Super uncomfortable. Due to the room on board. The entertainment system is from WWII. Crew was great but the 9 hour flight from Frankfurt to DC was very uncomfortable. You could see people walking around and try to stretch.

A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.
Avião sem nenhum tipo de entretenimento (pra uma viagem de 3h, achei ruim). Não ofereceram água, porém havia oferecimento de comidas e bebidas à venda onboard.
Bagagens extraviadas. Fiquei sem terno que vestir. Atraso de três horas. Perdi a conexão. Dificuldade em resolver administrativamente.
O voo de conexão de Lisboa para Amsterdã deveria ser fornecido ao menos um lanche pois, já estávamos há 10 horas aguardando, vindo do Rio de Janeiro! Os lanches eram pagos!
Ruim ou péssimo pelo conjunto da obra, nosso voo era SP-Lisboa-Roma-Lisboa-SP, no retorno check-in feito, upgrade de cabine a 700 R$, resolvemos ir para Lisboa dois dias antes do retorno previsto, como a passagem de volta não poderia ser alterada, compramos outras, a surpresa, chegamos para o embarque de retorno Lisbia-SP e descobrimos que, como não nos apresentamos para o voo Roma-Lisboa, todo o trecho seguinte foi cancelado, inclusive tivemos que ouvir que o voo estava cheio, ou seja, além de nós roubarem ainda revenderam nossos assentos já pagos, nosso prejuízo está em torno de 15.000,00 R$ visto sermos obrigados a comprar novas passagens em outra Cia para o dia seguinte. A Tap nos informou que nada poderia ser feito pois os bilhetes foram comprados de Decolar, a Decolar disse que essa era uma regra da TAP e que estava escrita não voucher, e estava mesmo, e que no caso também não podia resolver nosso problema, TOMEM CUIDADO AO COMPRAR COM A DECOLAR, as linhas em letras pequenas podem.lhe gerar muitos prejuízos, e, não voem de TAP, pois você paga por um assento que não e seu. Agora teremos que contratar um advogado para para discutir a questão e tentar reduzir nosso prejuízos. Decolar e TAP nunca mais!
Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.

I explained this to the airline staff, but they did not care. I think they should have first asked for volunteers; and if still needed, then randomly select people to check in the carry-on. Also they only were making people with the “suitcase” carry-on to check them in....anyone with a duffle-looking bag was not even bothered. Luckly, I’m mange to make my train connection, but I was running to do this...not fun at all."

Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."

Contras: "Flight was 2 hrs late then when boarding they loaded all of us in a bus. We’re packed in and then stood on he bus for over a half hr waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. Why we didn’t just stay at our gate till it was ready? Idk but everyone seem to not know what they were doing and very unorganized"
Prós: "I had injured my ankle prior to my trip and everyone was so sweet and accommodating-"
Prós: "The food was a pleasant surprise, and was a lot!"
Contras: "Boarded 1/2 hr late, note to self; don’t try to help stack the plates to assist the flight crew. Stewardess fussed at my GF for stacking the plates together neatly. She was only trying to help. Stewardess was rude, stating “ no no, not like that, this is cafeteria style” we didn’t get the memo. Anyway, hurt feelings report will be filed accordingly!"

Prós: "Nothing, the poorest of the poor and N empathy whatsoever"
Contras: "They canceled my flight because of too few passengers and than rushed all the passengers on an earlier flight. I was driving from Philly and of course couldn't make the flight that was bumped up three hour early. Than they have the balls to accuse me of being late and thus a no show. I have many witnesses that prove I was there on time. But no reschedule for me unless I pay a 1000 usd. I will sue these bastards with a passion. To an extend they have never seen. Not only a refund but loss of business as well"
Prós: "Crew were lovely. Economy seats were pretty comfortable, with legroom. They allow one free checked item. Free food!"
Contras: "I ordered a vegan meal and got pasta with cheese. We were half an hour late taking off."
Contras: "Waited in line 30 minutes before boarding even though we had already been through security. Business and first class passengers not given any priority in boarding. Limited food and beverage service onboard. Crew seemed inexperienced."
Contras: "Airline was 2 hours late and missed our connection which made us miss our first port for our cruise we then had to make other arrangements while the airline did nothing to help. I would NEVER FLY with them again."
Prós: "Crew was nice enough"
Contras: "Flight was delayed over 3 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight upon arrival in Lisbon. No in flight entertainment, only one meal served, no spot to plug in electronics, and the bathroom door was broken and didn't lock. I would suggest paying a little more for a better and more reliable airline."
Contras: "I was scheduled to fly and was delayed for 3 days in Boston. I am still waiting to hear back to be reimbursed for the taxis/ubers that I had to take to the hotels that were provided. The hotels were 40 minutes (1st night) and 1 hour (2nd night) away. There was no one available to talk at the airport and the line was ridiculously long. I had planned a trip for 2.5 weeks exploring Portugal and Spain and missed the Portugal portion completely because I was delayed in Boston. I finally gave up waiting and bought a ticket through a different airline so I could meet my friends and not miss any more of my trip."
Contras: "Service. Food. And the return was worse - they cancelled two consecutive flights with no notice, causing us to stay three extra days, incur connection fees, other costs, and they could care less. Wound up flying to Lisbon on Ryanair. SATA says no refund. Worst airline in the world. We would never go back to Azores, thanks to them."
Contras: "No entertainment, dirty toilets, limuted refreshments."
Prós: "The crew were PHENOMENAL going out of their way to ensure the needs of the passengers were met - truly the backbone of Azores Airlines. The seats on the Airbus 330 were relatively comfortable with decent pitch and extendable headrests."
Contras: "Boarding was delayed twice for a little over an hour total - limited time to make transfer in ponta delgada."
Prós: "The flight crew runs an extremely tight ship. Polished and attentive."
Contras: "We arrived to the check in queue 90 min before our flight and it took almost two hours to get through the line. Our seats got swapped and it was a cluster to make it to the gate where we then waited another 45 min for a later departure."
Prós: "Mostly lovely crew"
Contras: "2 hours on tarmac before taking off, no water or bathrooms then, 1/2 hour on tarmac when landed, when plane reeked of gas. Woman in front of me had chair armrest fall off"
Contras: "They sold me a flight jknowing it was delayed by more than 13 hours"
Contras: "Didn't make it since the first flight was delayed for over 4 hours. Virgin did not help us with rebooking. Waiting on refund. No word yet. Very angry."
Prós: "The flight crew was absolutely wonderful and very helpful with our 3-year-old son. He keeps asking to go on plane again because of how attentive they were and made his trip very enjoyable."
Contras: "No entertainment at all. The seats could have more recline as it was an overnight flight and nearly impossible to sleep. The trays for business class are so close that it is awkward and uncomfortable to use."
Contras: "Was too tired and worn out to really care after the long delay. Won't fly this airline again."
Prós: "Nothing. We didn't take this flight because of the SATA airline strike which left us stuck in Ponta Felgada for 2 days."
Contras: "We were majorly inconvenienced when finding out our flight was delayed, then cancelled completely, the. It happened again the next day. Lost 2 days of our trip whih were supposed to be in Lisbon. We found a Ryanair flight to Porto just to get to the mainland. What a nightmare. Never flying with Azores/SATA again!!"
Prós: "Food improved from our first overnight experience"
Contras: "No entertainment, some crew members wee rude and messy (spilling food/drink and unapologetic) where others were exceptional. Limited places to sit in between flights at gate (had to depart plane and reload even though we had same exact plane/seats)"

Prós: "We got home alive. It was the first on time flight we had during of 4 flights with Azores air."
Contras: "Seats literally had duct tape on them. Food was atrocious. They only entertainment was the old two prone headphones and 8 looping crackly audio stations. On a calm day landing in in boston we set down one side of the rear landing gear, then the other, and squiggled down the runway. As the pilot didn't touch down early enough on the runway he had to really jam on the brakes. It was greeted with a round of applause because landing alive with azores air seems to be worthy of applause by the regulars... Least legroom of any airline. Bathroom was disgusting after 2 hr. Toilet paper was seemingly wadded up and stuck back into the dispenser. Nobody ever got new paper. Ran out of paper towels as well..."
Prós: "Food was pretty good and staff was nice"
Contras: "Plane was dirty. Tray tables had food on them. Crumbs in seat crevices. Boarding was an absolute nightmare as we were crammed in a shuttle bus for a half hour and then waited on the tarmac for close to an hour"
Prós: "Really enjoyed this flight. seats were comfortable, crew was friendly. Enjoyed the wine"
Contras: "Only one choice of sandwich which was meat. I am a vegetarian and hoped there was a choice."
Prós: "The plane wasn't full. Got lucky with a row of empty seats"

Prós: "I like the fact that I sat in a row four seats and nobody was in that row so I got to lay down"
Contras: "The entertainment was horrible they had one movie showing and it was like six rows ahead of me hard to see"

Contras: "The entertainment system wasn't working. No blankets " day flight". The only choice for food was meat. I am a vegetarian. Plane was dirty. Boarding took forever."
Contras: "Very little water was served. I was dehydrated by the time I landed at my destination. There was zero form of entertainment provided. I'm accustomed to having movies and music as options for entertainment, especially on international flights."
Prós: "I witnessed several instances of the crew going out of their way to help people. I was astonished at the level of service. Also it was very cheap and the landing was like a feather!"
Contras: "Nothing was wrong it was GANTASTIC"
