Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Contras: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."
Prós: "Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!"

The entry attendants were inconsistent with hand luggage size and took my correctly size soft bag to check but allowed larger hard luggage on the plane."

Contras: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"
Contras: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."
Prós: "The staff is incredibly friendly and they serve you a lot of food and drinks. I think the seats on the larger planes are older but they are more comfortable for me and I loved my movie selections! I took 4 flights with Iberia 2 long ones (11 hours each way) and two shorter ones (5 hours each way) and they were on time, friendly and very comfortable on every flight! I will definitely be flying with them again!"

Contras: "My flight had a big the delay, and they didn't really help us with flight connection they we us hartzell time . Also one is my suitcase did come on time . The seat were very bad for economic class . I WON'T EVER FLIGHT FROM UNITED AIRLINES!!! I ALWAYS TRAVEL THIS MY FRIST TIME USING THIS AIRLINE I WON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!"
Contras: "O avião tem bancos demasiado estreitos. Um corredor único também excessivamente estreito. Apenas 2 WC para a economia - a confusão é grande, há dificuldade em ir ao WC e de circular minimamente. Não acho o avião adequado para a extensão da viagem."
Prós: "It was a stressful experience, arriving late for ur connection flight and find out u cant get to ur destination. I would say that they did compliment us with a very nice hotel so i apologize for the bad review i understand u cant do anything about the weather but was amazed with the hotel"

Prós: "United staff were ready in Panamá to handle the missed connections, with onward booking already handled and hotel vouchers ready for distribution upon deplaning."
Contras: "Late boarding and long wait on runway to be able to take off, thus ensuring connection in Panamá would be missed. Given that one runway was closed due to wind, this is something outside the control of United. Nevertheless, allowing a connecting flight with only 30 minutes between flights would seem to be overly risky, thus any delay upon departure will ensure a missed connection."
Prós: "Not much"
Contras: "Amazes me how the airlines can shrink legroom. I'm 6'5" & had an economy middle row middle seat. Needsless to say, I was stuck actually & figuratively since it was a full flight."
Contras: "No food.long flight if you come from a connecring flight. They serve pretzels which exclude people who don't est wheat. Serve an option of mixed nuts.breakfast was the ssme a cookie serve a rice cake ootion. I ordered celiac snd got the cookie on the Panama City to Asuncion flight"
Contras: "I was in business class and was terrible The airplane too old , so expensive for that? Can’t believe it..."
Contras: "My confirmation number did not work; originally my flight appeared to be through copa but then it was clear that it was part of the way on United and part of the way on copa; Was unable to check in for flight before getting to the airport; first flight was very delayed and connecting flight was not acknowledged in the delay - in other words, I was going to miss the connecting flight but was unable to get any information about re-booking; waited in the airport for 6 hours then boarded the plane and sat on the plane for 3 hours, then was told flight was delayed until the following day; eventually did take off 22 hours late; when I arrived in Quito finally my bag did not make it; they did not deliver my bag to my hotel as they said they would in the airport, instead I had to go an agency and pick it up. I missed a day and a half of seeing a dear friend I was coming here to visit and nothing can make up for that. Overall, terrible experience."

Contras: "Terrible experience. Will avoid united at all costs. We arrived with enough time and called ahead. They said to run and the plane would still be there however at the kiosk, the personell was very unhelpful. They made us miss our flight, fly out the next day and didn't now help change our return flight to the next day. I called united, the booking agency and the other airline without getting any changes."
Contras: "A five hour flight and you only get a mini pack of mini pretzels and a soda. The boarding was made an hour late, the United employees didn’t seem to care that a line formed ine hour before. Two people near me were blasting their smartphones listening to music and/or playing games with their smartphones but without earphones and not one person from the crew told them to shut it up."

Contras: "Limited Space for Carry on luggage had to exit plane in order to check the bag in to cargo area. Confused as to why the crew chosen had no Spanish speaking attendants. We were going to panama there will more then 1 traveler that may not know how to speak English."
Contras: "I left New Jersey during snow storm. Flights had been cancelled on the previous days but our flight was not. It did not leave on time, had to switch planes before we actually took off. My luggage was lost. I did not make my connecting flight. Had sty over in Panama. Got to my destination a day late without my carry on ( checked at the gate...lost). Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct."

Even if I ran as if I were in a marathon I had no chance in making my flight. Please don't advertise such a tight trip for purchase. Spent 5 hours at the airport waiting for the next flight. Lovely..."

Contras: "OK, United, I understand and fully support "no more seat monitor" policy to reduce costs (even though it seems very backward); however, there's one problem--if you still want to enjoy onboard entertainments, you need to download the United application above 10,000 feet where you can never find your 4G connection. Oh wait, but there's still Wi-Fi service, right? Sure, if you are willing to pay $17 just to download application!! United, I understand how you want to make little money out of a customer's pocket, but this is not how you should do it. You should at least allow internet connection before departure or let the customer aware they need to download application beforehand."

I was at the back of the plane and there was NO fresh food available once the flight attendants reached the last 6-10 rows. Unacceptable that there is not enough food options for all passengers. By the time I landed in Panama, I had not eaten for 13 hours."
