a long time in which the line never moved I was eventually able to check in with an employee who said we didn't need to do anything, just come back tomorrow. When we got home we were able to catch the news broadcast mentioned earlier in which passengers from the earlier flights were explaining how they kept being told to come back to the airport day after day and nothing happened, so I wasn't reassured! The next day we arrived at Logan and things started out smoothly. We were able to check in and get through security. The flight got delayed a few times after that. Boarding was a mess. People started lining up. While we waited, we noticed people at the gate desk in line. It turned out to be people getting reimbursed for their taxis. There was no announcement made and I think this delayed things further since they didn't start this until boarding was starting despite having had hours to do this prior! After people were already lined up to board it was announced that they would board by "sequence number" on the ticket so we stepped out of line only to have them not check numbers at all. In the end we took off about 26 hours after we were supposed to. The flight itself was a sort of charter flight, the airline basically rented a plane and crew to get us over to the Azores. However, we did take the Azores Airline flight back so I know the food would have been mediocre and there wouldn't be in seat entertainment. I would love to return to the Azores but I'm not sure I would unless Azores Airlines steps up their game! Definitely get trip interruption insurance! We were thankfully able to get reimbursed for accommodations and rental car missed days."
Prós: "SATA was very hospitable when our flight was delayed into the next day. They provided a hotel and dinner/breakfast vouchers."
Contras: "The App proved to be useles when our flight was delayed 14+ hours. We were able to check in the day of the flight, but were never alerted when the flight was delayed. We called customer service and waited on hold for 30+ minutes without connecting, even though the automated message said the wait would be 6 mins. Communication as a whole was quite poor and created a lot of anxiety amongst the visibly upset travelers."

Contras: "The process of checking in for this flight was horrendous. First of all, I was planning to carry on my bags and check in online. However, the online system wouldn't let me print my boarding pass, so I had no option but to wait in line at the airport. I arrived over 2 hours before my flight, and the scene was jaw dropping. The line to check in on Azores Airlines wrapped all the way around the terminal and was divided into three separate sections so that people could continue pass through the airport. There was no Azores Airlines staff to be found to provide directions or manage the situation, so people kept going into the wrong lines not knowing what the heck was going on. It actually turned out several people had waited in line for an hour for a different flight before realizing they were in the wrong line. Anyways, after a mind-numbing, almost two hour wait, I checked in and went to my gate. The whole flight was delayed since the check-in was so slow. I have no idea what the cause of such a terrible check-in line was, but the Azores Airlines management at the Providence Airport are definitely doing something wrong, and I will avoid flying from there again at all costs!"
Contras: "I was scheduled to fly and was delayed for 3 days in Boston. I am still waiting to hear back to be reimbursed for the taxis/ubers that I had to take to the hotels that were provided. The hotels were 40 minutes (1st night) and 1 hour (2nd night) away. There was no one available to talk at the airport and the line was ridiculously long. I had planned a trip for 2.5 weeks exploring Portugal and Spain and missed the Portugal portion completely because I was delayed in Boston. I finally gave up waiting and bought a ticket through a different airline so I could meet my friends and not miss any more of my trip."

Prós: "The crew were PHENOMENAL going out of their way to ensure the needs of the passengers were met - truly the backbone of Azores Airlines. The seats on the Airbus 330 were relatively comfortable with decent pitch and extendable headrests."

Contras: "We arrived to the check in queue 90 min before our flight and it took almost two hours to get through the line. Our seats got swapped and it was a cluster to make it to the gate where we then waited another 45 min for a later departure."
Prós: "Asked for emergency seat, so space was not a problem. Temperature was cool. Seat uncomfortable."
Prós: "The crew on the plane were pleasant and helpful. We landed safely."
Contras: "- The one hour delay from Boston to Delgada one week earlier - The FOUR hour delay from Delgada on 6/21/17 - The personnel at the airport were not very helpful in communicating why the flight was late, nor what the accurate time for the next flight would occur - The fact that NO ONE apologized for this tremendous inconvenience until we landed in Boston and ONE flight attendant said "sorry for the delay"...... - The fact that there was NO attempt to make this delay right...... - Unfortunately, your online presence is horrible and will get worse because of this. Eight hours of actual round-trip flight time should not have to come with 5 hours of delays! Especially since it was perfect weather throughout! Very very disappointed in the entire trip."
Contras: "Long delay not on time"
Prós: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours. The movie was horrible. No ones speakers worked. Serive was fine"
Prós: "The crew is very friendly and helpful."
Contras: "They crammed way too many seats into the planes; it's really awful if it's a full flight, and if you're claustrophobic or prefer space around you, forget it! When the guy in front of me reclined his seat, his head was practically in my lap. Some tray tables were broken. The planes seem old. But it's the only airline that flies to the Azores from the U.S., I believe, so this is the only option. They also very slow, and we left late to and from the Azores."
Prós: "Happy for the incoming Barcelona passengers to make this flight. Ticket agent told us how to snag a couple of free seats, once everyone on board, so we could stretch out for 5 hr. flight. They serve brewed tea!"
Contras: "One hour late departing made for an extra long day of traveling. Be prepared for boarding a bus at gate to get to plane."

Contras: "Ponta Delgada ground staff misguided us with less than 30 min to catch connecting flight..."

Contras: "No entertainment, some crew members wee rude and messy (spilling food/drink and unapologetic) where others were exceptional. Limited places to sit in between flights at gate (had to depart plane and reload even though we had same exact plane/seats)"
Prós: "1 booked flight and selected seats months ahead. On date of departure reseated in middle section though previously booked window seats. 2 after arriving in Portugal informed return flight was cancelled due to crew strike. Told we can wait in Portugal or rebook on new airline. You can't make this stuff up."
Prós: "Our flight left on time and arrived 45 minutes early. The crew was good and the meal served was okay. I think BOS (and Providence in the summer) are the only non-stop flights to the Azores, so that is convenience. Flight cost was fine."
Contras: "Seats are crammed in to the max. Fine if you have extraordinarily short legs. No entertainment. Main cabin screen was off the entire flight."

Contras: "Seats literally had duct tape on them. Food was atrocious. They only entertainment was the old two prone headphones and 8 looping crackly audio stations. On a calm day landing in in boston we set down one side of the rear landing gear, then the other, and squiggled down the runway. As the pilot didn't touch down early enough on the runway he had to really jam on the brakes. It was greeted with a round of applause because landing alive with azores air seems to be worthy of applause by the regulars... Least legroom of any airline. Bathroom was disgusting after 2 hr. Toilet paper was seemingly wadded up and stuck back into the dispenser. Nobody ever got new paper. Ran out of paper towels as well..."
Prós: "Earlier TAP flight was late and caused me to miss my connecting flights."
Contras: "Flight was cancelled because TAP flight was 2 hours late in picking me up."
Prós: "We arrived safely. Which is most important. However..."
Contras: "Everything. This airline is the bare minimum. No TV's, no WIFI, uncomfortable seats, no leg room, NO AIR VENT, narrow isles, unfriendly flight attendants... Should I continue? There are no amenities with this airline. It's like stepping back in time... Worst airline I have ever flown!"
Prós: "We didn't crash."
Contras: "So far as I can tell, Azores doesn't particularly know how to run a plane. Their service was laughably bad, if you aren't in the plane suffering it. Boarding is bad. They start about 45 minutes prior to the flight, and need it because they're gonna bus you out to the plane. There is no order to who gets on first, you just get into the mob-like line and hope for the best. Once we got to the plane, we waited standing for no apparent reason for about 30 minutes. No announcement was made (in Portuguese or English). Because there was no order to how people got onto the busses, people blocked the isle getting onto the plane as well. Result, we departed Lisbon 1 hour late. There was a connection in the Azores. There everyone had to deplane, even if you were continuing on (more busses). And then getting onto the plane was the same deal. Result, we departed the islands even later, finally reaching Boston 2:15 late. Amazingly, my connecting flight wouldn't leave for another 40 minutes. The lady at the exit ramp told me that should be enough time to get through customs and over to the connection. Unsurprisingly it wasn't. On the plane, the seats were small and uncomfortable. Leg room was minimal. The seats had screens built into the back of them, but none of them worked. The only 'entertainment' we got was watching Linux continuously reboot on the seat screen next to mine. My personal screen didn't even offer this. Food was dry crackers, and an equally dry and sad sandwich. Portions were very small, so plan on packing a lunch. They do offer complimentary beer and wine, but getting a steward over to serve you is near impossible. Service was gruff, and frequently not very polite. I was hit by stewards running (actually running) up and down the isle. Stewards seemed generally more interested in talking in the back of the plane than serving passengers."
