The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Given their proclivity for busing passengers to distant planes in Herman efforts, a 50-minute allowance for changing planes, when added to the frequent Kate departures, is just not sufficient. They should acknowledge it and sell only flights that allow for 80-90 minutes in the airports that are so woefully managed (eg, Frankfurt and Munich). It’s back to BA for me!"

I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

It's also unbelievable that with a flight with such a delay, where we were told that at the gate that there was a limited amount of food on board, whatever was available (even water) was not kindly offered, but was on sale only."

Contras: "This occasion, the manager was So rude to me and even called me a liar in front of too many people. I don't speak or understand French and the woman really embarrassed my life. I checked-in online before I got to the airport and I mistakenly went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. So by the time I realised and got to terminal one, the baggage collection stand had closed because I was there by 15:18. To make the long story short, I got through the security where I was delayed for 20mins searching through my things and when I asked about time, the security said the flight won't leave with out me and they would inform them about the delay before I get to my departure gate. Anyway, I got to the gate with some time left and this extremely rude woman whom I was told is the manager insulted the living day light out of my life and turned me back. So I didn't fly with BA in the end. No matter the situation and despite me being late, I believe things would have been handled better. And even if the manager felt I was lying, she should have been more diplomatic about it and speak to me in a good manner. I won't be recommending flying BA from Nice to anyone. That woman was so hurrible, that experience haunts me psychologically."

Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Border is still broken at LGW. THIS is Broken Brexit Britain."

Contras: "Quando cheguei ao aeroporto de Gartwik fui até ao guichê da easyget pedir uma informação sobre o meu voo por volta das 5h55m e fui estremamente mal atendida por as funcionárias uma delas até me perguntou se eu não tinhas olhos para ver o placar não me deu a informação que eu pedir não foi nada educação povo sem educação nada profissional"

Contras: "check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue"

Prós: "Cumprimento dos horários. Antecipação da hora de chegada."
Contras: "Voo com alguma turbulência. Só deram o aviso uns 10 minutos após ter começado."

Contras: "Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either"

Contras: "They could have first called speedy boarding so I didn't appear like I was trying to jump the queue. Also ended up boarding along with everyone else as in a bus so didn't really get any advantage for paying for the perk"

Prós: "WE ARE STILL NOT HOME. WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOED TO GET HOME AT 6P LAST NIGHT BUT BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS WE ARE STILL STUCK IN CHICAGO’S AIRPORT AND IM NEVER BOOKING THROUGH KAYAK OR KIWI EVER AGAIN. GETTING MONEY BACK FOR THIS BEYOND SHITTY EXPERIENCE STILL WOULDNT BE ENOUGH TO MAKE THIS RIGHT."
Contras: "ACTUALLY BRING GUARANTEED A FLIGHT HOME. WE ARE STILL TRAVELING OVER 24 HRS LATER. COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE."

Contras: "The only thing I can seriously complain about is the departure board said."boarding" shortly after we landed early, and were to have a 2 hour layover. I had planned to browse a store but when we saw "boarding", we ran across the terminals only to find the information had been false. Uncool!"

Contras: "The flight came in late, but we only found out later.If we’d been told we could have gone for a drink, or at least found somewhere to sit for a while, rather than standing for an unacceptable time!"

Contras: "Escolhi a easy jet porque considerava que se diferenciava das outras low-cost. A péssima experiência de autêntica caça à bagagem extra por um funcionário dedicado exclusivamente a essa função na fila de embarque provou-me que afinal estava enganado. Deixou de ter a minha preferência."

Prós: "Decent legroom and space to spread out."

Prós: "Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!"
Contras: "There’s no entertainment, so bring downloaded Netflix movies, or a book. I gave a slightly lower score for food as my first choice was not available."

Contras: "Followed online checking, wasn’t seated with my wife, called support, they told me to ask a stewardess when I board. So she is terrified of flying and had a horrible flight sitting with 2 strangers. Had to pay for baggage, I just finished traveling all over Greece, never paid for baggage, until Easy Jet.. I wasn’t impressed at all with Easy Jet and will never book with them."

Contras: "I wish I knew checking a bag at the airport was more expensive than buying online, almost double the price!"

Contras: "I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"

Contras: "We didn’t take it. Although it was scheduled for a 6:50 am departure it was delayed until noon and we would have missed our flight from London to the U. S. It was very hectic and frustrating trying to find another flight. We got NO help from ez-Jet. Luckily TAP Portugal was extremely helpful and we did make our Delta flight with lots of extra help from them."

Prós: "I paid extra for exit row seats (more legroom) and speed boarding, and it was worthwhile."

Contras: "Went to the wrong airport, Kayak is so confusing that when I booked my flight I booked it at the wrong airport."

Contras: "We were stopped and told that we had to repackage because my small shoulder bag and my wife's purse were too large and constituted more than one carry-on. We repacked as best we could, considering our suitcases were full already. Not good enough! We were charged sone 70 euros extra. As our bonding proceeded we saw more than several people with larger backpacks and purses than we originally had. Never again for easyjet!"

Contras: "Cancelled flight"

Prós: "The plane departed and arrived on time. The onborad crew was fine as well."
Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Prós: "Uma equipa excepcional, simpáticos e muito eficientes."

Contras: "The airline is perpetually delayed. Food options are not vegan friendly. The crew is not very service centric"

Contras: "The crew was very rude and aggressive. I had a woman bag and a small cabin bag and they require me to put the handbag into the cabin bag, which is fine. But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

Contras: "Boarding en masse despite speedy boarding and we were made to wait on the bus before boarding for a long while and then there was slow going on the steps going onboard. Flight was delayed, so we spent a great deal of time on the taxiway and then again circling before landing."

Contras: "It was charged me 60 euros for a small bag with laptop. Next time i am using other company."

Prós: "The crew was very nice"
Contras: "The seats don't lean back. My dear, in particular, had a giant stain, a small hole and was filthy. The seats are too narrow with almost no leg room. They don't give you water or beverages for free."

Contras: "I booked a front row seat as I had to get another flight and thought I would be able to get off the plane quickly. This was not to be as I got on the plane and had to put my bag back in an overhead locker in row 10. I was not impressed. When I eventually got off the plane I realised that some people had 3 carry on bags. 2 wheelie bags and a big rucksack. How can that be allowed. I did catch my flight but was not impressed with the baggage storage. the air crew were not helpful either."

Contras: "Over one and half hour delay meant I had missed last train to Victoria and instead had to wait a further 40min for a slow train to Kings Cross. If on time i would have been home by 12am latest. Instead got home at 3.30am. Unacceptable for Easy jet not to take much responsibility of this massive inconvinece"

Prós: "The staff in Mykonos were super helpful, wheeled me through the airport, got someone to help me with my bag and got me onto the flight. The crew did put my bag in the overhead for me."
Contras: "I was told I would be helped in the UK. I was not I was told by the staff to be careful and not "slip" on the wet floor as I walked down the metal steps on a broken and cast foot. The staff said they could not radio through and get help for me because it would take 2 hrs. Luckily passengers helped me instead- ridiculous. I was a solo traveller."
