I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Contras: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Contras: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

Prós: "Business class. Great service and truly gourmet food. Departure & arrival exactly on time.... a first with JFK. Very nice present of a large box of Neuhaus chocolates upon landing."
Contras: "Silly but the toiletries bag was cumbersome and contained very little. Unlike our return flight to JFK the outbound flight to BRU had very, very poor food and I'm being politr."

Contras: "The transatlantic flight from JFK took off about an hour late and we missed the connecting flight. This was very disappointing since half of the people on our flight were gong to Munich and I would have expected the airline to hold the plane for an extra 15 - 20 minutes so we could have made the flight. Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."

Contras: "Very poor service at brussels airport. It took 15 minutes to connect the bridge and evenually we had to go down the stairs to take a bus that also took 15 min to start. We also left late frm malpensa due to late check-in but i thin rhe plane actually camw in late too."

Contras: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."
Prós: "Boarding was fast, we arrived early."
Contras: "The plane was super hot, the crew never offered drinks or food to me"
Contras: "The plane was changed and I was given a new seat on the last row without a window. When I complained I was told to move to a middle seat somewhere. In terms of service SN is like a low cost carrier. None."

Contras: "I never flew to Florence because the airline missed my connection and the next flight to Florence was not until nearly twelve hours later, so now I'm on my way to Rome instead. This ruined my rental car and lodging reservations, and I'm now fighting both those agencies because of this botched flight and poor service. Additionally, the plane was ungodly hot. So much so that the crew apologized for our over the PA. Nothing was done to fix it, but it was blamed on the plane only being on auxiliary power while we were parked on the tarmac for the hours. That would've been understandable, but it didn't get better when the jet engines were on, so that excuse turned out to be just so many lies."
Prós: "Very hardworking crew, always offering extra food, snacks, water, patient with smiles and great attitude Very good food in economy, I was surprised"
Contras: "Completely chaotic service."

Contras: "I tried for numerous days before the flight to buy a piece of baggage online and I kept getting tossed back and forth between Expedia and Brussels Airlines. In the end, I wasn't able to purchase it ahead of time and we had to pay $49 at the airport. I feel entitled to a reimbursement of the difference between the booking online price of $15 and the $49 I paid."
Contras: "We got stuck on the plane for an additional 5 hours before take off because of the smallest amount of snow. Even knowing how much extra time they did not load any extra food on the plane. We finally took off only to be rerouted to Lome instead of Accra which took an additional 2 hours. The whole thing took an extra 7 hours. From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."

Prós: "De nada nunca mais viajo c essa empresa, cheguei c 3 horas de antecedência no aeroporto e me fizeram pagar uma taxa de 55 euros absurdo, na volta atrasou muito, pessoas maleducadas"

Contras: "a tripulação do avião cancelou o acesso à gate antes da hora prevista tendo arrancado, deixando mais de 6 clientes em terra. é inexplicável esta forma de actuação tendo em conta que quem paga pelo serviço deveria aprimorar e dedicar-se a prestar um bom serviço. para mim a gota de água, não volto a contratar serviços a esta companhia."

Contras: "Para além de estarmos dentro de umas gaiolas em pé, quase uma hora sem sequer nos dizer nada, fomos a pé debaixo de chuva até ao avião. Crianças e bebês a serem forçados a ir debaixo de chuva. Entretanto chegamos ao avião e não tivemos autorização para entrar, ficando debaixo de chuva... enfim. Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."

Contras: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."
Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
Prós: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"
