Tive duas bagagens extraviadas. A funcionária da TAP no balcão anterior ao embarque confirmou que minhas bagagens chegariam ao destino correto.
As bagagens foram extraviadas e a TAP a 72 hrs e ainda não foi resolvido
Poltronas pequenas e espaço entre poltronas bem reduzido.
Voo proveniente de Guarulhos (TP 84) com 4:30 de atraso (agendado 00:40 do dia 06/09/22 e decolagem real as 05:10), sem comunicação precisa da companhia, seja por e-mail, aplicativo ou SMS. Durante o voo, 3 banheiros sem funcionar, mau atendimento pelos comissários de bordo. Conexão original (16:30 LIS) para o destino final (Barcelona) perdida por consequência. Nova conexão agendada para as 22:40, saindo de Lisboa no dia 06/09/22, cancelada durante o embarque. Saímos do aeroporto as 00:45 já do dia 07/09/22, pouco mais de 3 horas após a comunicação da suspensão do voo. Terceira tentativa de conexão (TP 1040), voo agendado as 7:45 de 07/09/22, atrasado, decolou as 08:25 de Lisboa rumo a Barcelona. Resultado final: 15:30 de atraso na chegada ao destino final em relação à compra (de 19:20 do dia 06/09, para 10:50 de 07/09), reserva de restaurante pré paga perdida, diária de hotel pré paga perdida, ingressos pré pagos para vista à Sagrada Família perdidos, além de custos extras não planejados com alimentação e deslocamentos. No voo de volta, saindo de Barcelona para Lisboa (TP 1047, 15:00 do dia 22/09/22), não queriam nos deixar embarcar com nossa bagagem de mão devido ao tamanho da mesma, sendo que viajamos a Europa inteira com a mesma mala, incluindo os voos anteriores da TAP, e nunca tivemos qualquer tipo de problema com ela. Ao final, após muita insistência, conseguimos embarcar com a respectiva mala. Além de todos esses problemas, visível sobrecarga de trabalho aos funcionários da TAP, acarretando péssimo atendimento e precárias informações aos passageiros, aparentemente não por culpa ou de forma deliberada dos mesmos, mas sim por falta de organização e déficit de pessoal da empresa. Experiência muito, mas MUITO, abaixo do tolerável. Pior experiência de viagem já vivida. Para finalizar, infelizmente, me sinto obrigado a contraindicar a utilização dos serviços da TAP, além de nunca mais voltar, pessoalmente, a voar com esta companhia aérea.
Agente de checkin extremamente rude e ainda obrigou a despachar mala de mão com a desculpa que era grande sendo que estava cheio de passageiro com malas iguais ou maiores no embarque. Os voos sempre atrasam pela desorganização no embarque. A comida é horrível, já comi melhor em hospital. Paguei pela economy extra pra ter espaço a mais e mal se consegue usar um tablet em voo de tão apertado se o passageiro da frente reclinar o assento. Tem companhia low cost muito melhor e não cobram um valor abusivo na tarifa. Não recomendo nunca a TAP.
Somente alimentação paga. Poltronas não reclináveis.
Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.
Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.
A atenção dos comissários e a comida
Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
No mínimo uma garrafa de água.
O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.
Funcionários prestativos, bons filmes pra ver, boa comida também. A decolagem atrasou um pouco por conta da chuva, o que não foi culpa da companhia.
Informação mais clara sobre testes necessários
Contras: "Meu vôo foi cancelado por conta da pandemia e 6 meses depois ainda não recebi meu voucher para fazer outro vôo. Atendimento é péssimo. Me sinto lesada pela TAP."
Contras: "Late as always"
Prós: "Some on crew lovely. Others terrible, bitter people, not at all suited for customer service."
Contras: "Disgusting food. Price gouging for checked baggage. Surly attitudes."

Contras: "We were waiting for a long time in the bus from the airport to the aircraft. Once we got to the plane, we were waiting inside the bus again."
Prós: "The crew and personal were ok."
Contras: "They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment."

Prós: "Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good."
Contras: "TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time."
Contras: "They turned the air conditioner to a higher temp to accommodate a few complaints and the rest of us suffered. First and cabin crew had it at a refreshing temp . For the last 20 minutes of the flight they turned it down again. To late"
Prós: "The crew was good. The plane was clean. The snacks provided were good."

Atraso de quase 1h da hora inicialmente estimada
Não embarquei pois o vôo anterior atrasou, pra não ficar preso. Dublin preferi ficar no porto.
Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
A falta de organização no embarque, à falta de preparo dos funcionários no embarque e no voo, minha filha pediu uma lasanha durante o voo e precisei por duas vezes chamar porque esqueceram os talheres, a lasanha esfriou. O senhor de idade que pediu água para os remédios e se estressou no final pela demora e o pedido ainda assim demorou a ser atendido. Fora o atraso de mais de uma hora
É ridículo viajarem duas pessoas e cada uma ficar em lugares opostos na aeronave.
Tudo normal, não vejo a necessidade de de fazer um novo checkpoint quando não se tem malas de porão.
O voo atrasou uma hora e não houve compensação pelo facto. Fizeram o embarque meia hora antes e ficamos em pé à espera em fila em cima uns dos outros A tripulação de bordo apenas se preocupa em vender Pedi para por por uma garrafa de plastico no inicio do voo, a assistente mandou me esperar e some recolheu a mesma no fim do vending todo As janelas estavam imundas Enfim, uma companhia a não utilizar novamente
Sinceramente foi o pior serviço de todas as companhias aereas que jà viajei. Fico só por aqui senao tenho horrores para dizer

A temperatura estava muito alta mas o levantar e a aterragem foram incríveis mal se sentiram
Boa tarde . Infelizmente aconteceu nos um incidente e enganamo -nos no aeroporto . Chegamos ao aeroporto as 20h , o nosso voo seria as 21:30 . Por meia hora de atraso não nos foi permitido fazer o check in nos balcões e tivemos que pagar 55 por pessoa . E de facto lamentável , não há necessidade de manterem trabalhadores vossos nos balcões se para além de pagarmos o voo ainda temos que pagar mais 55€ para nós fazerem o check in quando ainda falta 1h e 30h pra o nosso voo partir ! Uma companhia como a ryanair peca muito por este tipo de atitudes . Não volto a viajar com a ryanair .

Paguei embarque prioritário Ponta Delgada - Lisboa e nada foi prioritário, o voo atrasou e depois foi tudo ao molho e fé em Deus...

They say $10 for small check in bagged but 25 $ for each at airport . We tried hard to check in online but can’t able to add the bagge online . Worst"

Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."

Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."

Contras: "Received emails about baggage, the policy stated that any cabin baggage beyond 1 would be checked for FREE in the hold. My wife and I both arrived with a small carry-on bag and a backpack. Upon arrival to Lisbon the attendant told us we needed to pay40euro each for the extra bag because it was slightly bigger than the bag “tester” box. (It fit sideways but not long ways). We showed the email about the free checked bag and she said because it was too big we had to pay 40 euro each. After a while we agreed. She then told us just to go to the gate, it would be ok. At the gate we had the same conversation with a different attendendent, this time it was 50 euro a piece! She said there was nothing she could do and just like that we are out 100 Euro. Do not fly with these Crooks!"

Contras: "The check in email I received suggested I download an app to access in flight entertainment. When I followed the link it stated that the app was not available for my location (at the time Sao Miguel). When I tried to use the SATA onboard app I’d previously downloaded it wouldn’t work. I don’t mind not having entertainment provided by the airline as I have access to downloads from a streaming service but it is frustrating to be told a service is available and then have it not work. Mobile boarding passes would be convenient."

Prós: "The leg room was awesome, for a 6 foot tall person! I really liked the meal and the wine served was actually quite good, with generous servings! Crew was so friendly and accommadating, really nice people! I was very comfy, even with the trubulance"

Contras: "Plane was hot. Was in the back and had to sit for a while before air was turned on. No entertainment. Bad weather made our flight 2 hours longer. Couldn’t sleep on overnight flight as ailes were busy for the rest room."
Prós: "Crew were very pleasant. Seats are reasonably comfortable, with decent legroom."
Contras: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. They called us all, and then we had to wait about 15 minutes, with everyone standing. They don't call by row number, so it's a free for all. Food was so-so. Dinner was fish, which was dry and had no sauce. The cake was also dry, unlike the delicious brownie we had on the flight to the Azores. (But that flight was delayed 6 hours!) I don't want to watch entertainment on my tiny phone. I wish they had seatback screens as other Trans-Atlantic flights do."
Prós: "Pontualidade. Tripulação"

Contras: "Worst international airline. Old aircrafts, no A/V equipment, really bad food and service."
Prós: "The airline crew/staff was FAR MORE SUPPORTIVE than I have experienced in more than a dozen top ranked airlines. In particular, there was a crew member named GONCALO RODRIGUES, who seemed to have led every other member to perform at their best, by his model of service toward the passengers (customers). Such a staff can/must be utilized for training purposes and be rewarded in order to follow the concept of continuous improvement and stay abreast with leading airlines..."
Contras: "There are a few points that need to bee taken into serious consideration - for instance - like as below: 1. More choice of meals on board... There was ONLY PORK containing meal served during the flight and nothing else was available, which came as one big surprise. 2. My Baggage did not get boarded... and had to waste a great deal of time... The misplaced baggage staff member at the Toronto airport need more training toward customers' satisfaction. 3. More choice for on-board entertainment"
Contras: "We missed the plane from Boston to Denver but it turn out good. We were tired anyway."
Contras: "Seats are too small"
Prós: "Did not enjoy anything about this airline or flight. Everything is so backwards"
Contras: "Flights on Azores Airlines/SATA are always delayed. It is a shame that it is the only airline that flies to Terceira Island. They delay flights due to "operational issues" because they cannot get their stuff together. The crew was also unfriendly and while we were already 4 hours delayed one of the crew members (leader) had the audacity to tell her team "why are you guys in a hurrry for?" HELLO! We are already lady. Work harder and faster so we can make up some time. The food was disgusting and they barely give you anything to drink. Also, the planes are very old. Seats uncomfortable, no leg room, no TVs and stink."
Prós: "Flight staff was professional, vegan meal was decent, good leg room"

Prós: "Did not like anything about this airline!"
Contras: "The flight took off 2 hours late. There wasn't enough food for all the passengers on the flight. The flight attendants looked miserable, but were trying their best given the circumstances. The airplane was outdated, the seats not comfortable, and no in flight entertainment. SATA/Air Azores has a monopoly on the flights in and out of the Azores to the USA and no other airlines are allowed to flight that route. They should be ashamed of themselves by the way they run this airline and treat the passengers."
Contras: "The flight was delayed as usual. First class was very mediocre. There was no inflight movie, tv or music. First class doesn't feel like a first class flight."
Prós: "Horrible airline, worst service ever."
Contras: "Horrible! Would give zero stars if I could."
Prós: "Crew was professional. Flight was on time. Food was decent and seats were comfortable."
Contras: "Long flight for no entertainment. We were fine with kindles, without would have been a long boring flight."
Prós: "SATA was very hospitable when our flight was delayed into the next day. They provided a hotel and dinner/breakfast vouchers."
Contras: "The App proved to be useles when our flight was delayed 14+ hours. We were able to check in the day of the flight, but were never alerted when the flight was delayed. We called customer service and waited on hold for 30+ minutes without connecting, even though the automated message said the wait would be 6 mins. Communication as a whole was quite poor and created a lot of anxiety amongst the visibly upset travelers."
Contras: "I was scheduled to fly and was delayed for 3 days in Boston. I am still waiting to hear back to be reimbursed for the taxis/ubers that I had to take to the hotels that were provided. The hotels were 40 minutes (1st night) and 1 hour (2nd night) away. There was no one available to talk at the airport and the line was ridiculously long. I had planned a trip for 2.5 weeks exploring Portugal and Spain and missed the Portugal portion completely because I was delayed in Boston. I finally gave up waiting and bought a ticket through a different airline so I could meet my friends and not miss any more of my trip."
Prós: "the crew were nice and the food was free"
Contras: "Because we didn't get the required boarding passes in Barcelona (and didn't know we needed them) when we got to the Azores we had to run around through additional passport control, to the ticket desk because the gate agent had no means of issuing a boarding pass, back through security, through more passport control. Stupid. The plane itself was really uncomfortable, and being stuck in the tiny seats surrounded by screaming children, with no wifi or in-flight entertainment was torture."
Contras: "We were delayed again"
Prós: "generally efficient"
Contras: "bad food, no entertainment at all, did not come through offering water on long flight, toilet paper ra out in bathrooms"
Prós: "Crew members were O.K."
Contras: "- There are no more direct flights into Terceira (coming from the U.S.A.) which is ridiculous!!! - Both flights were delayed. The one from Boston to São Miguel was delayed 4 hours. The flight from São Miguel to Terceira was delayed in 30 minutes. - As if the delay wasn't enough, we had to return to gate as the plane prepared for takeoff because of technical problems. SATA (Azorean Airlines) international planes are too old..."
Prós: "The crew were PHENOMENAL going out of their way to ensure the needs of the passengers were met - truly the backbone of Azores Airlines. The seats on the Airbus 330 were relatively comfortable with decent pitch and extendable headrests."
Contras: "Boarding was delayed twice for a little over an hour total - limited time to make transfer in ponta delgada."
Prós: "Another AWESOME crew doing everything they can to assure passenger satisfaction!!"
Contras: "CRAMPED and miserable - smallest pitch in the air in the airbus 310! Cabin felt overpressurized and extremely loud."
Prós: "The flight crew runs an extremely tight ship. Polished and attentive."
Contras: "We arrived to the check in queue 90 min before our flight and it took almost two hours to get through the line. Our seats got swapped and it was a cluster to make it to the gate where we then waited another 45 min for a later departure."
Contras: "Way too warm, uncomfortable seats, no entertainment"

Contras: "Trying to be impartial on this review as it was my return trip that was a nightmare. I honestly just slept through the entire flight. It seems pretty obvious that SATA Has a monopoly on US flights to the Azores and they are making no effort to improve service."

Contras: "We had changes to pretty much every leg of our flights. One was delayed by 2.5 hours. I understand that flights get delayed but they hardly gave us any information as to what was going on. The flight was pretty smooth but the flight attendants didn't seem interested in our comfort. They weren't rude but they weren't pleasant either. I guess I'm used to a different style of service that I did not receive on Azores."

Contras: "Among the drawbacks, long immigration lines in LIS, despite the opportunity to go thru immigration in the Azores - lost opportunity for the airline to market its efficiency and convenience."
Prós: "Earlier TAP flight was late and caused me to miss my connecting flights. I will try hard never to fly with TAP again."
Contras: "Flight was cancelled because TAP flight was 2 hours late in picking me up."
Prós: "Friendly crew, flight was comfortable enough"
Contras: "No entertainment or choice in meals"
Prós: "Fast boarding, on time arrival, qick baggage delivery. Lots of leg room. Friendky staff."
Prós: "The crew was friendly and worked hard as a team. Especially the more mature male FA. Was able to get preassigned seats! Counter staff was friendly too. Wine served was good and free."
Contras: "Did not mind that there was no movie etc. We didn't even accept the earphones. The food and Azores cookies were not very good. Be forewarned! LIS airport is not very user friendly. Often had to take and wait for buses to transfer from one area to another and up/down stairs ways. Consider checking your bags!"
Prós: "We didn't crash."
Contras: "So far as I can tell, Azores doesn't particularly know how to run a plane. Their service was laughably bad, if you aren't in the plane suffering it. Boarding is bad. They start about 45 minutes prior to the flight, and need it because they're gonna bus you out to the plane. There is no order to who gets on first, you just get into the mob-like line and hope for the best. Once we got to the plane, we waited standing for no apparent reason for about 30 minutes. No announcement was made (in Portuguese or English). Because there was no order to how people got onto the busses, people blocked the isle getting onto the plane as well. Result, we departed Lisbon 1 hour late. There was a connection in the Azores. There everyone had to deplane, even if you were continuing on (more busses). And then getting onto the plane was the same deal. Result, we departed the islands even later, finally reaching Boston 2:15 late. Amazingly, my connecting flight wouldn't leave for another 40 minutes. The lady at the exit ramp told me that should be enough time to get through customs and over to the connection. Unsurprisingly it wasn't. On the plane, the seats were small and uncomfortable. Leg room was minimal. The seats had screens built into the back of them, but none of them worked. The only 'entertainment' we got was watching Linux continuously reboot on the seat screen next to mine. My personal screen didn't even offer this. Food was dry crackers, and an equally dry and sad sandwich. Portions were very small, so plan on packing a lunch. They do offer complimentary beer and wine, but getting a steward over to serve you is near impossible. Service was gruff, and frequently not very polite. I was hit by stewards running (actually running) up and down the isle. Stewards seemed generally more interested in talking in the back of the plane than serving passengers."

Contras: "Late....made me miss a connection in Boston!"

Prós: "The crew was good. Everything else was average, besides the negatives written below."
Contras: "In flight entertainment system broken (7.5 hour flight), no alternative entertainment offered, air conditioner high, no blankets, asked for one but it never came, only one choice for dinner, meat with a side of badly cooked pasta with no sauce."
