Contras: "On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time."
Prós: "Lufthansa service from JFK-FRA-FCO-FRA-JFK was gracious, efficient and altogether pleasurable."

Contras: "Boarding was chaotic, and primarily due to the fault of the boarding staff in Frankfurt. I was flying as a tourist from Switzerland, but it was easy to notice the condescending manner in which the African passengers were treated. I noticed the same attitude at immigration services in Frankfurt, were the officers were openly teasing, laughing at and harassing an Eritrean man. Some of the comments passed were frankly disgusting..."

Contras: "The delay on embarking into the plane. Stayed on the bus, in from of the plane for about 15 minutes and I thought I was in an sauna. and on the departure was delay for about 15 minutes . The crew was OK but nothing out of the ordinary."
Prós: "Had a horrible experience on another airline the night before. Got this free that flight and booked with Lufthansa a few hours before take off. We were not sure what to expect but we’re pleasantly surpirsed with the entire experience. Definitely would recommend."

Contras: "Paid WiFi didn’t work for half the flight. They should post a map with when it works (above which countries) as apparently it’s a licensing issue."
Prós: "Happy to watch the World Cup Final while the flight was delayed 2 hours on the ground."
Contras: "Before take off, I found a small brown bug that looked similar to a bed bug crawling on my arm. I took pictures of it and alerted a crew member. They replaced my pillow and said sorry... I couldn't stop thinking of the idea of bed bugs crawling on me and my personal belongings the whole flight."
Prós: "The engagement of the crew. The coffee and cake. The attendant offered to help me with my bag to the door of the aircraft. The same attendant remembered to give me coffee later and provided the stir stick just as I was able ask for one. I felt cared for."
Contras: "They ran out of the protein meal selections.e.g. Chicken I think. Pasta with sauce and one small cube of cheese with a little salad does not qualify as a balanced mealThe attendant tried to make up for it by giving me more cheese blocks."
Prós: "The welcome drink was excellent! The food was fabulous...especially the warm bread! And the seat was so comfortable! Lufthansa has become my favorite airline! It was well worth every penny!"

Contras: "Flight was late and boarding was unorganized. When the person sitting in front of me moved their chair it hit my head and moved all my stuff, this should not happen. We should not feel our area moved because the person moved their seat in front of us."

Contras: "Checking in on-line was not very "user friendly". Our aircraft had to be replaced causing a 2 hour delay, part of which was an ATC sequencing delay. The 50 minute ATC delay couldn't be controlled by LH, but the original equipment replacement was at the bottom of the overall delay. My "A" window seat in economy had significantly reduce foot space due to a metal box installed in the space. The seat was not particularly well designed, but it's economy so you get what you get. The food was average at best."

Contras: "Seattle to Frankfurt aircraft was the dingiest and most crammed aircraft I have ever used on an international leg. The seats were tiny so much so that some other passengers were not able to fit in! The lighting was gloomy, restroom dirty within the first hour of the flight, no space to keep any magazine or books on the back rest of the seat in front of you, etc. Overall - such a bad experience. Not expected from Lufthansa, especially as I have had great experience with Lufthansa earlier."
Contras: "1.Plane was late to take off. No announcement about it. Some passenger came in the last minute. 2. There were 3 young men being me. They talked extremely loud and were bursting laughing ALL THE FLIGHT, 1 hour 45 minutes. Crew didn't say anything to them. It was very annoying. 3. Unorganized boarding. 4. Announcements were not loud enough. I didn't hear anything due to the talking passengers around me."
Contras: "Flight delays,...."
Prós: "Seats are fairly comfortable. We were delayed and missed our connection. A woman in the service center expedited finding us a new flight and getting us a good hotel."
Contras: "Flight was delayed from Rome. They had scheduled our connection too close (55 minutes) so we missed it. No explanation for the delay was given. The food is just terrible. Might be the worst I've ever had on an airplane. The only way I could book seats ahead of flight day was to buy them - and then I didn't get them because of the delay and had to sit in the second to the last row where it was pretty bumpy."
Prós: "It was ok"
Contras: "Incredibly racist crew and pilot, who did not help us after a fellow passenger touched and molested my girlfriend on board the aircraft. The groundstaff were as rude and unhelpful. I am neither gonna book any flights on Lufthansa ever and will avoid Kayak as well."
Prós: "Flight was on time. We boarded and left on time. Flight attendants were friendly and courteous. I was happy to get a complementary sandwich and drink on such a short flight. We arrived at our destination earlier than expected. Seats were no frills, but decent. Overall good experience."
Contras: "Boarding is stressful. A free for all. I wish they would announce and board one section at a time. I'm traveling with children! I don't want extra stress of people being so pushy. Also,on arrival the bus back to the terminal was similar."
Prós: "Professional, friendly, helpful staff, especially the Manager at Gates A17 and A18 who helped make sure I got a seat on LH011 after two other, earlier choices I had been put on were cancelled."
Contras: "Lufthansa must work on its domestic-to-international hub feeder system, which is unpredictable. E-mails were sent too late to be useful for knowing what was happening to the original LH009, then LH007 flights, both of which were ultimately cancelled, making the connection to LH400 dicey for the FRA to JFK leg of the trip. Telephone or SMS should have been used for faster contact. I had already printed boarding passes for LH009 about 20 hours before flight time and ultimately arrived at HAM two hours before flight time and thought everything was in order. It ultimately was not, and my checked baggage never made it onto the connecting flight."
Prós: "Houve atrasos mas saídas"
Contras: "I was denied boarding on the Dublin to Munich leg of my connecting flight from Newark to Munich. My ticket was booked through Lufthansa, but the transatlantic leg of my trip was operated by United. When checking in with United in Newark, I received two boarding passes, one for each leg of the trip. I arrived on time in Dublin for my flight to Munich and tried to board the plane for Munich with the boarding pass I had printed in Newark. After scanning my ticket, the Lufthansa employees at the gate informed me that they had no record of me or my plane ticket in their system. I showed them the email confirmation for my ticket, but they still could not find any record of my ticket in their online system. The employees seemed more concerned with boarding all passengers as quickly as possible than assisting me. After being denied boarding, I had to go back through passport control to change my flight, and ended up getting to Munich nearly 6 hours behind schedule and missed an entire day of vacation. A Lufthansa employee told me that out of every partner in the STAR alliance, United is the ONLY airline they have had this problem with. I find this inexcusable, I will be AVOIDING ANY United/Lufthansa connecting flight from now on."
Contras: "This was a very tight confection. When selling international connections the layover needs to allow enough time to exit the plane, cross a huge airport and go through passport control. Boarding starts early and this connection was barely enough time."
Contras: "Stoll in Germany first flight was over 1.5 hour late a I miss my original flight. I must wait now for afternoon flight and wait all day having family emergency situation."
Prós: "Service was excellent. ."
Prós: "The crew was very nice. I had an exit row so plenty of leg room."
Contras: "It was a short flight so it didn't really néed food and didn't have entertainment. They hand out pretzel mix, not something I can have (celiac). Doesn't matter on a short 1 hour flight."
Prós: "It was a smooth and uneventful flight. Friendly crew, nice light snack, and good beer (and lots of water to stay hydrated). No complaints here."
Contras: "Nothing comes to mind."

Contras: "We had one hour delay, on a 1:30h flight, totally unacceptable"
Prós: "The crew was great, the aircraft new and tidy, the flight arrived a bit early, the food and beverage options were solid. Loved the complimentary wine and beer! Good movie selection."
Contras: "I was assigned a different seat than I selected when booking - lost my aisle spot although I checked a few days ago and a seat of my choice was clearly assigned on my reservation. The airline agent in the airport was rude and not helpful."
