All of the hotels on Alaska are good. If you're going to stay here, pick the best price.
After calling to inform Seattle Marriot WF, we would be arriving very late (due to airlines), I was assured our room would be waiting for us. The lady that took my call advised us to take a taxi for safety reasons as it was almost midnight. Check in was smooth, front desk gave us helpful info for food, and what we would need to do for cruise boarding the next AM. We had a wonderful restful night, a lovely breakfast the next morning, then a very nice and informative valet took our luggage across to the pier for us and made sure tags were correct and we were headed in the right direction. The service from everyone was excellent, my only regret is that we didn't arrive as scheduled at 4PM on Sat., we had planned to explore your beautiful city.
This hotel is close and convenient to Pike's Market, the Aquarium, shops, and Pier 66...NCL's cruise terminal. We walked from the hotel right across the street to board the ship! Saved the cost of a taxi ride.
Location, location, location. This hotel is in the middle of everything: shops, restaurants, docks, art. Had a great time meeting friends - used the hotel as our starting point. Only downside - the bed was a little firm for my taste.
This is a lovely hotel, right on the waterfront. The restaurant had delicious food & everything was sparkling clean. But for over $30 to park, over $40 for dinner and hundreds on the total stay, I'm not sure it was worth the money.
I had a wonderful time in Seattle. The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and attentive to my needs. The location is great. It is very walkable. I would recomend this hotel to everyone.
Best location in Seattle. The indoor outdoor pool was wonderful. right down on the waterfront. Just a little expensive but a fabulous motel!
We liked this hotel. First, it was a great location. We could walk to Pikes Place Market and the waterfront restaurants, shopping and attractions. There is a tourist bus stop across the street that made it easy to get to the Space Needle and other 'must dos' while in Seattle. The room was nice (not luxurious as we expected for the price) but quite adequate. The bedding was very nice and maid service was excellent. It was nice to have a balcony, even though it was very small with standing room only. The bartender at the lobby bar was very helpful in directing us to both well-known attractions and the safe neighborhoods.
We loved our weekend stay at the Marriott. Although the room was not ready when we arrived early, we were able to check in, leave our luggage and then they called us on our cell within 40 minutes, gave us keys and delivered our luggage to our room promptly. The room was large and clean, with a partial view of the waterfront. We loved the comfortable bed, however, the duvet cover was really heavy and made a lot of 'noise' the first night. We asked about an alternative, but none were available, so we just removed the duvet cover and were much more comfortable for our second night. Treated ourselves to room service for breakfast the last morning and it arrived promptly and hot. Also had breakfast in the Bistro the first morning and it too was good quality. Used the fitness center also. Although not as extensive as our gym back home, it was just fine for some cardio work. It was clean and well stocked with towels and water.
Both my wife and I have come to know the Marriott line of hotels as a true gold standard in excellence when it comes to delivering on each dollar we spent there. The lovely new Marriott Waterfront hotel, located on Seattle's breathtaking waterfront was no exception~! A true gem in affordable luxury~!
I stayed 3 nights here for a conference and can't wait to come back on vacation! The rooms are large and the beds are wonderful. My view had a partial water view which wasn't the best but at least I could see some water. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to say hi every time we crossed paths.
We wanted a Seattle Hotel, centrally located, for one night so we could see Billy Joel in SEA. What we stumbled on a delightful boutique hotel above the famous El Gaucho Restaurant. Only 17 rooms with a delightfully helpful Manager and staff, "The Inn" was a joy. Whether it was places to eat ("The Inn" has no food services itself), directions to get to Pike Place Market (a couple of blocks down the street), or their 5 o'clock complimentary wine bar, "The Inn" was excellent value for money. If you stay there be sure to go to CJ's Eatery for breakfast. As welcoming as the staff make "The Inn" its a walkup with suitcases from the ground floor. That walk-up can be a bit daunting the 4th or 5th time you do it during the day. Also the rooms are clean, comfortable, but a bit tired.
Friendly and helpful staff. And you cannot get better dining in Seattle.
