She was uninformed and not very highly trained. Lounge was disgusting. Messy, crowded - seemed like a 2nd class waiting room in an Indian railway station. The boarding was very poorly managed by the same lady!"

Costed us $500 to buy things on emergency basis for our family and they delivered the bags after 2 days. This was very unprofessional and Lufthansa has to pay for it. Can you please help. Next time we will certainly have to avoid The airline as their gate transfer in Frankfurt is horrible with very rude security staff who has no interest helping our family to board the flight on tight connection. Instead the person decided to go on his break right when we were at the X-ray screening. How rude and unthoughtful."

She explained herself, but didn't apologize but made it sound like it was my fault. When I ordered 2 beverages (wine and water), she said she doesn't have time to hand out two beverages to each passenger."

Contras: "Many things. Starting from the online/mobile check in process via United airlines. I was not given any other option but to check in through the United website. On that website I was not allowed to check in for my Lufthansa flights and i was stuck with seats I did not want in my 2 long intercontinental flights. This has happened before. Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

Being 6'4", the ability to upgrade to economy plus/premium is important on long-haul flights. Everything else about Lufthansa is excellent, but I will not book with Lufthansa for long flights anymore because of this. I'll stick with United from now on."

Contras: "1 After long stand the line when i want to check in my Luggage i got shocking news According to checkin counter lady said Flight delay more than 2hours and can be 3hours no body knows how long will be delay, she recommended me to go from San Francisco to san jose airport to get another flight. it's time Enough she said , that time about 1pm, i am lucky that i arrived SF airport 3hours in advance so that i could manage to catch up another flight at the san jose airport, i had to go san jose airport from San Francisco by Taxi and the cost was 170usd because driver says over 50mils far a way i need to pay 50% more, i have a alot import meeting in germany, meeting schedule could be mess i was really shocking, how can i get back Taxi fee usd170??? 2. regards to Crew., one Passenger was collecting his handy carry luggage at Cabinet and he forgot to close Cabinet cover after he collected and it was opened that time one flight crew passing by to final check up before landing but don't see that cabinet door open, so one of passenger talk to her to close the Cabinet door, also handy carry luggage after used the passenger should Keep Under the chair for safety but even passenger keept (put) in her beside empty seat, the Crew don't say anything, it was many people keept in next empty seat area. According to rull must keep it under seat, but crew don't say anything I was very very surprised. it's very Dangerous to everybody people may hurt , i was very Scared and nervous. 3. in the dark room passenger can't see or feels that behind them whether crew come or not (passing by or not) Crew passing by and hit passenger but without saying sorry and just go a way. it's impossible... 4. i was standing at Exit door and look at the outside but same time crew came and said to me not friendly and without smile "Excuse me" and i go a way, i saw she crew want to put something inside at dress room. what i want to say the crew could be more nice and smiley face to passenger or could be nice can be wait 5 seconds but was really the way of tone is Racist, this is what i felt, really bad."

Prós: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Contras: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Prós: "The entertainment system is pretty good. Touch screens work great, and you can charge your phone. The plane itself is fairly up-to-date, and the headrest is adjustable and very comfortable."
Contras: "I am 6' / 183cm and 210lbs / 95 kg. The seats are quite narrow, and little legroom. I don't think I'll fly them again."

Contras: "Horrible flight; no complimentary soft drinks are served, not even better. The baggage did not arrive and Iberia does not even deliver the baggage, even though the fault was theirs. You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Prós: "Missed flight as scheduled changed forward by half an hour and re-organising another flight was difficult. Had to fly from another airport in Spain and transfer was without assistance. Staff did a good job at sorting a solution. The return home on BA was excellent and very efficient."

Prós: "My flight was transferred from Kayak to Iberia to American to another third party who would not answer questions and who did not send any confirmation info at all. Boarding should be from the back first to speed it up. It was not. Crew did not have wide variety of refreshments. Seats were much too narrow and there was no leg room. Food helpings were much too small for a long flight. Controls very poor."

Contras: "I am still waiting for my luggage. It was lost between the flight from Amsterdam to Madrid and a flight from Madrid to San Juan. It is already 1 week."

Contras: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."

Prós: "Plane landed at 1511, at Gate at 1525 (a bit slow), I'm through customs (only 50 people in line?!) and at the baggage carousel at 1535 (long legs) and my bag is already there waiting for me!! I'm outside having a smoke at 1538! How do they do it?"

Prós: "Very little. The staff is polite but they have no information and really are not empowered they solve any problems"
Contras: "The flight was delayed over an hour taking off due to final checks and luggage. In sprite of the pilot announcing smooth sky’s we had terbulence and seatbelts on for 60% of the flight. And when we arrived the luggage of at least 15 passengers, including mine, did not arrive. After waiting 45 minutes at the carousel for the luggage and another 35 at the priority desk I was informed that the luggage was not coming on the next flight but the next day. They apparently had run out of overnight bags so I had to buy a toothbrush and a t-shirt at the airport to sleep in. Now normally I would pack a carry on with the basic essentials for such a situation but this was a direct fight with 3 follow flights to the same destination..... I have no idea who votes for Air Canada or how many votes it takes to win the awards they keep claiming but there is something wrong..."

Prós: "Staff were friendly and helpful."
Contras: "Movie selection was limited although I found one in the lot that I thoroughly enjoyed. As always with Air Canada, you only get the most basic snacks and everything else is extra."

Contras: "My dad didn’t get on the plane because the previous one was late"

Prós: "Everything was good, fine, but nothing stands out as exceptional."
Contras: "Personal space seemed a little smaller than on some other airlines."

Prós: "Entertainment"

Contras: "That had to be the most cramped, uncomfortable airplane seat I have ever been in. And the coffee was awful."

Prós: "The pilots were professional, got us there on time and did a wonderful smooth landing."
Contras: "The flights attendants uniforms were wrinkled and old, tired and worn out looking, their behaviour was the same. They were pretty much tired and disinterested in their job. Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home."

Contras: "I couldn't board the plane due to new documentation requirements for travelers transiting in Canada. I understand the rules of the internet fare (no returns, exchanges or cancellations) but the customer service was awful. They didn't offer me any other alternative but to loose full value of the ticket ($1700). Nobody (kayak, vayama, air canada or brussel airlines) gave me any kind of information about those new requirements and I ended up cancelling the whole trip as I couldn't find any other flight to get to Europe. Really upsetting...."

Contras: "My bag did not arrive at the same time I did. It was delivered several days later. I had to buy new clothes with my own money while I waited. Horrible experience."

Prós: "Good movies, had gluten free snack choices, so important"
Contras: "Would LOVE closed captioning ability on the movie screens."

Contras: "I was refused boarding after being told I could fly. A horrible experience--rebooking for my wife and I cost us 1,000 dollars."

Contras: "It was horrible experience going through the Vancouver custom. Some one decided to random check a brown guy traveling alone. Okay, I get it. I give them credit for profiling me. But, I was very disappointed that they only know and follow the rules in their book. Dumping the luggage and wallet on the floor and then asked me to put everything back was not gonna help you find anything. They need to be bit smart and have some people skills. I mean a car salesman is smarter than this custom officer. I walked in for random screening with great respect for those officers but walked out with zero respect and maybe worse experience of my life. If you mistreat a innocent person just have a courtesy to say sorry or give them a stuffed canadian bear. We can understand!! One last thing for custom or border officers, treat the people the way you wanted to be treated."

Contras: "The connection process at YYZ airport. You need to clear security twice in order to connect. Risk of missing flights got connection because the walk to terminal is long and security checkpoint is very inefficient and sllw"

Prós: "The lady at the counter was very pleasant when she realized my dad had forgotten his wallet and offered him to put him on next flight if I didn't make it back in time with his wallet, I liked how she had made him feel better by showing him grace and mercy that his mistake was fixable."
Contras: "At SFO it is always a mess when you take a flight because you can either be in International terminal - that would be logical, since this is a us Canada flight but at other times you need to go to the united ticket counter instead (even though I get sent between the counters often I can't remember if this is terminal 3) - The lady in line was trying to get my dad to leave this line to go to the other counter line without asking about his specific flight, it caused an argument in my travel party because they thought she was right and I insisted we stay in this line. The lady didn't even acknowledge what I was trying to say and kept telling my dad to go to the other terminal when we were at the correct one. There is nobody that can seem to tell you which terminal to go to prior to arriving at the airport so it doesn't help when someone provides misinformation at the airport while in line. Travel can already Be stressful."

Contras: "The huge line up going through customs"

Prós: "Direct flight"
Contras: "Air Canada pricing is same as other non budget airlines like British airways, Lufthansa but service is on par with budget airlines like Ryan Air. I'm amazed how they get away with it."

Prós: "Safety belt actually fit around my waist - I am a bigger person"
Contras: "I was on isle staff kept on bumping into me (not purposely) They need to take time to ensure they are not bumping clients"

Contras: "Gate 91 was allocated on boarding pass. It was switched to 95 Android did not inform anyone of the 10 pax waiting at gate 91. We were informed by one of the passenger that went to figuer out how Come that only 10 pax waiting at gate 91"

Contras: "The amount of hand luggage taken on board is getting totally out of hand people are boarding with two or three huge bags."

Prós: "Ability to charge my iPhone )"

Prós: "Good organized"
Contras: "None"

Contras: "Flight was delayed. Was supposed to leave 5:15 pm but did leave until 9:30 pm. They could have given us a more accurate time so we could have not gone to the airport so early instead of saying 45 minute delay and then 1 hour and then constantly delaying it to 4 hours. Nothing was offered in compensation."

Contras: "I was annoyed to find that Air Canada has invented special terminology to justify charging for a single checked bag on an international flight. At the check in counter, the representative explained to me that Canada is "trans border" and not "international," so they don't offer a free checked bag. However, I was still required to present my passport and go through customs, and I'm pretty sure I came out of the plane in a different country than I started in, so I conclude that they are splitting hairs to cheat customers out of a standard service."

Contras: "Lost our bags for 3days"

Contras: "Crew communication skiils found lacking -likely due to language/cultural barrier. The english while spoken grammatically correct came across as sounding rude & intolerant."

Prós: "Check in and boarding process ok."
Contras: "Had to buy meal on the SFO-Montreal leg, which was at the snack/wrap level. Constraint space seats."

Contras: "Bag was given wrong tag # by check in attendant and went to wrong airport. Has been extremely hard to track down"

Prós: "Left on time, arrived ontime, luggage made it"
Contras: "Despite having checked-in online, entered passport and global/precheck info, and used the kiosk at the airport to verofy passport, etc checking luggage was a huge inefficient mess. I've never seen this at a US airport on a US carrier."

Contras: "The crew member on ground were very rude."

Contras: "impossible to work on my computer, plug without enough power turn off automatically"

Contras: "2hrs delayed and no explanation the reason. So my arrival time in Toranto 2am instead of 10:45pm."
