A comida foi excelente
Um voo maravilhoso!
Se puder dispor de alguma grana, pague pelas poltronas em duplas, se estiver acompanhado é o melhor, para evitar o estresse de levantar para um banheiro no meio da madrugada
Prós: "Crew are the best!"
Prós: "There is a nothing to mention that was memorable or comfortable."
Contras: "I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."
Contras: "The food is usually very good, this time it was poor to disappointing- dark meat chicken.., tasteless & unhealthy....mushy fruit dessert choices"
Contras: "I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check"

Contras: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"
Prós: "Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times"
Contras: "The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese"

Contras: "After boarding began there was a backup after the gate en route to the plane. No explanation. The plane left an hour later than scheduled but seemed to arrive close to scheduled time."
Contras: "More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too."

Contras: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

Prós: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."
Contras: "The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight."
Contras: "My luggage was lost in Paris. Now I need to wait still."
Prós: "Fast and efficient boarding and friendly and efficient staff. Landed 15min ahead of schedule."
Prós: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

Prós: "Ground crew at CDG was helpful to file a claim for the lost luggage."
Contras: "Ground crew at MXP Was inexperienced. She called every one in my flight to form a new line and it was immediately total chaos. And then they lost one of our luggages!"
