Assento quebrado. Assento do meu filho sujo. Não recomendo parar em Dubai pela arbitrariedade da Emirates"
Contras: "We landed in Dubabi from Athens a bit late. We were taken by a bus from the plane to the terminal which took 15 minutes. That lefte us about 30 mins before the gate closed From where we were dropped off we walked for about 15 minutes but were nowhere near our gate. We asked Emirates employees to give us a ride in the golf cars. But they all refused, until one had pity on us and gave us a ride. We reached the gate a couple of minutes before the gate closed. When we arrive in Kolkata we were told that out luggage hadn't arrived. They reached our luggage to our Kolkata home a 11:30 pm. What a nightmare. Never again on Emirates."

Contras: "A classe executiva na disponibiliza chinelo, muito menos pijama como outras companhias aéreas fazem. A poltrona ao estar totalmente na horizontal não dá o conforto que dá, por exemplo, a poltrona da Etihad."
Prós: "Wasn't full so there was space to street a bit. Stewardesses were polite and attentive - checking throughout whether drinks were required (on other flights they've disappeared between food services). Good selection of films."
Contras: "Although the good was actually alright in this flight, I don't like the fact that Emirates no longer do a vegetarian meal - I have to have a vegan meal instead, which often means things are just left off (not replaced) that I could actually eat, like cheese and biscuits, or a croissant."

Contras: "Kayak booked the ticket through flight network and when we reached airport the airline staff was not able to find the ticket. The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. No message was sent for cancelation and it caused a lot of troubles and grief to all involved."
Prós: "The service, food and boarding were all excellent. It brought back the joy of flying like what used to know in the 80s."

Contras: "I'm a reasonable we'll traveled man who always flies economy class (unless I get a free upgrade or a great price to upgrade at check in). This is the most uncomfortable, cramped, and smallest seat I have ever flown in...first time flying Emirates...I certainly would never fly again and actual am haunted by the idea of the return flight in 10 days. Not worth it! I'd rather deal with possibly getting dragged off a United flight!"
Compramos assentos com a nossa localização preferida mas fomos colocados em outro local.
Avião sem nenhum tipo de entretenimento (pra uma viagem de 3h, achei ruim). Não ofereceram água, porém havia oferecimento de comidas e bebidas à venda onboard.
Péssimo atendimento
Deveria ser fornecido ao menos um lanche aos passageiros pois, já estávamos há 10 horas aguardando entre voo do Rio de Janeiro e imigração. Os lanches eram todos pagos! E nem água era oferecida…tínhamos que solicitar!

Comissário não era muito simpático, ao contrário do voo de ida, quando a comissária era super solicita,. Quanto ao pão do café da manhã gelado, o que não é muito legal pra quem está acabando de acordar, no mais estava bom!
Poltronas pequenas e espaço entre poltronas bem reduzido.
Somente alimentação paga. Poltronas não reclináveis.
Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.

Simpáticos, atenciosos
além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...
Prós: "The crew was attentive but only on the basic standard service."
Contras: "I truly love that there are very few travelers. Also, I went through a lot getting to have done a covid test in order to travel, no one asked for it! Also when filling the custom forms they could have been and explain that one paper form was enough for a whole family"
Contras: "Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future."

Contras: "Worst accommodations for baggage on a international flight in my opinion.Pay for a bag is the best advice in my opinion this airline barley lets you bring anything with. Disgusting plane it was so dirty I took a shower after this flight and the amount of dust in the air was visible terrible"

The lady at the check in counter said they were weighing everyone’s at the gate so there was no way to get around it This however was a lie and they were not checking weight and people got on without having to pay the outrageous fee"
