I'm so glad I found The Palm Springs Hotel. A really stunning little place; stylish without being over the top; great pool area and fire pits; great privacy. Location is pretty good too. And Tom is a truly gracious host. Would definitely come back. Nothing. I didn't stay long enough but that's not their fault.
I like that we could walk out of our room and right into the pool area That I couldn't stay longer
I liked that Desert Vaction Villas caters to the young and older crowed and everyone feels welcome.
The site was great, well maintained in a very nice part of town. The villa was very roomy with nice quality furniture and bedding. The kitchen was fully equiped. Very clean. It is about two or three miles from downtown were all the shops and food places are located. Excellent value for the site. No, not really. Maybe offer shuttle service to/from the airport.
relaxing atmosphere, comfort to cook, near downtown no wifi
I like that the kitchen had everything we needed. I was very surprised that the kitchen was so well stocked. The pool was very nice also, never crowded. I didn't like that they lock the gate to the pool at 5 o'clock everyday and use had to use another gate. I don't understand why the gate can't be locked by the night shift.
I had a great time. It was my first time there and my family and I didn't know what to expect. The place was great and it looked better in person than on the pictures. I didn't like when the pool was closing and the night lady started to pour bottles of chlorine in the water before the kids could even get out. She was very rude.
Comfortably slept six people Pool towel policy
Very comfortable. Enjoyed hot tub and barbeque There wasn't one thing I didn't like.
There are five of us and we like that we can all stay in the room.
I was pleasantly surprised. It is clear that this hotel is being remodeled. The room was very comfortable with many amenities. Manager and ground staff very pleasant. I would gladly stay again. As I mentioned, it's being remodeled, so there is still some things that need to be updates (outdoor fabric, etc), but it's still a great place.
You get an awesome review for just being nice for starters the front desk lady gave me a tooth brush so she is awesome You get what you pay for the staff was nice but not enough to let go of the bed comfort and the critters that got to my food in the morning
Good price, close to where I needed to go N/a
The access through the slinging door to the parking lot made it easy to load & unload the car. The beds were comfortable and having a refrigator, coffee maker & microwave was a plus. The walls are way too thin, but we had a good laugh at the snoring in the next room.
Big room, clean, friendly front desk staff. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Great central location
My Mom is a senior and her and her senior friend found the hotel to be very comfortable, quiet and a great value. They intend to return.
it is avery friendly place i have stay here before and is always happy with being here no
Loved the location, price, staff, the pool!!!
the big room, the nice serve, the free breakfast and the free wireless internet, everything is good! however, the location is a little far away from the convetion center, actually, we take 40 minute to walk from the Palm conrt inn to the center. no, every thing is well
large room, easy access, easy to find, large pool/hottub area close to family style resturant Wife missed having hairdryer in room
Great location fair price I will stay upstairs the room above was noisy till late could hear rverything
Gorgeous setting at the feet of the mountains of Palm Springs, and clean, comfortable rooms. Close to everything in Palm Springs The noise of the people next door on the balcony on Sat. nite arguing with each other over who should have paid for alcoholic drinks at the bar.
Pillows are comfortable and room was clean. Bed spreads need to go out with the 80s. Bathroom needs updating especially the tiny shower with no light and a shower head so low it sprayed me under my chin.
Location was good, nice area. Quiet, for most part. Bit outdated. Pet damage on bathroom door, apparently someone had a dog "locked up" in there. Door knob loose, day light coming in through entry door, thin walls and tiled floor. Noisy neighbor up stairs are ALWAYS a pain in the a $$, heavy footed guest pacing most of night. WASN'T worth the $85 paid. It was more of $50 range.
Every room had its own private patio or balcony We didn't get our room cleaned throughout our stay.
I don't need a fancy stay when I travel. Garden Vista was great because it was clean, large room, had a good pool, and was a GREAT value! The front desk staff were not particularly friendly. Just shy of rude, in fact..Carlos! The Continental Breakfast woman was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is old and needs a serious remodel. Smells musty.
I like the pool Is not clean and they Have tile so is easy to clean ..... More than rugs.... And the pool towels looks like hand towels, and the staff is just ok... They need the work but they dont like it...
Price. Quiet Steam room broke, toilet kep runnong, though fixed promptly.
NOTHING Got to room at 10pm and it was more than 100 degrees. Left for some food and came back, still way to hot, room would not cool down. Move to another than another room and finally cool enough to sleep at 1am. Breakfast is pastry and other breads. Facility pictures are not even close. This old horse needs to go to the glue factory or owners need to step up and remodel. Maybe a 1.5 star on its best day. Beware
The place looked good. The rooms were homey and the layout was cozy There was two used condoms and condom wrappers found in one of the garbage bags I'm assuming by the previous guests... They sure weren't mine because my wife is pregnant and there is no need for us to use them... Also we had to ask for bath towels on the first night. There wasn't any to begin with.
pleasantly surprised by room while the outside of the hotel looked shabby the room it's self was clean and had more amenities than its competitors the exterior needs to be redone
Big room. The staff was courteous and helpful with my late check-in. The sheets were stained and the bed was very hard. The room had mismatched furniture that was too small for the room.
That we weren't murdered Drug addicts
The hotel is near a major street not too far from downtown Palm Springs; yet, it is quiet and peaceful. The room was cozy. I absolutely loved the bed sheets; they were so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. The outside is well maintained. I am definitely coming back.
it's just a humble little motel on the outskirts of town. I didn't expect much and i didn't get much...but it was clean and affordable and a good night's sleep.
to be fair: Its not Motel 6 and at least its quiet at night. the older man who was the manager/owner/front desk clerk or whatever he was, was really ehmm.... i had asked if we could cancel our stay (i had booked 2 nights in advance) since this place wasnt close to where we had work the next 2 days farther in the area. We were rejected for that. Fine. However, the place smells like old dust and air freshener, a bad combo. We had to air out the place the whole day. And while I had tried to cancel our stay, he was telling us 'Oh this place is usually $180 a night, i dont know why you would cancel'. Are you for real? Its always under 70 bucks and for $180 I'd go to the Sheraton!!
