O que podia ter corrido melhor: Estava super satisfeita com lugares que nos foram atribuídos aquando da compra dos bilhetes e chegados ao avião, Alteraram os nosso lugares.
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!
Voo impecável. Houve uma senhora que se sentiu mal, com ataques de pânico. Podiam ter levado para uma área do avião mais confortável mas não sei se há. Um dos tripulantes nao a largou e cuidou dela e do bebé, foi super!
Voo cancelado e sem possibilidade de reprogramação em até 48 hs.

Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.
Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !

Contras: "Escolhi a easy jet porque considerava que se diferenciava das outras low-cost. A péssima experiência de autêntica caça à bagagem extra por um funcionário dedicado exclusivamente a essa função na fila de embarque provou-me que afinal estava enganado. Deixou de ter a minha preferência."

Prós: "Liverpool airport is really easy to arrive at and get to your gate. easyJet have some relaxed Liverpool staff and with Liverpool airport and easyJet Liverpool staff you have a relaxed combination."
Prós: "Appreciate that the situation with the Virgin flight meant that safety checks had to be completed before we could take off. Cabin crew were very chatty, but a free drink or packet if peanuts would have been appreciated. Had a similar delay with a BA flight in June and they gave us a soft drink from the bar as a gesture of goodwill."
Contras: "Once airborne, it would have been good if the pilot could have made up lost time and got us to Malta with less of a delay. Bloke next to me was downing beers and either had a stunning hangover or raging cold. His eyes were bright red and his breath was hideous. Made the whole flight a really unpleasant experience."
Prós: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"
Prós: "Flight was originally delayed for the first hour. Someone mentioned it over the intercom. Then the delays continued. No information. Another passagener went up to the counter, found Pitt plane was coming from Geneva due to land at 9:38. We were supposed to board at 7pm takeoff at 7:50p. Now we are still here. Plane cones, we finally board only to be told that there is another hour delay. Offered to leave the plane if it was too late because our earliest takeoff time was 11:50pm. One lady gets off. FOUR hours after original takeoff time. We take off. Land. No free drinks nor food. Offered but never received. Arrived in Gatwick. Baggage was delivered to a different turnstiles but not communicated over the screens, just word of mouth. Trains stopped running at midnight so I had to take an 75 pound uber to my destination in Fulham, London. I would like to be compensated for my troubles."
