Contras: "On the runway, the crew upgraded a family with two small toddlers. They cried on and off non stop and walked back and forth in business class. I pay for business class so I can have some peace and quiet ! Crew informed everyone that they switch this family seat due to the safety of this family seat. I understand they need seats but crew should upgrade another couple with no toddlers and maybe a star alliance gold member rather than give this family with the toddlers the upgrade. No one wants to pay for business class with 2toddlers crying and up and down aisle ."

Praise God I made it home safe."
Contras: "The lay over from Munich Germany to The US in the Turkey Airport was So Uncomfortable and Miserable. I was told that I would be given a room but never received it. The Airport was severely overcrowded all night and day. I was going to use Turkey monthly to go back to Germany but I probably won't now."

Contras: "Boarding in Istanbul and Tel Aviv was chaotic, no business class boarding. Checking laptop in Istanbul was inconvenient. Lounge Istanbul was awesome however way too crowded to fully take advantage of it. Also should control people and what they takfor food. The lines were long and people would literally pile their plates with massive amounts of food, take it to their seat then leave it. Fix the lockers and add more, they are a wonderful asset but I was not able to take advantage of. Consider limiting access to manage crowds."

It seems this airport lacks the capacity needed to get people through efficiently based on the numbers of travelers using it."

They should have wait for each family to come up for their turn to be checked, so families would not need to be separated for a while."

Contras: "The boarding process at Istanbul was a bit chaotic but the flight left on time. I guess the airport personnel knew what they were doing. Istanbul airport is big and modern. There a lot of nice shops, including Duty Free. One annoying thing was the large number of airport employees using these motorized transports, I.e. wheelchairs, bipeds, tricycles, etc, going at high speed. If you don't get out of their way they will run you over!"

I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."

Contras: "SAS overbooked the flight and changed our entire group's seats. The attendant at the front desk was very rude during this whole process. We eventually got middle seats in the middle row. During the flight, the flight attendant forgot to give my friends their meals but everyone sitting around them received meals. When we used the overhead button to inform them of this discrepancy they didn't respond for over 30 minutes. We eventually found someone in the aisle that was able to help get the attention of the flight attendant. The overall interaction with the flight attendants was terrible. There is no such thing as customer service with this airline company."

Contras: "Something about the seats made it impossible to sleep without being woken up frequently by a painful position (economy class). Obviously no economy class seat will be comfortable to sleep in, but SAS seats seem to be a lot worse than other airlines."

Contras: "This flight was ~3.5 hours and there was no 'free' food; it was all for purchase. SAS can learn from their competitors and realize that flights over 2 hours are different than short haul ones."
Contras: "That I didn't make it to Chicago the day I planned. My first leg had computer issues in Rome which pushed the flight back 4 hours which then made me miss my connecting flight. Had to stay a night in Copenhagen and fly out at 1540 the next day."

Contras: "Boarding was a little strange. Not sure why the gate stayed closed up until boarding time so passengers had to stand in line until actual boarding instead of being able to sit and relax. Also not sure why we weren't permitted to check in online like previous."
Prós: "Business class upgrade was very nice. Food was good and entertainment options were above par. Loved the quality of the pillows and blankets. Also loved the fresh fruit and candy snacks."
Contras: "The gate agents refused to provide my boarding pass until the entire plane had boarded already. I was one of the last people on. I wasn't given a reason for this or assured I wouldn't be put on a later flight. This caused a lot of stress during my layover."

All people could really hear was "boarding now", which created a bit of a rush of everyone. It would be helpful if there were an SAS representative to stand next to the line, to physically say to people, 'Okay, we are now only doing priority boarding. If you are priority boarding, please stand her. After that, if you are business class, please stand here. Everyone else, please wait, but know that we will start to board from the back of the plane.
