Prós: "thanks to the paid upgrading we got 2 seats in the front of the cabin (row 5)"
Contras: "there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !"
Contras: "Delay of 40 minutes"
Contras: "The app and trying to find boarding details prior."
Contras: "At least give a glass of water."
Prós: "Nothing! We’re still in Baltimore"
Contras: "Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it."
Prós: "Very good service! Friendly and happy staff!"
Contras: "The food; I didn't like the sandwich and the snacks"
Contras: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"
Contras: "Nothing is for free not even a coffee."
Prós: "Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge."
Contras: "I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"
Contras: "There is not much variety of what to watch- movies/tv. For a long flight it is a nightmare"
Prós: "The flight crew was accommodating and genuinely worked to meet passenger needs during the boarding process and also while I'm flight. The flight entertainment included a good, and varied set of options."
Contras: "1. There is a security check just prior to boarding at the gate in Brussels that is not known about in advance. The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."
Contras: "Switched plane from Brussels to United which saves us 3hrs but then they lost our luggage. This was after we asked them to double-check. They told us that our luggage had been logged-in to our new flight. We are very disappointed in Brussel airline and will not use them again."
Prós: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."

Contras: "I travel often with Brussels Airlines and often run out of movies I want to watch during my trips. Air France has a selection of movies that is 2-3 times the number of movies offered by Brussels."
Prós: "The crew was polite"
Contras: "The fight was delayed and cause me to lose my second flight even though they were the same airline and the second plane was still sitting at the airport. It added 6 hours to my journey."
Prós: "flight arrived safely"
Contras: "everything else. Tegel is a mess, but also this Brussels Air / Lufthansa flight was tightly packed with absolutely no service for anyone not in the first 12 rows of the plane - more than half did not even get a drop of water"
Prós: "Everything was generally good. Food was slightly below average."
Contras: "Neither the JFK counter agents nor the flight attendants knew if I could transition in Brussels onto Bulgaria Air without exiting and re-entering. In fact, it is a simple process in the Brussels Airport transition zone, with the friendly help of Bulgaria Air agents. Breakfast is a box of sugar: shrink wrapped muffin, Toblerone bar, orange juice. These are all sugar delivery systems."
Prós: "Que sendo uma AEROLINHAS low cost possa levar uma mala de23Kg. Isso foi excelente."
Contras: "Que o vôo demorou e perdi meu trem para ir desde Nice Saint Augustin até Nice Ville. Outra coisa que detestei, não sei culpa de quem foi...Se da aerolinha ou do aeroporto, foi a mudança de Gate umas 3x. Isso foi uma piada."
Contras: "Brussels Airlines was obviously throwing around the luggage as my hard shell suitcase was cracked irreparably when it arrived at the carousel."
Contras: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."
Contras: "Over 2 hour delay"
Prós: "Gentileza da tripulação."
Contras: "De graça, nem água. Tudo é vendido a bordo."
Contras: "The gates were way too far apart. Had to run all across the huge airport and go through too many security lines."
Prós: "Flight was ok"
Contras: "The fact that we had to wait on the tarmac for a set of stairs to arrive which lasted quite long."
Prós: "Rude and incompetent crew/employees. Early morning flight was delayed 30 min and therefore we missed our connection. Representatives at the Brussels airport were incompetent, slow and misleading and on top of all our suitcases were lost and 24 hours later no one can tell us where they are"
Contras: "Crew"
Contras: "There was a very long wait checking in and boarding and there was no kosher food available on the flight."
Prós: "The crew was excellent. Flights were uneventful. Enjoyed the ability to watch a movie on the little TV that each seat had. Made the long flight feel much quicker."
Contras: "On my flight from Dulles to Brussels, the seat cushion was pretty much worn out. Felt like I was sitting on concrete. My butt was pretty sore after the flight. Flight back was totally fine. But it was a small inconvenience. Everything else was great."
Prós: "The crew seemed nice"
Contras: "I was literally in tears by the end of my flight because my back hurt so bad in the seats. When I was boarding, I had a two hour layover and I still had to run for my flight and they were already boarding when I got there. The food was tasteless. All I could do was try and sleep and pray the flight ended quickly."
Prós: "The confort"
Contras: "The delay and the food. There was sand in the fish"
Contras: "- No order to the boarding in Brussels. I am used to boarding in zones so things tend to be less congested leading up to the jetway. - This may or may not have been something the airline could have changed but sitting in the plane for 5 hours waiting to de-ice was unacceptable. The entire food service was served in this time so no food was available for the 6 hour flight to Accra. Had we been able to wait in the terminal, passengers could get their own food and the food for the flight could have been saved. Also, they ran out of chicken dishes by the time I was served and I was left with fish only. Had I been a vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable."
Prós: "Alles goed"
Contras: "The delay (due to weather) that caused me to miss the connection."
Prós: "Clean, professional and great meal!"
Contras: "I lost whole lot of items from my suitcase when it left behind at my arrival to Liberia. I never said any because it was Africa and I knew. I would never get those stuff back. I am disappointed"
Prós: "The crew were very respectful and professional did not like everything from Accra to Brussels ."
Contras: "We pay the crew so they need to respect us. One guy among the crew members was very disrespectful and unprofessional ."
Prós: "Pleasant staff, entertainment system is ok although a bit outdated."
Contras: "Our flight (operated by Air Canada) was delayed due to a control tower fire. Other flights seemed to have been delayed 1 or 2 hours, but ours was delayed 3.5 hours. That's not really the airline's fault, but it seems like they didn't want to communicate updates or give us any options for alternate flights. They also listed the delay at just under 3 hours, rather than the real 3.5 we were late leaving the gate (to avoid giving out vouchers, I suspect)."
Contras: "Too noisy tp sleep and It was a long flight, but not your fault."
Contras: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"

Contras: "The aircraft was filthy, very dirty, especially the toilet and the sitting area. Terrible food. Very hot, AC did not work well. Outdated movies and TV series."

Prós: "The cabin was kept at proper temperature and humidity. The food was properly cooked. The staff treated customers properly. Overall a relaxing and easy flight."
Não embarquei pois o vôo anterior atrasou, pra não ficar preso. Dublin preferi ficar no porto.
O encosto era muito inclinado pra frente. Além de ser muito apertado, a posição inclinada pra frente fez o vôo ser extremamente desconfortável. :-(
Comprei os bilhetes pelo site kiwi. Não entregaram os bilhetes pelo email. A ryanair criou dificuldades para emitir no aeroporto. As poltronas são muito apertadas. Sou alto. Foi um sofrimento a viagem. Ryanair nunca mais
Sinceramente foi o pior serviço de todas as companhias aereas que jà viajei. Fico só por aqui senao tenho horrores para dizer
Delay nearly 2 hours, they know what they doing ,because if it was 2h delay they have to pay us. But luckily 1h48 min lol. Disrespect with clients
Partida com 2 horas de atraso
Ryanair precisa acabar, um péssimo voo e experiência, e pior, qualquer problema que tenha não resolvem nada. Mesmo quando estão errados

Ótima viagem pessoal simpático
Prós: "O voo em si foi ótimo. O trajeto e comissários tranquilos"
Contras: "Teve atraso e troca de gate antes do voo. Então a poderia seguir com mais pontualidade. E um atrativo seria um agrado aos passageiros. Como um petisco e suco , por exemplo! No mais. Tudo correu bem!"
Prós: "De tudo, tripulação Portuguesa super simpática"
Contras: "Tudo estava bem, sem reparos a fazer"
Contras: "O atendimento poderia ser melhor, mais explicativo sobre as dificuldades do cliente que não entende do sistema e estar em hotel. Isso dificultou a comunicação. A atendente geral no posto de atendimento muito arrogante."
Contras: "O atraso do voo 45 minutos e a espera pelo autocarro para nos levar à saída do avião (10 min) !"

Contras: "Ryanair are fleecing customer regarding the wheelie carry on bag. Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option."
Contras: "Desde a organização das informações para realização do Check-in até o atendimento durante o voo, a empresa deixa muito a desejar. Principalmente no quesito bagagem. Prestem muita atenção, pois eles não informam adequadamente sobre o despacho de bagagem, fazendo com que você desembolse valores absurdos no aeroporto."
Contras: "The problem with random seat allocation is if you pay to sit somewhere then that should be fine, no. Today I was constantly asked if I wouldn’t mind swapping seats so the passenger could be closer to their partner which is always going to be an inferior seat or worse sat in the middle seat. Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience."

Prós: "Easy boarding, plane looked clean, crew all smart and genuine smiles. The bonus is we arrived early and their were no Benidorm p..s artists on board. Excellent."
Contras: "Only that we were late leaving, this didn’t matter in the end because we arrived early. I only gave one star for Food & Entertainment as the option to give no stars is not available. I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid."

Prós: "Chegamos ao aeroporto 2 horas e 15 minutos antes do vôo. Tentamos fazer o check-in mas ainda não estava aberto. Na hora que abriram, fomos para a fila. Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."
Prós: "Staff where nice and flight was on time"
Contras: "I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child."
Prós: "Keeps to schedule. A high performing low cost airline."
Contras: "Cost of the food and drinks but I’ll still fly with Ryanair again."

Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."

Prós: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"

Contras: "Sat on the plane for 1:30 due to delays and missing our departure slot then to be informed that there was no water ,drinks or any food on the plane due to “supply issues”. Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"
